Abstract
The invention relates to an unsafe behavior prompting system which is characterized by comprising an earphone microphone, a machine vision camera and a server, wherein the server comprises a machine vision image processing module, a hidden danger information processing module and an unsafe behavior and voice library, the machine vision image processing module processes user behavior image information, identifies the identity of a user, obtains whether the user carries out unsafe behavior and the place where the unsafe behavior is carried out, and sends the unsafe behavior of the user to the hidden danger information processing module; and the hidden danger information processing module is used for sending the unsafe behaviors and the corresponding voice information in the voice library to the earphone corresponding to a certain user after acquiring that the certain user carries out the unsafe behaviors from the machine vision image processing module, and reminding the user of paying attention to the unsafe behaviors. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the unsafe behaviors of the workers can be reminded of the workers working in the place in time.

According to DuPont company authority statistics, 96% of accidents are directly caused by unsafe behaviors of people, and research on management of the unsafe behaviors of people becomes an important subject of safety science.
studies have shown that when nearly 80% of unsafe behavior occurs unconsciously, i.e., when such behavior occurs, the parties do not know that they are doing unsafe and are at risk.
For example, a hole exists in a corridor on a certain floor, and no shielding/warning is provided for the hole. If there is no unsafe behavior, no accident will occur. However, if an unsafe behavior occurs in which a person in an industrial site walks while watching a mobile phone, an accident may occur. Many people are accustomed to drawing out a mobile phone to view information when walking in a field. The operation of the mobile phone easily leads people to lose the insight of potential safety hazards in the real environment. People who have become accustomed to walking while operating a mobile phone at home or in an office location also behave similarly at work locations. At this point, if a sound is immediately generated at the ear to inform it that unsafe behavior is proceeding, thus reminding the user of the unsafe behavior, the behavior can be immediately corrected.
