Abstract
The invention discloses a thermosetting heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film which is of a layered structure and sequentially comprises a carrier layer, an anti-counterfeiting information layer, a release layer and an adhesive layer from outside to inside, wherein the carrier layer is a polyethylene terephthalate film, the anti-counterfeiting information layer is a thermosetting heat-resistant acrylic resin layer, nano-scale gas-phase silicon dioxide is added into the thermosetting heat-resistant acrylic resin, a concave-convex holographic pattern is arranged in the anti-counterfeiting information layer, the release layer is a fluorine-containing coating, and the adhesive layer is a hot melt adhesive layer or a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The anti-counterfeiting information layer adopts the thermosetting heat-resistant acrylic resin layer added with the nano-scale fumed silica, can bear the mould pressing temperature of more than 260 ℃, has good transparency, can be easily stripped from the mould pressing plate after mould pressing due to the existence of the stripping layer, ensures the integrity and the definition of anti-counterfeiting information, and further improves the stability of holographic patterns by carrying out curing treatment on the anti-counterfeiting information layer after mould pressing.

Technical Field

Background

Holographic anti-counterfeiting is an anti-counterfeiting technology which is completed by utilizing a laser color hologram plate making technology and a mould pressing duplication technology, the prior holographic anti-counterfeiting film generally adopts a PET film or an OPP film as a carrier, then an anti-counterfeiting information layer and a protective layer are sequentially coated on the carrier, and a hologram is pressed into the anti-counterfeiting information layer through a conventional heating and pressurizing holographic embossing process. This has the following drawbacks: firstly, the heat resistance of the existing anti-counterfeiting information layer is not high, the anti-counterfeiting information layer is easy to generate viscous flow deformation at a higher mould pressing temperature, is easy to be yellowed by heat, influences the integral transparency of the anti-counterfeiting film, and causes the mould pressing effect to be poor if the mould pressing temperature is reduced, so that the definition of the obtained holographic pattern is not high; and secondly, in the process of hologram molding and copying, the anti-counterfeiting information layer is not easy to peel off from the molding plate, the resin of the anti-counterfeiting information layer is easy to adhere to the molding plate, even partial holographic stripes can be lost, the integrity of the hologram is damaged, and the definition of the hologram is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film aiming at the defects in the prior art, the nano-scale fumed silica is added into the anti-counterfeiting information layer, so that the anti-counterfeiting information layer can bear higher die pressing temperature, and the anti-counterfeiting information layer can be easily peeled from a die pressing plate due to the existence of a film release layer after die pressing, so that the holographic anti-counterfeiting film with complete and clear anti-counterfeiting information is obtained.

(2) According to the heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film, the release film layer (3) is added on the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2), so that the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2) is easy to peel off from a mould pressing plate and does not adhere to the mould pressing plate in the information mould pressing and copying process of the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2), the integrity of information is guaranteed, and the definition of a hologram is not damaged.
(3) According to the heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film, the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2) is cured after film pressing, so that the stability of holographic patterns is further improved.
(4) According to the heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film, the film release layer (3) is subjected to corona treatment before the adhesive layer (4) is coated in a scraping manner, so that the heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film has good adhesive force with the adhesive layer (4).

The preparation method of the heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film comprises the following steps: 1) coating an anti-fake information layer (2) on the carrier layer (1) and drying; 2) coating a release layer (3) on the dried anti-counterfeiting information layer (2) and drying; 3) heating the carrier layer (1) coated with the release layer (3) and the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2), when heating to 180 ℃, carrying out mould pressing on the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2) through the release layer (3) by using a mould pressing machine, and mould pressing the holographic pattern into the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2), wherein the mould pressing temperature is 120-; 4) carrying out photocuring or thermocuring treatment on a semi-finished product formed by the release layer (3), the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2) and the carrier layer (1) after mould pressing to fix the holographic pattern in the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2); 5) carrying out corona treatment on the release layer (3) to improve the bonding strength between the release layer (3) and the bonding layer (4), wherein the corona treatment gap is 1-2 mm, the treatment voltage is 10-20kV, the treatment time is 10-15 minutes, and the treatment temperature is 30-60 ℃; 6) and (3) coating an adhesive layer (4) on the delaminating layer (3) in a scraping way and drying to finish the manufacture of the heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film.

The structure and the preparation method of the heat-resistant holographic anti-counterfeiting film in the embodiment are the same as those of the embodiment 1, except that: the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2) is a thermosetting heat-resistant acrylic resin layer, the particle size of nano-scale fumed silica in the curing heat-resistant acrylic resin is 50nm, the demoulding layer (3) is a fluorocarbon coating, and the bonding layer (4) is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The thickness of the carrier layer (1) is 0.8 mu m, the thickness of the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2) is 1.5 mu m, the thickness of the release layer (3) is 0.35 mu m, the thickness of the bonding layer (4) is 0.8 mu m, and the texture depth of the holographic pattern in the anti-counterfeiting information layer (2) is 0.8 mu m.
