4) External manipulation: in the whole warehouse-in/warehouse-out process, the system control terminal receives and gathers all data information and feeds back the data information to the display device, and a worker gives out a control command according to the data information.
The intelligent remote control system is intelligent, simple and efficient, and can be used for pre-screening mechanical components entering and exiting the warehouse through adding the pre-screening equipment of the warehouse entering and exiting the warehouse, and simultaneously, the pre-planning is carried out on the placement area of the mechanical components, so that the inventory quality and safety are effectively ensured, and the warehouse effective rate is improved.

An intelligent warehousing system for machine part access, characterized in that: the system comprises an intelligent mobile cargo allocation module, an intelligent goods shelf module, a mechanical component data analysis module, a wireless communication module and a system control terminal, wherein the system control terminal is connected with the intelligent mobile cargo allocation module, the intelligent goods shelf module and the mechanical component data analysis module through the wireless communication module;
the intelligent mobile cargo allocation module comprises intelligent mobile cargo allocation equipment, is used for transferring mechanical components to be warehoused to a mechanical component storage shelf or transferring mechanical components to be warehoused from the mechanical component storage shelf, realizes the storage and the transportation of the mechanical components, and performs data interaction with the intelligent shelf module;
the intelligent goods shelf module comprises a mechanical part storage goods shelf, a warehouse-in and warehouse-out pre-examination device and a data management platform, wherein the mechanical part storage goods shelf is used for storing and storing mechanical parts in a warehouse and transmitting goods shelf data to the data management platform in real time, the warehouse-in and warehouse-out pre-examination device is used for monitoring single product parameters of the mechanical parts and transmitting the single product parameter data to the data management platform, and the data management platform is used for transmitting received data to the mechanical part data analysis module;
the mechanical component data analysis module comprises a mechanical component database, a single product parameter database and a storage database, wherein the mechanical component database comprises information of all mechanical component products operated in an enterprise, the single product parameter database comprises single product parameter information of all mechanical component products operated in the enterprise, the storage database comprises storage shelf storage data information and total storage data information of single mechanical component, the mechanical component data analysis module receives intelligent shelf module speed data information, performs comparison analysis and guides analysis result signals to a system control terminal;
the wireless communication module adopts an indoor area WLAN or outdoor mobile 4G, and the mechanical part adopts an RFID tag to record data;
the intelligent mobile cargo allocation equipment adopts a combination form of an industrial robot and a transmission belt, wherein the industrial robot is used for transferring and taking cargoes in a small range, and the transmission belt is used for carrying in a long distance without any obstacle;
the warehouse-in and warehouse-out pre-examination equipment adopts a weighing and scanning integrated machine, and the weighing and scanning integrated machine is placed between the conveyor belt and the industrial robot and is used for qualified pre-examination of each warehouse-in and warehouse-out mechanical component;
the mechanical parts monitored by the warehouse-in and warehouse-out pre-examination equipment are placed on a mechanical part storage shelf from bottom to top according to the trend of weight decrease;
the mechanical part database and the single product parameter database are prerecorded by staff according to company operation product information and are imported into a system for storage, and are used for comparing and analyzing with the received in-out warehouse pre-examination equipment detection information;
the warehouse database is prerecorded by staff according to the information of a company warehouse and is imported into a system for storage, and is used for comparing and analyzing the received data information of the storage shelf of the mechanical part;
the using method of the intelligent warehousing system comprises the following steps:
1) And (5) warehousing mechanical parts: the intelligent mobile cargo allocation module sequentially conveys mechanical components to be warehoused to the corresponding intelligent shelf modules, and feeds back warehouse-in data information to a data management platform of the intelligent shelf modules;
2) Mechanical component warehouse: the method comprises the steps that mechanical components are placed on corresponding mechanical component storage shelves, corresponding mechanical component storage shelf storage information and total library storage information are recorded and stored by a data management platform of an intelligent shelf module, taking and storing of the mechanical components are checked and recorded, and the data management platform information is updated in real time;
