the first server receives a first mail sending request message aiming at a first mail from other electronic equipment, wherein the other electronic equipment is electronic equipment except the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment; analyzing the first mail sending request message to determine that a mail receiver is a target user account; detecting a first application and a target public number which are logged in to the first server through the target user account, wherein the first application is a mailbox application, the target public number is a mailbox service public number subscribed by a second application, and the second application is a chat application; sending a first mail notification message carrying the first mail to the first electronic equipment of the first application, and sending a first forwarding request message to the second server;
the second server receives the first forwarding request message and sends a second mail notification message carrying the first mail to second electronic equipment of the second application;
the first electronic equipment receives the first mail notification message through the first application, displays item options of the first mail in a mail list column of an application interface of the first application, and marks the item options as not-consulted;
the second electronic equipment receives the second mail notification message through the second application, displays a new message reminding icon at an application icon of the second application, displays a new mail reminding icon on a chat window of the target public number of an application interface of the second application, and adds the first mail to a mail list of the target public number of the second application;
the first electronic device detects that a user refers to the first mail through the first application, and sends a first referring progress notification message for indicating that the first mail in the first application is referred to the first server;
the first server receives the first consulting progress notification message and sends a first consulting progress synchronization message aiming at the first mail to the second server;
the second server receives the first consulting progress synchronous message, and if the second consulting progress synchronous message from the second electronic equipment is not received, a first state update message is sent to the second electronic equipment, wherein the second consulting progress synchronous message is used for indicating that a user consults a target function public number through the second application and successfully consults the state of the first mail;
the second electronic equipment receives the first state updating message through the second application, updates a new message reminding icon at an application icon of the second application according to the first state updating message, and cancels display of the new mail reminding icon in a chat window of the target public number of an application interface of the second application.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the second electronic device updating a new message alert icon at an application icon of the second application according to the first status update message comprises:
if the second electronic device detects that the non-consulted information of the second application comprises the first mail and other non-consulted information, determining a target display state of the new message reminding icon only according to the other non-consulted information, and switching the new message reminding icon from the current display state to the target display state;
and if the second electronic equipment detects that the non-consulted message of the second application only comprises the first mail, the application icon of the second application cancels the display of the new message reminding icon.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
the first server receives mail sending request messages aiming at second mails from other electronic equipment, analyzes the second mail sending request messages to determine that a mail receiver is the target user account, sends third mail notification messages carrying the second mails to the first electronic equipment of the first application, and sends second forwarding request messages to the second server;
the second server receives the second forwarding request message and sends a fourth mail notification message carrying the second mail to second electronic equipment of the second application;
the first electronic equipment receives the third mail notification message through the first application, displays item options of the second mail in a mail list column of an application interface of the first application, and marks the item options as not-consulted;
the second electronic device receives the fourth mail notification message through the second application, displays the new message reminding icon at an application icon of the second application, displays the new mail reminding icon in a chat window of the target public number of an application interface of the second application, and adds the second mail to a mail list of the target public number of the second application;
the second electronic equipment detects that the user refers to the target public number through the second application and successfully refers to the second mail, and sends a third referring progress notification message for indicating that the second mail is referred to the second server;
the second server receives the third consulting progress notification message and sends a second consulting progress synchronization message aiming at the second mail to the first server;
the first server receives the second consulting progress synchronous message, and if the first server judges that a fourth consulting progress notification message from the first electronic equipment is not received, the first server sends a second state update message to the first electronic equipment, wherein the fourth consulting progress notification message is used for indicating that the second mail in the first application is consulted;
the first electronic equipment receives the second state update message through the first application, and updates the state of the item options of the second mail of the first application to be the referred state according to the second state update message.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first electronic device and the second electronic device are different electronic devices.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first electronic device and the second electronic device are the same target electronic device.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
the first server receives a third mail sending request message aiming at a third mail from other electronic equipment, and analyzes the third mail sending request message to determine that a mail receiver is the target user account; judging that the type of the target electronic equipment is an office computer, and sending a fifth mail notification message carrying the third mail to the target electronic equipment of the first application;
the target electronic equipment receives the fifth mail notification message through the first application, displays item options of the third mail in a mail list column of an application interface of the first application, and marks the item options as not-consulted; forwarding the fifth mail notification message to the second application, displaying a new mail reminding icon on a chat window of the target public number of the application interface of the second application, and adding the third mail to a mail list of the target public number of the second application;
the target electronic equipment detects that a user refers to the third mail through the first application and directly sends a third referring progress synchronous message for indicating that the third mail in the first application is referred to the second application; and receiving the third consulting progress synchronous message through the second application, and cancelling the display of the new mail reminding icon in the chat window of the target public number of the application interface of the second application.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
the target electronic equipment detects that a user refers to the target function public number through the second application and successfully refers to the third mail, and sends a fourth reference progress synchronization message to the first application; and receiving the fourth consulting progress synchronous message by the first application, and updating the state of the item options of the third mail of the first application to be the consulted state.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
the first server judges that the type of the target electronic equipment is a smart phone, and sends a sixth mail notification message carrying a third mail to the target electronic equipment of the second application;
the target electronic equipment receives the sixth mail notification message through the second application, updates a new message reminding icon at an application icon of the second application according to the first state updating message, and cancels display of the new mail reminding icon in a chat window of the target public number of an application interface of the second application; forwarding the sixth mail notification message to the first application, displaying item options of the third mail in a mail list column of an application interface of the first application, and marking the item options as not-consulted state;
the target electronic equipment detects that a user refers to the target function public number through the second application and successfully refers to the third mail, and sends a fifth reference progress synchronization message to the first application; and receiving the fifth consulting progress synchronous message by the first application, and updating the state of the item options of the third mail of the first application to be the consulted state according to a fifth state updating message.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
the target electronic equipment detects that a user refers to the third mail through the first application and sends a sixth reference progress synchronization message to the second application; and receiving the sixth consulting progress synchronous message through the second application, and cancelling the display of the new mail reminding icon in the chat window of the target public number of the application interface of the second application.

A tablet computer device comprising a processor, a memory and a communication interface, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the one or more programs comprising instructions for executing the first electronic device and/or the second electronic device as claimed in any of claims 1-9.
