Detailed Description
In the related art, the instant messaging application may support multimedia communication events in the form of voice, video, etc., and these multimedia communication events may occur between two parties or between multiple parties. Taking a teleconference between multiple parties as an example, assuming that an initiator (i.e., a host) of the teleconference is a user a, the user a can launch a teleconference initiation page shown in fig. 1 in an instant messaging application, and select a user B, a user C, a user D, a user E, and the like as target communication parties in the initiation page. After the user A selects and triggers the 'initiate conference' button in the figure 1, access invitation can be initiated to all target communication parties; for example, the communication device used by the user a may initiate a conference request to a server corresponding to the instant messaging application, and the server may create a teleconference event and initiate calls to the user a as an initiator, the user B as a target communicator, the user C, the user D, the user E, and the like, respectively, as the above access invitation, and when a call of any user is connected, it may be considered that the access invitation for any user is responded, so that any user is accessed to the teleconference event and participates in a corresponding teleconference.
However, not all users can respond to the access invitation, for example, as shown in fig. 2, user D may not answer the call because of not perceiving the call reminder of the communication device, and user E may hang up the call because of inconvenience of answering, so that some target communication parties such as user D and user E may not access the teleconference event after being invited.
Therefore, the related art provides a "conference entry notification" button as shown in fig. 2, when the user a triggers the button, the communication device of the user a may send a notification request to the server, and then the server may send a reminding short message to all the participants of the teleconference event, where the reminding short message includes information such as a conference number and a password for accessing the teleconference event, so that the user D, the user E, and the like may actively access the teleconference event accordingly.
However, the above-described processing manner in the related art has the following problems:
1) and sending a reminding short message to all the participants of the multimedia communication event (such as a teleconference event). The reminding message is for enabling the unaccessed user to actively access the multimedia communication event, but it is obviously unnecessary for the communication parties such as the user a, the user B, the user C, etc. who have accessed the multimedia communication event, so that not only is the waste of communication resources caused, but also the processing confusion is brought to the accessed users (the user may be a reminding message of other multimedia communication events).
2) Compared with the message types based on the packet switching domain, such as instant messaging messages, mails and the like, the short message type access reminding message (namely the reminding short message) is realized by adopting the circuit switching domain, has higher reminding strength, but needs to realize more complex request interaction and higher communication cost between a server and an operator network; by summarizing the application effect of the reminding short message in the related technology, the proportion of actively accessing the multimedia communication event by the user through the reminding short message is very small (less than 1%), so that the reminding intensity of the short message type actually exceeds the requirement of the actual user, and the processing flow is excessively complex and the communication cost is consumed without limit.
Therefore, the present application can solve the above-mentioned problems in the related art by improving the communication reminding scheme of the multimedia communication event. For further explanation of the present application, the following examples are provided:
fig. 3 is a flowchart of a communication reminding method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method applied to a communication device may include the following steps:
step 302, receiving an access reminding request aiming at a multimedia communication event created by an instant communication application, wherein the access reminding request corresponds to a plurality of reminding objects.
In this embodiment, when the instant messaging application supports the multimedia messaging function, the user can directly initiate a multimedia messaging event in the instant messaging application, so that repeated switching among a plurality of applications is not required. For example, the Instant Messaging application may be an Enterprise Instant Messaging (EIM) application, such as "nail to nail" (DING Talk); in fact, for enterprises or other types of group scenes, communication and contact are often required to be performed repeatedly through instant messaging, voice call, video call and the like among group members, between the group members and outside personnel of the group, and the instant messaging function, the multimedia communication function and other multiple functions are combined in the nail, so that a user can complete the multiple functions by using the nail without repeatedly switching among multiple applications, and the communication efficiency of the user is greatly improved.
In this embodiment, the access reminding request may be initiated by a creator of the multimedia communication event; alternatively, the access alert request may be actively generated when a predefined trigger condition is met, for example, the trigger condition may be "within 3 minutes after the multimedia communication event is created, there is still a target correspondent that is invited but has not yet accessed" or any other condition.
In this embodiment, the target communication party that is invited to access but not yet accessed is taken as the reminding object, and the accessed creator, target communication party, etc. are excluded, so that the communication resources are reasonably utilized, the waste of the communication resources is avoided, and the confusion that may be brought when the accessed creator, target communication party, etc. receives the access reminding message is avoided.
In this embodiment, the multimedia communication event may be a teleconference event, for example, the teleconference event may include an audio conference, a video conference, an audio-video conference, or the like, which is not limited in this application.
In this embodiment, the reminder object may include at least one of the following:
1) the target communication party invited to access but not accessed to the multimedia communication event can avoid sending an access reminding message to the accessed target communication party and the initiator, and can save corresponding communication resources.
2) The preset contact person which is not invited to access but is manually added by the initiator of the multimedia communication event can be temporarily added as a reminding object even if the preset contact person is not invited in advance, and an invitation operation is not required to be executed independently, so that the user operation of the initiator can be simplified, and the reminding efficiency can be improved.
And step 304, selecting a message type matched with the account activation condition of the reminding object according to the account activation condition of the reminding object in the instant messaging application.
In the embodiment, the communication equipment can actively identify the account activation condition of the reminding object in the instant messaging application; or, the communication device may initiate an identification request to a server corresponding to the instant messaging application, and the server informs the communication device of the identified account activation condition.
In this embodiment, after the message type is selected, the communication device may notify the selected message type to the server, so that the server sends an access reminding message based on the message type to the corresponding reminding object.
In this embodiment, the message types may include: a packet switched domain based message type, a circuit switched domain based message type. Message types based on the packet switched domain may include instant messaging message types, mail message types, and the like; the instant messaging message type may be provided directly by the instant messaging application and may be satisfied when the instant messaging application cooperatively supports functions such as mail functions (e.g., "nail" supports "nail and post" functions; or alternatively, other processing functions may also be supported). And the message type based on the circuit switched domain may include a short message type, etc.
Based on the message type of the packet switching domain, the user can receive and check the corresponding access reminding message after completing account activation and login on the instant messaging application; based on the message type and the instant messaging application of the circuit switching domain, the user can receive and check the corresponding access reminding message under the condition that the account is not activated and logged in. However, when the server sends the access reminding message based on the packet switching domain, the request interaction between the server and the operator network is relatively simpler, and the communication cost is relatively lower; when the server sends the access reminding message based on the circuit switching domain, the request interaction between the server and the operator network is relatively more complicated, and the communication cost is relatively higher.
Based on the above description:
in an embodiment, in a case where the account activation status is that the proportion of the first class of alert objects in all alert objects is higher, the access alert message is sent by selecting the message type based on the packet switched domain, on one hand, it can be ensured that most alert objects (i.e., the first class of alert objects) can receive and view the access alert message through the instant messaging application, on the other hand, the complexity of request interaction in the process of sending the access alert message by the server can be simplified, and the communication cost can be reduced.
Certainly, in order to ensure that the second class of reminding objects can receive and view the access reminding message, the account activation reminding message can be sent to the second class of reminding objects by adopting the message type based on the circuit switching domain under the condition that the account activation condition is that the percentage of the first class of reminding objects in the activated state is higher in all the reminding objects, so that the second class of reminding objects activates the account of the second class of reminding objects in the instant messaging application, namely, the second class of reminding objects is converted into the first class of reminding objects, thereby completing account login on the instant messaging application and receiving and viewing the corresponding access reminding message.
And in another case, when the account activation condition is that the occupation ratio of the second class of reminding objects in the inactivated state is higher in all the reminding objects, the message type based on the circuit switching domain can be selected to send the access reminding message, so that all the reminding objects can receive and view the access reminding message without finishing account login on the instant messaging application.
In another embodiment, the reminding objects under different account activation conditions can be treated in a differentiated manner; for example, for a first class of alert objects whose account activation conditions are activated, a message type based on a packet switched domain may be selected, thereby simplifying interaction complexity and reducing communication cost, while for a second class of alert objects whose account activation conditions are inactivated, a message type based on a circuit switched domain may be selected, thereby ensuring that the second class of alert objects can receive and view corresponding access alert messages.
And step 306, sending an access reminding message aiming at the multimedia communication event to the reminding object through the selected message type.
In the embodiment, the representation information of the reminding object and the message type corresponding to the representation information can be displayed; and then, modifying the message type corresponding to any reminding object according to the received type editing instruction of the characterization information of any reminding object, so that the most appropriate message type can be selected by combining the personalized characteristics and requirements of each reminding object on the basis of considering the account number activation condition of the reminding object.
In this embodiment, the access reminding message may include an access number and an access password for the multimedia communication event. In one case, the reminding object can access the multimedia communication event by dialing the access number in the access reminding message and inputting the access password; in another case, the communication device used by the reminder object can provide the reminder object with a corresponding trigger button by analyzing the content of the access reminder message, so that the reminder object can automatically complete dialing of the access number and inputting of the access password by the communication device only after triggering the trigger button, thereby simplifying the access operation of the reminder object and improving the access efficiency.
According to the technical scheme, the account activation condition of the reminding object is identified, and the matched message type is selected according to the account activation condition, so that the application of the communication resource can be optimized while the reminding object is accessed for reminding. Meanwhile, by properly selecting the reminding object, for example, the target communication party which is invited and does not access the multimedia communication event is taken as the reminding object, the access reminding message can be prevented from being sent to the accessed target communication party and the initiator, and corresponding communication resources can be saved; and the preset contact person which is not invited to be accessed but is manually added by the initiator of the multimedia communication event is taken as a reminding object, and even under the condition that the invitation is not initiated to any contact person in advance, the corresponding contact person can be configured as the reminding object, so that the selection and addition operation of the initiator on the reminding object can be simplified, and the reminding efficiency is improved.
The following describes the communication reminding scheme in detail by combining the function and interaction of the instant messaging application nail of the enterprise aiming at the access reminding process in the teleconference scene. The nail can cooperatively support the multimedia communication function besides the instant communication function, and after a nail application program (namely a client) sends a request to a nail server, the nail server creates a multimedia communication event (through an operator network) and respectively initiates a call to each communication party (including a creator and each target communication party) of the multimedia communication event, so that any communication party can be added into the multimedia communication event after answering. Taking a multimedia communication event in the form of a teleconference as an example, when there are target communication parties invited but not yet accessed to the teleconference, access reminding for the target communication parties may be implemented by a communication reminding method according to an exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 4 below, where the method may include the following steps:
at step 402, a teleconference is created.
In this embodiment, the creator may create a teleconference between itself and the selected target correspondents, such as user B and user C, through a teleconference initiation page provided by the "nail" of the enterprise instant messaging application and shown in fig. 1.
In step 404, an access alert request is received.
In this embodiment, when the trigger operation of the creator on the "notification of conference entry" button in the teleconference management page shown in fig. 5 is detected, a temporary window shown in fig. 5 may be shown, where the temporary window includes the reminder content of the access reminder request, such as "a-initiated teleconference invites you to join, call number xxx-xxxxxxxx, enter conference password 123456 to join the conference", and the like. Meanwhile, the temporary window can also comprise prompt information such as 'the above contents will be sent by a stapling message' and the like so as to represent the message type adopted when the reminding contents are sent; in the technical solution of the present application, the message type is related to the account activation condition of the reminder object accessing the reminder request, and a process of confirming the message type will be described in detail below.
And step 406, acquiring the account activation condition of the reminding object.
Step 408, when the proportion M1 of the first class of reminding objects in the activated state is larger than the proportion M2 of the second class of reminding objects in the inactivated state, the step 410A is carried out; otherwise, go to step 410B.
Step 410A, selecting an instant messaging message type.
And step 410B, selecting the short message type.
In this embodiment, since the teleconference in this embodiment is created by "nailing" the enterprise instant messaging application, the account activation condition refers to an activation condition of a registered account of the corresponding reminder object in the nailing. According to different account activation conditions, the reminding objects can be divided into two types: the first type of reminding object in the activated state and the second type of reminding object in the inactivated state.
For the first class of reminding objects, the activated user account is logged in the nail, and the access reminding message can be sent by using the instant communication function provided by the nail and by using the instant communication message type, namely the access reminding message is sent by using the packet switching domain.
For the second class of reminding objects, because the account number is not activated yet, the instant messaging function provided by the nail can not be used, the second class of reminding objects can be sent in a circuit switching domain-based mode such as a short message type, and the mode is also suitable for the first class of reminding objects, so that all reminding objects can receive and check the access reminding message.
Then, by counting the ratio M1 of the first class of reminding objects and the ratio M2 of the second class of reminding objects, the interaction between the server and the operator network can be simplified and the communication cost can be reduced as much as possible while ensuring that at least most of the reminding objects can receive the access reminding message. Through the statistical analysis of the actual situation, when the access reminding message is sent in a short message form, the proportion of the corresponding reminding object accessing the teleconference (or other communication events) based on the access reminding message is even less than 1%, so that the actual situation of the teleconference can hardly be influenced even if the access reminding message is completely sent in an instant communication message type.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the creator triggers the "notice of meeting" button, the nailing client may determine the account activation condition of the reminder object by means of active identification or inquiry to the server, and then directly select the corresponding message type according to the comparison result of the ratios M1 and M2; for example, when the instant messaging message type is selected, a temporary window shown in fig. 5, which includes a prompt message of "above contents will be sent with a staple message", may be displayed, and when the short message type is selected, a temporary window shown in fig. 6, which includes a prompt message of "above contents will be sent with a short message", may be displayed.
Of course, the creator may manually modify the type of message used according to the actual situation. For example, since the staple account numbers of most reminder objects are in an activated state, the staple client may show a temporary window as shown in fig. 5; however, when the creator knows that an important reminding object is likely not to activate the nailing account, the creator may shift to the message type determination window shown in fig. 7 by triggering the "replace" key next to the "sending with nailing message" for the above content, and may manually switch between "sending with nailing" and "sending with short message", for example, when switching to "sending with short message" and clicking the "determine" key, the "sending with short message" for the above content in the temporary window shown in fig. 6 may be updated, and then the corresponding access reminding message will be sent with short message.
By default, the nailer client may take the target correspondent invited to access but not yet accessed to the teleconference as the reminder object. For example, as shown in fig. 2, assuming that a creator a invites a target correspondent such as a user B, a user C, a user D, a user E, etc., when the creator a triggers "notification of conference entry", if the user B, the user C, etc. has accessed a conference call, the target correspondent such as the user B, the user C, etc. will not be used as a reminder object, and the target correspondent invited but not accessed by the user D, the user E, etc. will be defaulted as the reminder object.
Of course, as shown in fig. 5-6, a "configure alert object" option may be included in the temporary window, so that the creator a may select any contact from, for example, an address list by a trigger operation on the option, and add the selected contact as an alert object, without considering whether the contact is invited to access the teleconference in advance; in other words, the reminder object may include: a pre-set contact that is not invited to access but is manually added by the creator a of the conference call.
In fact, even though the creator a does not invite any contact to access the teleconference in fig. 2, the above-mentioned reminder object can be determined through the option "configure reminder object" shown in fig. 5 or fig. 6, and a corresponding access reminder message is sent to the reminder object to remind the creator to access the teleconference.
Step 412, sending an access alert message.
And step 414, sending an account activation reminding message.
In this embodiment, when the access prompting message is sent by using the instant messaging message type, for the second class of prompting objects in the inactive state, the account activation prompting message may be sent to the second class of prompting objects by using the message type based on the circuit switching domain, for example, the account activation prompting message may be sent by using a short message, so that the second class of prompting objects activate their own accounts in the nail (or other instant messaging applications), that is, the second class of prompting objects are converted into the first class of prompting objects, thereby completing account login on the nail and receiving the access prompting message.
Accordingly, when the access reminding message is sent in the instant messaging message type, the creator may receive and view the prompt message in the temporary window as shown in fig. 8, such as "the inactive user will receive the access reminding message sent by short message".
Still taking the example of a nailed teleconference, another communication alert method of an exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 9 may include the following steps:
at step 902, a teleconference is created.
At step 904, an access alert request is received.
Step 906, acquiring the account activation condition of the reminding object.
In this embodiment, the steps 902 and 906 can refer to the steps 402 and 406 shown in fig. 4, which are not described herein again.
Step 908, determining the message type corresponding to each reminding object according to the account activation status.
In this embodiment, differentiation processing can be implemented for the reminder objects in different account activation states: aiming at the first class of reminding objects with the account number activation condition in the activated state, a message type based on a packet switching domain can be selected, for example, an instant messaging message type supported by a nail is adopted, so that the interaction between a server and an operator network is simplified, and the communication cost is saved; for the second class of reminding objects with the account number activation condition in the inactive state, a message type based on a circuit switching domain can be selected, for example, a short message type is adopted, so that the second class of reminding objects can receive and view corresponding access reminding messages.
Step 910, sending an access reminding message.
In the present embodiment, because the differentiation processing is adopted, in the temporary window shown in fig. 10, only the reminder content of the incoming reminder message may be shown, and the reminder information of "the above content will be sent in xx message" shown in fig. 5 or fig. 6 is not shown.
Further, in order to meet the personalized reminding requirement of the creator for each reminding object, the representation information of the reminding object and the message type corresponding to the representation information can be displayed; for example, when it is detected that the "configure message type" key in fig. 10 is triggered, a message type configuration page shown in fig. 11 may be shown, where the page includes characterization information (e.g., user head portrait, name, account activation status, etc.) of the user D, the user E, the user F, etc., which are objects of the reminder. As shown in fig. 11, in the vicinity of the representation information of each reminder object, a slider and "staple" and "short message" message types located at both sides of the slider are shown; for user D and user E, the slider is biased towards "nailing" indicating that the incoming alert message will be sent to user D and user E in the instant messaging message type provided in "nailing", and for user F, the slider is biased towards "texting" indicating that the incoming alert message will be sent to user F in the texting message type provided in "nailing". The creator may send a type editing instruction for the characterization information of any one of the alert objects, and then the nailing client may edit the instruction according to the received type of the characterization information of any one of the alert objects, for example, slide the slider corresponding to the user D to be biased to "short message", that is, modify the message type corresponding to the user D from "instant messaging (based on nailing)" message type to "short message" message type.
FIG. 12 is a flow chart illustrating another method of communicating a reminder according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 12, the method applied to the communication device may include the following steps:
step 1202 shows a messaging management page for a multimedia messaging event created by an instant messaging application.
In this embodiment, the creator may create a multimedia communication event through an instant messaging application such as "stapling", for example, when the multimedia communication event is a teleconference event, a communication management page for the teleconference event, i.e., a teleconference management page, as shown in fig. 2 may be shown.
Step 1204, when the access reminding mark on the communication management page is triggered, showing a message sending window; the message sending window comprises the message content of the access reminding message and the message type option corresponding to the access reminding message.
Step 1206, when any message type option is selected, sending an access reminding message aiming at the multimedia communication event to a target communication party invited to access but not accessing the multimedia communication event through a message type corresponding to the any message type option.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, when an access reminding identifier such as "notice of meeting" in the teleconference management page is triggered, a message sending window shown in fig. 13 may be shown, where the message sending window includes message contents such as "a-initiated teleconference invites you to attend, call number xxx-xxxxxxxx, input conference password 123456 to join the conference", and message type options such as "send by nail", "send by short message", so that the creator may select according to actual needs, and send the above-mentioned access reminding message to the reminding object by nail according to the message type corresponding to the selected message type option. For example, the creator may select "send by short message" to ensure that all the reminder objects can receive and view the access reminder message when the multimedia communication event is important; and under the condition that the multimedia communication event is unimportant, selecting to transmit through the nail so as to simplify the interaction between the nail server and the operator network and reduce the communication cost.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram illustrating a presentation page of an incoming alert message according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Assume that the electronic device used by any one of the alert objects receives the access alert message in the technical solution of the present application, and displays the access alert message in the page shown in fig. 14.
