The enterprise-level instant messaging application is an application service provided by an instant messaging application provider for a plurality of hospitals, government units, education institutions and large-scale group-making companies, and the institutions can push and remind event contents when performing operations such as task distribution, emergency reminding, conference notification and the like through the instant messaging application, but the solutions are independently deployed, so that the deployment cost is high.
For example, in a medical institution, there are emergency plan scenarios such as crisis value push, MDT (Multiple Disciplinary Team cooperation), doctor-patient conflict, and the like. Although the solution scheme of pushing through the critical value is provided in the prior art, the deployment cost of the technical scheme is high. According to the embodiment, the method comprises the steps of obtaining an event creating instruction in the instant messaging application, obtaining information of a target event to be created and a first group of target accounts to be reminded in the target instant messaging application, sending an event creating request to the server in the target instant messaging application, and initiating voice broadcast calling to a group of communication numbers, replaces the mode of pushing event content in the independently deployed instant application in the prior art, and achieves the purposes of ensuring relevant responsible persons to claim tasks and respond within a specified time through an automatic voice telephone broadcast function, so that the technical effects of ensuring real-time delivery of messages and supervising real reference and processing of all the relevant accounts are achieved, and the technical problem that event reminding is difficult to carry out on relevant users needing event reminding quickly and effectively is solved.
In an optional embodiment, after sending the event creation request to the server in the target instant messaging application, the method further includes: acquiring an event creating request on a server; and in the case that the event creation request is verified, calling a preset operator interface on the server to initiate a voice broadcast call to a group of communication numbers.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the server may include, but is not limited to, an enterprise emergency notification server, or another server capable of performing the above operations, and the voice broadcast call may be, but is not limited to, a Telephone voice broadcast reminding request based on a PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) technology, or may also be, but not limited to, a voice broadcast reminding request based on a voice or video call function in an instant messaging application. And after acquiring the event creating request, the server verifies the event creating request according to the content of the event creating request. And under the condition that the event creating request passes the verification, calling an operator interface to send a PSTN telephone voice broadcasting reminding request, and returning that the sender emergency event notification message is sent successfully. After receiving the PSTN telephone voice broadcast reminding request, the operator can initiate telephone voice broadcast to call a group of communication numbers corresponding to the first group of target accounts. The above is only an example, and this is not limited in this embodiment.
In an optional embodiment, in a case that the event creation request is verified, the method further includes: creating a target event on a server; target events are sent to a first set of target accounts on a server.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after receiving the creation target event request packet, the server verifies the event creation request according to the content of the event creation request: if the verification fails, the execution is refused and the corresponding error code is stored in the data packet for response; when the verification is passed, the event details are stored in the database according to the contents recorded in the event creation request, for example, the operator ID, the sending member ID, the emergency notification title, the emergency notification contents, the attachment information, the operation time stamp, and the like, and then the target event is sent to the first group of target accounts recorded in the event creation request.
In an alternative embodiment, after invoking the predetermined carrier interface to initiate a voice announcement call to a set of communication numbers, the method further includes: and obtaining an answering result from the operator interface, wherein the answering result is used for indicating whether a group of communication numbers answer the voice broadcast call.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the answering result is provided by an operator, and the answering result may include, but is not limited to, being turned on or not being turned on, and may be further subdivided based on the time of turning on and waiting, for example, turning on after waiting for 5s, and turning on after waiting for 10s, where a specific kind of the answering result is preset by the operator, or is set by an administrator according to actual needs. And after acquiring the answering result, the server stores the answering result in the server.
According to the embodiment, different connection results are fed back to the server by an operator, the server can know whether the first group of target accounts corresponding to one group of communication numbers acquires the target event, so that the technical effects of ensuring real-time delivery of the message and knowing whether the account normally receives the target event are achieved, and the answer results are stored in the server, so that the inquiry and feedback after the voice broadcast call is initiated can be facilitated.
In an optional embodiment, after obtaining the listening result from the operator interface, the method further includes: and calling a preset operator interface on the server to initiate the voice broadcast call to the target communication number again under the condition that the answering result indicates that the target communication number in the group of communication numbers does not answer the voice broadcast call.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, in the case that the answering result indicates that the target communication number in the group of communication numbers has not answered the voice announcement call, the operator who sends the target event may make a call again to the communication number which is not receiving the voice announcement call through a touch operation, and the triggering of the call again process may include but is not limited to the manner as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of another event reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, an operator sending a target event clicks a "reminding member to view" touch button, triggers notification message push and voice broadcast call again, sends a request of the target event and the voice broadcast call to a server, and the server initiates the target event and a call request again to an account whose answer result is not answered according to an answer result previously stored in the server.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the server may automatically re-initiate the target event and the call request to the account whose answer result is that the account is not answered according to a preset manner, where the automatic re-call may be set to be until the communication number is connected, or may be set to be a predetermined number of times, and is terminated after the predetermined number of calls.
Through the embodiment, the processing of resending the target event and the telephone call is carried out on the account which is not connected as a result of the answer, so that the completeness of the voice broadcast call aiming at the first group of target accounts can be improved, and the reminding operation of the event is more effectively carried out.
In an optional embodiment, after obtaining the listening result from the operator interface, the method further includes: deducting a first target virtual resource from a first virtual resource set of a target instant messaging application, wherein the first target virtual resource is in direct proportion to the number of accounts in a first group of target accounts, or the first target virtual resource is in direct proportion to the number of accounts which answer a voice broadcast call in the first group of target accounts; or transferring a second target virtual resource to the operator account in a second virtual resource set of the target instant messaging application, wherein the second target virtual resource is in direct proportion to the number of accounts in the first group of target accounts, or the second target virtual resource is in direct proportion to the number of accounts which answer the voice broadcast call in the first group of target accounts.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the first virtual resource may include, but is not limited to, a first target virtual resource that can be deducted from a first virtual resource set of the target instant messaging application, for example, minutes, times, and the like. But not limited to, a second target virtual resource transferred to the operator account in a second set of virtual resources of the target instant messaging application, e.g., funds directly used for payment, recorded debt, etc.

In an alternative embodiment, the displaying the target event sent by the server on the target instant messaging application on the second terminal includes: acquiring a target touch operation on a target instant messaging application on a second terminal, wherein the target touch operation is used for checking a target event; responding to the target touch operation to display a target event on a target instant messaging application on the second terminal; after the target event is displayed on the target instant messaging application on the second terminal in response to the target touch operation, the method further includes: and sending a viewing result to the server on the target instant messaging application on the second terminal, wherein the viewing result is used for indicating that the target event is viewed by the second account.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the third account may perform configuration operation, and an operator of the third account may obtain an event creation instruction in the target instant messaging application based on the third account, configure a second group of target accounts by setting members and ranges of event reminders, and send the target configuration instruction through touch operation. Specifically, the manner of configuring the second group of target accounts may be, but is not limited to, as shown in fig. 10, where fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of another event reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, a display interface configured with the second group of target accounts is entered through a "select member" or "select member/part" entry to configure the second group of target accounts, a "save" button is clicked, and sending member and scope data set by a user to a server.
Further, by clicking the above "select member" or "select member/part" entry, the interface shown in fig. 11 may be accessed, where fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of another event reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and in the display interface of the target instant messaging application, by clicking the "add member" button to access the "member that can be notified" page, a member that can be sent, a scope that can be sent, and the like may be set.
The above is only an optional embodiment, and the method for configuring the second group of target accounts is not particularly limited.
Optionally, in this embodiment, when the account set configures the current event notification service for the first time, the operator interface applies for allocating a notification communication number, and stores the allocated communication number for event notification in the self-service; and then all accounts in the second group of target accounts are notified, the event reminding function is configured, the terminal applied by the second group of target accounts displays an event reminding application inlet, and the distributed event reminding communication number is written into the address book.
Through the embodiment, the third account can carry out event reminding in a targeted manner by configuring members and ranges for event reminding, can directly carry out event reminding to related personnel for different services, avoids mistaken sending of event reminding, saves conversation resources and expenses, can control the range of receiving personnel for important matters, and enables the technical scheme to be more widely applicable.
In an optional embodiment, after sending the event notification service request to the server, the method further includes: obtaining an event notification service request on a server; and configuring the event notification service for the second group of target accounts in the case that the event notification service request is verified.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the server verifies the event notification service request according to the received event notification service request, and after the verification is successful, invokes the storage interface to store the sending member and the range rule related to the event notification service request to the own storage service, thereby completing the configuration time notification service of the second group of target accounts.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the enterprise-level instant messaging application is an application service provided by an instant messaging application provider to many hospitals, government offices, educational institutions, and large group companies, and in the enterprise-level instant messaging application, in order to facilitate the organization with a larger scale to perform hierarchical management on its subordinate organizations or persons, the predetermined association relationship may be set to include, but not limited to, a tree structure. Any organization or individual authenticated in the instant messenger application can be managed as a root node for subordinate organizations or individuals (nodes). When the organization or the mechanism performs operations such as task distribution, emergency event reminding, meeting notification and the like through the instant messaging application, event content can be pushed and reminded according to different actual requirements through the incidence relation of the tree structure.
Through the embodiment, the incidence relation among the accounts in the account set in the target instant messaging application is set to be the incidence relation with the preset tree structure, so that subsequent operation can be performed in a layering manner, the subsequent operation aiming at different layers or different sets can be completed according to different actual requirements, the efficiency is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.

In some examples, the memory may further include memory located remotely from the processor, and these remote memories may be connected to the terminal through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, lans, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof, the first obtaining module 1302, the second obtaining module 1304, and the first sending module 1306 in the apparatus. In addition, the event reminding device may further include, but is not limited to, other module units in the event reminding device, which is not described in this example again.
Optionally, the transmission device is used for receiving or sending data via a network. Examples of the network may include a wired network and a wireless network. In one embodiment, the transmission device includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to the router via a Network cable to communicate with the internet or a local area Network. In one example, the transmission device is a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used to communicate with the internet in a wireless manner.
In addition, the electronic device further includes: the display is used for displaying the instant messaging application; and a connection bus for connecting the respective module parts in the electronic apparatus.
According to a further aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the above-mentioned computer-readable storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, acquiring an event creating instruction in a target instant messaging application on a first terminal, wherein accounts in an account set in the target instant messaging application have a predetermined incidence relation, the target instant messaging application is logged in by a first account, and the account set comprises the first account;
s2, responding to the event creating instruction, acquiring information of a target event to be created and a first group of target accounts to be reminded in the target instant messaging application, wherein the first group of target accounts are accounts in the account set;
and S3, sending an event creating request to a server in the target instant messaging application, wherein the event creating request is used for requesting to create the target event according to the information of the target event, and initiating a voice broadcast call to a group of communication numbers, and the group of communication numbers correspond to the first group of target accounts one by one.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, a person skilled in the art may understand that all or part of the steps in the methods of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing hardware associated with the terminal device, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: flash disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

The integrated unit in the above embodiments, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a separate product, may be stored in the above computer-readable storage medium. Claims (15)

1. An event reminding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an event creating instruction in a target instant messaging application on a first terminal, wherein accounts in an account set in the target instant messaging application have a preset incidence relation, the target instant messaging application is logged in by a first account, and the account set comprises the first account;
responding to the event creating instruction, acquiring information of a target event to be created and a first group of target accounts to be reminded in the target instant messaging application, wherein the first group of target accounts are accounts in the account set;
and sending an event creating request to a server in a target instant messaging application, wherein the event creating request is used for requesting to create the target event according to the information of the target event and initiating a voice broadcast call to a group of communication numbers, and the group of communication numbers are in one-to-one correspondence with the first group of target accounts.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the event creation request to the server in the target instant messaging application, the method further comprises:
obtaining the event creation request on the server;
and calling a preset operator interface on the server to initiate the voice broadcast call to the group of communication numbers under the condition that the event creation request is verified.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein in the event that the event creation request is validated, the method further comprises:
creating the target event on the server;
and sending the target event to the first group of target accounts on the server.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after invoking a predetermined carrier interface to initiate the voice announcement call to the set of communication numbers, the method further comprises:
and obtaining an answering result from the operator interface, wherein the answering result is used for indicating whether the group of communication numbers answer the voice broadcast call.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after obtaining a listening result from the operator interface, the method further comprises:
and calling a preset operator interface on the server to initiate the voice broadcast call to the target communication number again under the condition that the answering result shows that the target communication number in the group of communication numbers does not answer the voice broadcast call.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein after obtaining a listening result from the operator interface, the method further comprises:
deducting a first target virtual resource from a first virtual resource set of the target instant messaging application, wherein the first target virtual resource is in direct proportion to the number of accounts in the first group of target accounts, or the first target virtual resource is in direct proportion to the number of accounts which have received the voice broadcast call in the first group of target accounts; or
And transferring a second target virtual resource to an operator account in a second virtual resource set of the target instant messaging application, wherein the second target virtual resource is in direct proportion to the number of accounts in the first group of target accounts, or the second target virtual resource is in direct proportion to the number of accounts which have received the voice broadcast call in the first group of target accounts.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the event creation request to the server in the target instant messaging application, the method further comprises:
and displaying the target event sent by the server on a target instant messaging application on a second terminal, wherein the target instant messaging application on the second terminal is logged in by a second account, and the first group of target accounts comprises the second account.
8. The method of claim 7,
displaying the target event sent by the server on a target instant messaging application on a second terminal, wherein the target event comprises the following steps: acquiring a target touch operation on a target instant messaging application on the second terminal, wherein the target touch operation is used for viewing the target event; responding to the target touch operation, and displaying the target event on a target instant messaging application on the second terminal;
after the target event is displayed on the target instant messaging application on the second terminal in response to the target touch operation, the method further comprises: and sending a viewing result to the server on a target instant messaging application on the second terminal, wherein the viewing result is used for indicating that the target event is viewed by the second account.
9. The method according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein before obtaining the event creation instruction in the target instant messaging application on the first terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring a target configuration instruction in a target instant messaging application on a third terminal, wherein the target instant messaging application on the third terminal is logged in by a third account, the account set comprises the third account, and the third account is the first account, or the third account is an account in the account set, which is different from the first account;
responding to the target configuration instruction, selecting a second group of target accounts in the account set, wherein the second group of target accounts comprises the first group of target accounts and the first account;
and sending an event notification service request to the server, wherein the event notification service request includes the second group of target accounts, the event notification service request is used for requesting to configure event notification services for the second group of target accounts, and the event notification service is used for allowing the second group of target accounts to create events and/or acquiring created events and voice broadcast calls for reminding the created events.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein after sending the event notification service request to the server, the method further comprises:
obtaining the event notification service request on the server;
and configuring an event notification service for the second group of target accounts under the condition that the event notification service request is verified.
11. The method according to claims 1 to 8, wherein the predetermined association comprises: and predetermining the incidence relation of the tree structure.
12. An event reminder device, the device comprising:
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain an event creating instruction in a target instant messaging application on a first terminal, where an account in an account set in the target instant messaging application has a predetermined association relationship, the target instant messaging application is logged in by a first account, and the account set includes the first account;
a second obtaining module, configured to, in response to the event creating instruction, obtain, in the target instant messaging application, information of a target event to be created and a first set of target accounts to be reminded, where the first set of target accounts are accounts in the account set;
the system comprises a first sending module and a second sending module, wherein the first sending module is used for sending an event creating request to a server in a target instant messaging application, the event creating request is used for requesting to create the target event according to the information of the target event and initiating a voice broadcast call to a group of communication numbers, and the group of communication numbers correspond to the first group of target accounts one to one.
13. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the event creation request on the server after sending the event creation request to the server in the target instant messaging application;
and the processing module is used for calling a preset operator interface on the server to initiate the voice broadcast call to the group of communication numbers under the condition that the event creation request passes the verification.
14. A computer-readable storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of claims 1 to 11.
15. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 11 by means of the computer program.
