Therefore, as shown in fig. 17, by displaying the content of the returned email in association with the content of the historical email, the user can contact all relevant email traffic and information accordingly, and timely make response operations such as relevant return and forwarding, so that logic interruption caused by message flooding is avoided, and the communication efficiency is improved. It should be noted that although "reply" is taken as an example in fig. 17 for description, the embodiment can be obviously applied to other scenarios such as "forward" described above, and is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 9, in the method for sending an email according to the present application, group members as recipients of the email may receive multiple times and multiple types of alerts for the email and for the instant messaging message, respectively, so that the present application further provides a corresponding email prompting method, which will be described in detail below.
Fig. 18 is a flowchart of a mail alert method of an instant messaging application according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 18, the method may include the following steps:

In this embodiment, when the user receives the reminders based on the mail function and the instant messaging function at the same time, that is, the mail unread reminder operation and the instant messaging message unread reminder operation, the user only needs to respond to any other reminder, and the instant messaging application can actively cancel all reminders without manual responses from the user, so that the deep integration between the mail function and the instant messaging function is realized, and the user operation is facilitated to be simplified.
The above-mentioned "staples" are also taken as examples. As shown in fig. 9, it is assumed that after the user "whites" sends the mail, the user "whites" receives the reminders for "mail" and "earnest work group" through the mail function and the instant messaging function, respectively, that is, "r" is shown in the upper right corner of the icon of "mail" and "earnest work group" in fig. 9.
For example, when the user "whites" clicks the conversation entry corresponding to "mail" and transfers to the corresponding mail function page, it can be determined that the user "whites" responds to the mail reminding operation, and thus "i" in the upper right corner of the icon of "mail" and "earnest work group" can be eliminated at the same time. Similarly, when the user 'whites' clicks the session entrance corresponding to the 'earnest work group' and transfers to the corresponding instant messaging message session window, the user 'whites' can be determined to respond to the instant messaging reminding operation, and therefore 'first' in the upper right corner of the 'mail nailing' icon and the 'earnest work group' icon can be eliminated at the same time.
Of course, the user may also respond to the mail reminding operation or the instant messaging reminding operation in other manners. For example, when the user "whites" can learn about the content of the mail without entering the corresponding conversation window, the user "whites" can respond to the reminder by clicking and dragging "r" shown in FIG. 9 (or other numbers; the numerical value of the number corresponds to the current number of unread messages). For example, when a reminder operation in the form of a number such as that shown in fig. 9 is employed, the reminder numbers corresponding to "mail" and "earnest work group" do not always coincide. For example, as shown in fig. 19, assume that the number at the upper right corner of the "mail nailing" icon is "two", and the number at the upper right corner of the "serious work group" icon is "one", that is, only one unread instant messenger message exists in the "serious work group", and the unread instant messenger message is related to the mail; then the number "②" for "nailing" indicates: there is currently one mail that corresponds to the number "r" in the upper right hand corner of the "earnest work group" icon, and there is another mail that is not related to either the "earnest work group" or other instant messaging functions. Therefore, when the user clicks to enter the instant messaging message conversation window corresponding to the "serious work group" or drags the top right corner of the icon, as shown in fig. 20, the nail can automatically change the top right corner of the "nail post" icon into the top right corner, which indicates that the mail reminding operation for the mails related to the "serious work group" is cancelled, and the mail reminding operation for the mails unrelated to the "serious work group" or other instant messaging functions is still reserved, so that the accurate reminding of each unread message is ensured, and the omission is avoided.
Similarly, when there is an instant messaging message that is not related to the mail function in the "serious work group", for the direct response of the user to the "mail mailing", only the instant messaging message reminding operation for the instant messaging message related to the "mail mailing" in the "serious work group" may be cancelled, and the instant messaging message reminding operation for the instant messaging message that is not related to the "mail mailing" in the "serious work group" is retained, which is not described herein again.
In the above embodiment of the present application, for an instant messaging message generated by a sent email, in an instant messaging message conversation window of a sender, a response status of the instant messaging message may be marked. For example, as shown in fig. 21, when the mail receiver does not perform the preset response operation, the response status of the instant messaging message may be marked as "not viewed" (the conventional instant messaging message may adopt "unread" or "read", and the "not viewed" and the "viewed" described below are used herein to distinguish from the conventional instant messaging message; of course, the response status of all instant messaging messages may also be marked as "unread" or "read", and the present application does not limit this); as shown in fig. 22, when the mail receiver performs a preset response operation, the response status of the instant messenger message may be marked as "viewed".
The preset response operation can be executed by the mail receiver aiming at the instant messaging message corresponding to the sent mail. In an embodiment, when the mail recipient enters the instant messaging session window shown in fig. 22, the mail recipient may be considered to perform a preset response operation for all instant messaging messages in the session window, so as to mark the instant messaging message corresponding to the sent mail as "viewed". In another embodiment, after entering the instant messaging session window shown in fig. 22, the email recipient needs to perform a targeted operation on the instant messaging message corresponding to the sent email, such as click reading, reply, forwarding, etc., before considering that the email recipient performs a preset response operation on all instant messaging messages in the session window, so as to mark the instant messaging message corresponding to the sent email as "viewed", otherwise, even if entering the session window, the email recipient is marked as "not viewed".
FIG. 23 shows a schematic block diagram of an electronic device according to an example embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 23, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile memory, but may also include hardware required for other services. The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory to the memory and then runs the computer program to form the mail sending device of the instant messaging application on the logic level. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present application does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may also be hardware or logic devices.
Referring to fig. 24, in a software implementation, the mail sending device of the instant messaging application may include a page call unit, a mail sending unit, and a page return unit. Wherein:
the page calling unit is used for calling a predefined mail function page when detecting the triggering operation of a preset user in the instant messaging message conversation window;
the mail sending unit executes mail sending operation according to the user operation instruction aiming at the mail function page;
and the page returning unit returns the instant messaging message conversation window after the mail sending operation is finished.
Optionally, the method further includes:
and the message sending unit is used for generating the sent mail corresponding to the mail sending operation into the instant messaging message of the local terminal user and sending the instant messaging message in the instant messaging message conversation window.
Optionally, the method further includes:
and the marking unit marks the instant communication message as a responded state corresponding to any mail receiver when determining that any mail receiver executes preset response operation aiming at the instant communication message corresponding to the sent mail.

and the reminding canceling unit is used for canceling the unread mail reminding operation and the unread instant messaging reminding operation simultaneously according to the detected user response operation aiming at any one of the unread mail reminding operation and the unread instant messaging reminding operation when the mail push data and the instant messaging message push data are generated on the basis of the same mail.
Optionally, the email unread alert operation corresponds to an email function page, and the instant messaging message unread alert operation corresponds to a preset instant messaging message session window; the device further comprises:
and a reminding reservation unit configured to, when the user response operation is issued for any one of the mail function page and the preset instant messaging session window, reserve a reminding operation for another unread message if the other of the mail function page and the preset instant messaging session window still has another unread message.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (22)

1. A method for realizing mail function in instant messaging application is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying an instant messaging message corresponding to the mail and a function option menu aiming at the instant messaging message in an instant messaging message conversation window;
according to the detected selection operation aiming at the function option menu, executing the mail function corresponding to the selected function option on the mail, wherein the function comprises the following steps: displaying a mail function page corresponding to the function option selected by the selection operation; executing a corresponding mail function on the mail according to the user operation instruction aiming at the mail function page; when the selected function option is a reply option, the mail function page is a mail reply page; and when the selected function option is a forwarding option, the mail function page is a mail forwarding page.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the mail is a sent mail, under the condition that any mail receiver is determined to execute preset response operation aiming at the instant communication message corresponding to the mail, the instant communication message is marked to be in a response state corresponding to any mail receiver.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein presenting a menu of function options for the instant messaging message comprises:
calling out a function option menu corresponding to the instant messaging message when a preset operation instruction aiming at the instant messaging message corresponding to the mail is detected;
or, the function option menu is displayed in a display area of the instant messaging message corresponding to the email, and the display area is further used for displaying the email content of the email.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the mail function page is a mail reply page or a mail forwarding page, acquiring historical mail content serving as a reply or forwarding basis of the mail;
and displaying the content of the mail and the historical mail content in the instant messaging conversation window in an associated mode.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the mail function page is a mail reply page, adding all opposite-end communication parties corresponding to the instant communication message conversation window as a mail receiving party.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein adding all the corresponding opposite-end correspondents to the instant messaging session window as mail recipients comprises:
and adding all opposite end communication parties corresponding to the instant communication message conversation window as mail receivers in an uneditable manner.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the mail is the mail sent by the home terminal user, returning to the instant messaging message conversation window after the mail sending operation is finished.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining the type of the operation executed aiming at the instant communication message corresponding to the mail;
and displaying the mail viewing page corresponding to the mail in a mode corresponding to the type.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the mail is a sent mail or a received mail.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the instant messaging application is an enterprise instant messaging application.
11. An apparatus for implementing a mail function in an instant messaging application, comprising:
the first display unit is used for displaying the instant messaging message corresponding to the mail and a function option menu aiming at the instant messaging message in an instant messaging message conversation window;
the execution unit executes the mail function corresponding to the selected function option on the mail according to the detected selection operation aiming at the function option menu, and the execution unit comprises the following steps: displaying a mail function page corresponding to the function option selected by the selection operation; executing a corresponding mail function on the mail according to the user operation instruction aiming at the mail function page; when the selected function option is a reply option, the mail function page is a mail reply page; and when the selected function option is a forwarding option, the mail function page is a mail forwarding page.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
and the marking unit marks the instant messaging message as a responded state corresponding to any mail receiver under the condition that any mail receiver is determined to execute preset response operation aiming at the instant messaging message corresponding to the mail when the mail is a sent mail.
13. The device of claim 11, wherein the first presentation unit is specifically configured to:
calling out a function option menu corresponding to the instant messaging message when a preset operation instruction aiming at the instant messaging message corresponding to the mail is detected;
or, the function option menu is displayed in a display area of the instant messaging message corresponding to the email, and the display area is further used for displaying the email content of the email.
14. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring historical mail content serving as a reply or forwarding basis of the mail when the mail function page is a mail reply page or a mail forwarding page;
and the second display unit is used for displaying the content of the mail and the content of the historical mail in the instant messaging message conversation window in a correlation manner.
15. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
and the adding unit is used for adding all opposite-end communication parties corresponding to the instant communication message conversation window as a mail receiving party when the mail function page is a mail reply page.
