Account activation message template configuration method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a template configuration method and apparatus for an account activation message.
Background
Based on the group communication concept, the group members can communicate with other numerous group members through the group at the same time, thereby greatly improving the communication efficiency. After the user creates and activates the account, the user can join the group by using the account to become a group member of the group.
In the related art, in order to simplify the user operation, a management member of a group may register for a user to obtain a corresponding account as a created account of the corresponding user by using identification information such as a mobile phone number, an email address, and the like of the user, and associate the created account with the group, so that the corresponding user becomes a group member. Then, the users only need to activate their own created accounts, and do not need to manually create accounts, join groups, and the like. In order to assist the user in executing account activation operation, the management member may send an account activation message to the mobile phone number, the email address, and the like, so as to prompt the corresponding user for activation.
However, the account activation message is generated by the group service platform according to the predefined message template and aiming at the prompt object, so that the account activation messages of all the groups are basically the same, cannot meet the personalized management requirements of the management members of the groups, and even can be easily ignored as spam messages and junk mails, and cannot play a role in activating the prompt.

Detailed Description
In the related art, for a user who has registered and activated an account, a management member of a group may directly add the created account in an activated state to the group; meanwhile, the management member can also perform registration operation for the user who does not register the account, and add the acquired created account in the inactivated state to the group, so that the management member can manage the account.
For example, the instant messenger application in the related art provides a community management function, a community member configured as a management member can provide an organization structure of a community to the instant messenger application, and then the instant messenger application can actively generate a group corresponding to the community, and all community members in the organization structure are added as group members of the group. Then, for the group members who have performed account registration and activation in the instant messaging application, the instant messaging application can make the group members of the group by adding the created accounts in the activated state corresponding to the group members to the group of the group; for the group members which do not execute account registration in the instant messaging application, according to the identification information such as the telephone number, the email address and the like of the group members filled in the organization framework by the management member, the instant messaging application can actively create corresponding account for the group members (because the identification information is provided to the instant messaging application by the management member, the management member is equivalent to the management member helping the corresponding group members to complete account registration), and the identification information is added to the group of the group to enable the group members to become the group members of the group.
Assuming that the account of the user a is actively registered by the instant messaging application, as long as the user a does not actively log in the account on the client of the instant messaging application, the account is determined to be in an inactivated state, and other group members cannot communicate with the user a through the account in the group. Therefore, the management member can send an account activation message to the created accounts in the inactivated state in the group, so as to activate and prompt the corresponding users. For example, the management member of the group may check all the created accounts in the group in an inactive state through the statistical data page shown in fig. 1, such as the accounts corresponding to the group member a, the group member B, and the group member C in fig. 1, and when the accounts are registered by the mobile phone numbers of the corresponding users, the management member may click a "short message notification them activate" button in fig. 1, and send an account activation message in the form of a short message to the mobile phone numbers corresponding to the accounts, so that the corresponding group member a, the group member B, the group member C, and the like may receive the account activation message shown in fig. 2.
The account activating message is not generated by the management member, but generated by the service platform of the instant communication application according to a predefined message template after the management member selects the group member needing prompting. For example, the message template corresponding to the account activation message shown in FIG. 2 may be "[ nailing [ ]]# opposite name #, your good! The # management member name # of the IT department, and the # enterprise name # are in mobile office with nails and are downloaded as soon as possible. Downloading an address:http://tb.cn/asodas", when the group member A from the G company is selected by the management member D," # counterpart name # "in the above template is replaced with" A ",the # management member name # "is replaced with" D ", and the # enterprise name #" is replaced with "G company", so that the account activation message shown in fig. 2 can be obtained.
Based on the message template, account activation messages can be generated rapidly in batches; however, because the same message template is used, the generated account activation message has basically the same content and rigid format, on one hand, the personalized management requirements of management members cannot be met, on the other hand, the account activation message is easily ignored by a user who is a prompting target by mistake, or the account activation message is judged by a communication device used by the user by mistake, so that an effective activation prompting function cannot be realized.
Therefore, the above technical problems in the related art can be solved by improving the prompt scheme for account activation. For further explanation of the present application, the following examples are provided:
fig. 3 is a flowchart of a template configuration method for an account activation message according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method is applied to a server, and the server operates through the function of a bearer group to form a service platform of the group; the method may comprise the steps of:
step 302, receiving a custom template for an account activation message submitted by a management member of any group.
Step 304, associating the custom template to any group; the user-defined template is used for generating account activation information aiming at the created accounts in the inactivated state in any group, so as to activate and prompt group members corresponding to the created accounts in the inactivated state.
In one embodiment, the server may directly associate the received custom template to the corresponding group, so that the management member applies the custom template.
In another embodiment, the server needs to send the custom template to an auditor for auditing, so as to avoid the occurrence of forbidden words in the custom template, and the server may receive a template auditing request submitted by a management member of any group, where the template auditing request includes the custom template. Correspondingly, the server can send the template auditing request to a preset auditor for the preset auditor to audit the self-defined template; sending a corresponding notification message to the management member according to the checking condition of the preset checking personnel on the template checking request; wherein the custom template is associated with the any group when the template audit request passes the audit.
The server may send the template audit request to a preset auditor for auditing in multiple ways, for example:
in one case, the template audit request may be sent to a preset audit group, so that the template audit request is displayed as a session message in a group chat session window corresponding to the preset audit group; and the preset auditor is a group member of the preset audit group. In this embodiment, the preset audit group includes a plurality of preset auditors, and the template audit request is displayed in the group chat session window corresponding to the preset audit group, so that the preset auditors can directly check and process the template audit request in the group chat session window in work communication with other preset auditors without starting a special audit page, which is beneficial to simplifying the operation of the preset auditors and improving the response speed of the template audit request. Moreover, each preset auditor in the preset auditing group can check and audit the template auditing request in the group chat session window, so that even if part of the preset auditors cannot check and audit the template auditing request in time due to various reasons, other preset auditors who check the template auditing request can also perform auditing treatment, the template auditing request can be prevented from being missed and the quick response of the preset auditors to the template auditing request can be realized.
In another case, any preset auditor used for processing the template audit request may be selected, a first single chat session for the any preset auditor is created, and the template audit request is sent to the first single chat session, so that the template audit request is displayed in a first single chat session window corresponding to the first single chat session as a session message. In the embodiment, the corresponding preset auditors are allocated to the template audit requests, so that the audit task of each template audit request has more definite directivity, and each template audit request can be checked and processed by the preset auditors. When there are multiple preset auditors, the service platform may perform random allocation or average allocation on the received template audit request, which is not limited in this application.
In this embodiment, the audit condition may include at least one of the following: the template auditing request is in a processing stage in an auditing process; the template is not limited in the present application, such as the result of the template audit request. Wherein the processing stage may comprise: whether or not the processing has been performed, whether or not the processing has been completed, etc.; the audit result may include: and the examination is passed, the examination is not passed and the like.
In this embodiment, a second single chat session for the management member may be created, and the notification message may be sent to the second single chat session, so that the notification message is presented as a session message in a second single chat session window corresponding to the second single chat session. In this embodiment, since the use frequency of the session function is much greater than that of the audit function, the audit function and the session function can be fused by creating the second single chat session, so that the management member can view the notification message for the template audit request without starting a separate audit function, the operation complexity of the management member can be simplified, and the management efficiency can be improved.
According to the technical scheme, the self-defined template is submitted by the management member of the group, so that the self-defined template can be generated by the user of the management member to the account number activation message of the group member, the management member can realize personalized group management through self-defined operation on the template, the phenomenon that the management member is mistaken for junk short messages, junk mails and the like due to single format and content is avoided, and the prompt effect on the user can be remarkably improved.
The technical solution of the present application can be applied to any type of group management scenarios, for example, when the group is an Instant Messaging group, taking Enterprise Instant Messaging application (EIM) "nailing (DING Talk)" as an example, according to an organization structure created by a management member for a group to which the management member belongs, the nailing can establish a corresponding Instant Messaging group for the group, and all group members in the organization structure are added to the Instant Messaging group as group members of the Instant Messaging group. Assuming that the group contains 20000 group members, the 20000 group members can use the group to realize arbitrary communication by creating corresponding enterprise instant communication group, without storing the contact information of the rest 19999 group members in the address book by each group member individually, thereby greatly simplifying user operation and improving communication efficiency.
The following takes an enterprise instant messaging group created based on nailing as an example, and describes in detail the technical solution of the present application with reference to fig. 4, in which a user-defined process of a message template by a management member of the group is taken as an example. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another method for configuring a template of an account activation message according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
step 402, the administrator edits the custom template.
In this embodiment, the management member may include an administrator of the group, or other group members with management authority, and the administrator is taken as an example for description here.
In this embodiment, when the service platform provides the administrator with the function of editing the custom template, the statistical data page shown in fig. 1 may be changed to that shown in fig. 5, and the administrator enters the management background page shown in fig. 6 by logging in the above website oa.dingtalk.com through a prompt text such as "log in the nail management background oa.dingtalk.com-set-activate short message to set the custom short message document"; wherein, the management background page is supported and realized by a server (namely a service platform).
Of course, the management background page in the WEB form shown in fig. 6 is taken as an example here; in practice, the amount of the liquid to be used,
on the mobile device shown in fig. 5, the nailing client may also provide a corresponding function page of the management background to implement the function of editing the custom template in the present application.
In this embodiment, the account activation message may take various forms depending on what kind of user identification information the inactive created account uses; for example, when the mobile phone number of the user is used, the account activation message may be in the form of a short message, and when the email address of the user is used, the account activation message may be in the form of an email. In the following, taking account activation information in the form of short message as an example, the corresponding message template is the "short message template" or "short message document".
As shown in fig. 6, in the "activate short message setting" sub-page provided by the management background page, the parts of "currently used short message record", "custom short message record", and the like are shown to the administrator. The "currently used short message document" is the default template shown in fig. 1, and is used to generate the account activation message shown in fig. 2; the "customized short message document" can be used for the administrator to input the content of the customized template, for example, the administrator can input the content in the input box shown in fig. 6 (when the input box is not selected, the prompt information such as "click to input the customized content" shown in fig. 6 can be displayed), and can view the corresponding preview effect at any time.
Wherein, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, since the download address of the nailing client is determined by the service platform, the part related to the download address can be automatically added by the service platform at the end of the input content of the administrator without manual input of the administrator; therefore, assuming that the administrator inputs the "HI # counterpart name #, i is the member name # managed by the IT department # as shown in fig. 7, from 2016.8.8, the company will uniformly send various notifications by nailing, please download as soon as possible, avoid missing the notification, and thank you, the service platform will actively add the relevant information of the download address at the end, so the final customized short message file is the" HI # counterpart name #, i is the member name # managed by the IT department # from 2016.8.8, and the company will manage the member name # by nailingAll kinds of notifications are sent in a unified mode, the notifications are requested to be downloaded as soon as possible, and missing of the notifications and excessive thank-you are avoided. Downloading an address:http://tb.cn/asodas。”
meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, the management background page may further include a "description" part, which helps the administrator to complete the input and editing of the customized short message record by showing corresponding description information to the administrator, and is helpful to improve the auditing passing rate of the customized short message record.
And step 404, after receiving the template checking request uploaded by the administrator, the server sends the template application request to a preset checking person.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the "submit application" button shown in fig. 7 is triggered, the management background page may generate a template audit request including a self-defined short message document, and upload the template audit request to the server, so that the server sends the template audit request to a preset audit staff, such as a nailed background staff. The server may send the template audit request in a variety of ways, as illustrated below:
as an exemplary embodiment, the server may send the template audit request to a preset audit group, so that the template audit request is displayed as a session message in a group chat session window corresponding to the preset audit group; and the group members of the preset auditing group are all preset auditors.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, it is assumed that the auditor "white space" and other auditors are group members of the group "audit team", and the service platform joins the group in a "system" or other form (for example, the server or the service platform can also issue the above-mentioned session message on behalf of a certain auditor without adding the group member "system" shown in fig. 8 to the group), so that after the service platform receives a template audit request uploaded by any administrator, the template audit request can be displayed in a group chat session window as shown in fig. 8 in a form of a session message, and then the session message can be viewed by both the auditor "white space" and other group members in the group. As shown in fig. 8, the message box of the session message corresponding to the template audit request may provide function keys such as "pass" and "reject", so that the auditor "whites" and other group members in the group may directly audit the corresponding template audit request by triggering the function keys.
By displaying the template audit request in the group chat session window, an auditor can directly check and process the template audit request in the daily communication process without switching to a special audit page, so that the operation complexity of the auditor can be reduced, the auditor can more quickly process the template audit request, and the template audit request is prevented from being missed or delayed.
Of course, in the session message shown in fig. 8, besides the content of the customized short message document included in the template review request, information of the corresponding administrator (for example, user id (uid) is "white (789456)"), information of the group to which the administrator belongs (for example, group id (orgid) is "G corporation (123456)"), and the like may be included for review and reference by the reviewer.
As another exemplary embodiment, the server may select any preset auditor for processing the template audit request, and create a first single chat session for the any preset auditor; then, the template auditing request is sent to the first single chat session, so that the template auditing request is displayed as a session message in a first single chat session window corresponding to the first single chat session.
For example, as shown in fig. 9, the service platform creates a first single chat session for an auditor in a form of a "small secret" account (or in any other form), so that after the service platform receives a template audit request uploaded by any administrator, the template audit request can be displayed in the first single chat session window shown in fig. 9 in a form of a session message, and then the auditor can directly view and process the template audit request in the first single chat session window without switching to a dedicated audit page in a daily communication process, thereby reducing the operation complexity of the auditor. Meanwhile, each template audit request can be distributed to auditors in direct charge, so that template audit requests can be prevented from being omitted, and all template audit requests are guaranteed to be effectively processed.
And 406, performing an auditing operation on the template auditing request by an auditor.
And step 408, after receiving the audit result of the auditor, the server informs the administrator of the audit result.
In this embodiment, the server may create a second single chat session for the management member and send a notification message to the second single chat session, so that the notification message is presented as a session message in a second single chat session window corresponding to the second single chat session.
For example, as shown in fig. 10, when the audit condition of the audit request of the auditor on the template is that the audit is passed, the server creates a second single chat session for the administrator "white" in the form of a "small secret" account (or in any other form), and sends and displays a notification message for "that the audit is passed" in a second single chat session window corresponding to the second single chat session, where for example, the content of the notification message may be as shown in fig. 10: [ message template custom application ] your best in white, the message template "HI # opponent name #, i.e." has passed audit, and all activation prompting messages will be sent using this template in the future, please know! .
Of course, the audit condition of the template audit request by the auditor may also include "failed audit". Then, similarly to the above case, the server may also take a form such as "pegmag" showing a corresponding notification message in the second single chat session window as shown in fig. 11, for example, the content of the notification message may include: [ message template custom application ] hello, the message template "HI # opponent name #, i.e." not approved "submitted in 2016, 8, 6, 14: 20.
Besides the above-mentioned "pass audit", "fail audit" and other audit results for the template audit request, the audit condition of the template audit request by the auditor may further include: the processing stages of the template audit request in the audit process, for example, the processing stages may include "not yet processed", "being processed", "completed processing", "overdue unprocessed", and the like, so that when the template audit request enters each stage, the server may send a corresponding notification message to the administrator.
Taking "overdue" as an example, when the template audit request submitted by the administrator "white" is not processed within a preset duration (e.g., 48 hours or any other preset duration), the server may take a form such as "pegging a secret" to show a corresponding notification message in the second chat session window as shown in fig. 12, for example, the content of the notification message may include: "message template custom application" is hello, a message template "HI # opponent name #, i.e." failed, please resubmit in a message template submitted by you at 2016, 8, 6, 20.
Take "being processed" as an example. When the template audit request needs to pass through multiple rounds of audits, the server can send corresponding notification messages to managers aiming at each round of audit entered by the template audit request. For example, when a template audit request submitted by an administrator "whitely" passes a first round of audit and enters a second round of audit, the server may take a form such as "peggesecret" to show a corresponding notification message in a second single chat session window as shown in fig. 13, for example, the content of the notification message may include: "the first round of review has passed, the second round of review is being performed, please wait patiently.
And step 410, when the custom template is approved, the administrator applies the custom template to send an account activation message.
In this embodiment, when the template audit request is approved, that is, the corresponding custom template passes the audit, then in the statistical data page shown in fig. 14, by comparing with fig. 5, it can be seen that: the adopted message template is changed from the default short message record shown in fig. 5 to the self-defined short message record shown in fig. 14, namely the self-defined short message record configured by the administrator through fig. 7 is 'white'.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, a "switch to" entry may be provided beside the "custom short message document", and when the entry is triggered, the entry may be switched to the selection page shown in fig. 15, where the selection page includes a default message template (i.e., a default short message document) and custom templates (i.e., a custom short message document 1, a custom short message document 2, and the like) that have been applied by the administrator and passed the audit, and the message templates all pass the audit, and may be directly used without any risk, so that the administrator may switch to use at any time according to needs.
For example, the administrator can view the specific content of the custom template by clicking the "click preview" on the right side of the "custom short message case 1"; when the administrator wishes to apply the 'custom short message document 1', the button on the right side of the administrator can be slid to the right side, and then the electronic device used by the administrator sends a corresponding notification message to the server, so that when the server sends an account activation message to the created account in the inactivated state again in response to the requirement of the administrator, the 'custom short message document 1' is adopted to generate a corresponding account activation message.
FIG. 16 shows a schematic block diagram of an electronic device according to an example embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 16, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor 1602, an internal bus 1604, a network interface 1606, a memory 1608, and a nonvolatile memory 1610, but may also include hardware required for other services. The processor 1602 reads a corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory 1610 to the memory 1602 and then runs the computer program to form a template configuration apparatus of the account activation message on a logical level. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present application does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may also be hardware or logic devices.
Referring to fig. 17, in a software implementation, the template configuration apparatus of the account activation message may include a receiving unit 1702 and an associating unit 1704. Wherein:
