Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments of the present invention and their descriptions herein are for the purpose of explaining the present invention, but are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The ETC roadside unit and the vehicle-mounted unit realize the charge transaction by wireless communication, wherein the communication protocol can adopt a special short-range communication (Dedicated Short Range Communication, DSRC) protocol. The treatment process comprises the following steps: an ETC On-Board Unit (RSU) periodically transmits a downlink beacon service table (Beacon Service Table, BST) signal, and when a vehicle equipped with the On-Board Unit (OBU) enters an ETC toll area, the BST signal is received and returned to the vehicle service table (Vehicle Service Table, VST) signal. The VST signal contains the media access control (Media Access Control, MAC) address, serial number and other information of the on-board unit, where the MAC address of the on-board unit is the primary identification code that it communicates with the RSU antenna. After receiving the uplink DSRC signal data frame, the RSU antenna distinguishes different vehicle-mounted units by using the MAC address of the RSU antenna; and the RSU antenna sends downlink signal data frames to different vehicle-mounted units, and the MAC address of the target vehicle-mounted unit is used as the special link identification of the downlink frame. The vehicle-mounted unit only receives the downlink data frame with the same special link identification as the MAC address of the vehicle-mounted unit. After receiving the VST signal, the RSU antenna firstly carries out safety authentication with the vehicle-mounted unit, and after the authentication is passed, the RSU antenna confirms that the vehicle is a legal vehicle, and then carries out ETC charging transaction with the vehicle-mounted unit. After ETC transaction communication is finished, the RSU antenna transmits a finishing instruction, and then continues to transmit a periodical downlink BST signal to wait for the entering of a subsequent vehicle.
One of the basic functions of the vehicle-mounted unit is to operate the user card, and through a card reading and writing module of the vehicle-mounted unit, operations such as reading information in the user card, writing information in the ETC system into the user card, deducting fees from the user card and the like can be completed. According to long-term ETC system operation experience, the stability of the operation of the card reading and writing module of the vehicle-mounted unit directly influences the normal operation of the system and the non-stop traffic of wide users. Due to the reasons of the production and manufacturing process, device selection, software design and the like of the vehicle-mounted unit, the vehicle-mounted unit has a certain probability of faults such as unstable card reading and writing operation, even card reading and writing failure after multiple times of plugging, so that how to detect the stability and reliability of the card reading and writing functions of the vehicle-mounted unit after plugging is an urgent problem to be solved in an ETC system.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides an automatic card insertion and extraction test method for ETC user cards, as shown in fig. 1, the automatic card insertion and extraction test method for ETC user cards of some embodiments may include the following steps S110 to S160.
The method can be realized by using a controller, and the controller can be equipment such as an industrial personal computer, a server, a personal computer, a tablet personal computer, a mobile phone or a singlechip. Those skilled in the art will recognize that the order of execution of the steps of the method may be adjusted where possible, and therefore the order of execution of the steps is not limited by the present invention unless specifically described otherwise.
Step S110: and outputting a card inserting and extracting control signal to card inserting and extracting equipment so that the user card is automatically inserted into the vehicle-mounted unit and exits from the vehicle-mounted unit after the set residence time after the card is inserted.
The card insertion and extraction device can comprise a mechanical arm, a card insertion groove, a vehicle-mounted unit fixing piece and the like. The card-inserting control signal can be transmitted to a mechanical arm in the card-inserting device, and the mechanical arm can push all or part of the user card positioned outside the card-inserting groove into the card-inserting groove according to the card-inserting control signal. When the user card enters the card insertion operation, the user card can be electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted unit (electronic tag) fixed by the vehicle-mounted unit fixing piece, which is equivalent to that the user inserts the user card into the vehicle-mounted electronic tag. Wherein, the user card can be a stored value card, a billing card and the like, and can deduct fees therefrom; the vehicle-mounted electronic tag or the vehicle-mounted unit can interact information with a road side unit of the ETC system.
The card-inserting control signal may carry card-inserting control parameters, where the card-inserting control parameters may include one or more of card-inserting speed, card-inserting force, and residence time after card insertion. The post-card retention time may refer to the time that the user card is inserted into the card insertion device and held in place after insertion, and may be determined with reference to the time taken for execution of one or more subsequent steps to ensure that the on-board unit and the roadside unit complete the transaction. In some embodiments, the post-card dwell time may refer to the time from post-card to antenna shut down; after the antenna is closed, the card can be pulled out manually or automatically. After the duration of the post-insertion dwell time has ended, the user card may be withdrawn from the card insertion device (an ejector mechanism or the aforementioned mechanical arm may be used to assist in withdrawing the user card). Different card inserting habits of a user can be simulated by utilizing different card inserting speeds and/or card inserting forces, so that the test result can be more accurate. In other embodiments, the card control signal may not carry card control parameters, and the mechanical arm of the card insertion device receives the card control signal and may insert a card according to its inherent strength or speed.
The control lines of the card insertion device, in particular of the robotic arm thereof, and the controller of the method may be communicatively connected by various means, such as serial ports, control interfaces, buses, etc., for transmitting card insertion control signals to the card insertion device.
Optionally, before this step S110, the method shown in fig. 1 may further include the steps of: s170, receiving the input plug-in card control parameters. Wherein the card-inserting control parameters include one or more of card-inserting speed, card-inserting force and residence time after card insertion, and the card-inserting control signals include the card-inserting control parameters. The plug-in card control parameters may be manually input to the method's execution device through various input means (e.g., keyboard, mouse, touch screen, etc.). After receiving the card inserting and pulling control parameter, the executing equipment of the method can increase the card inserting and pulling control parameter to the card inserting and pulling control signal for output, wherein the output is mainly simultaneous output and is not limited to be transmitted in the same transmission channel or communication line. The step S170 may be a part of the preparation, and after the execution device of the method receives the card control parameter, an action of starting the test may be executed, and then the execution of the step S110 is started.
In different card plugging testing processes, the same or different card plugging control parameters can be adopted; or, the input card-inserting control parameters can be received only at the beginning, but when the next test is continued, the card-inserting control parameters can be adjusted according to the set rule, so that the method can automatically simulate the card-inserting behaviors of various users.
Optionally, before this step S110, the method shown in fig. 1 may further include the steps of: s180, receiving and storing the input card information, and inputting the input card information to the user card. The card information may contain information of the type involved in the transaction or interaction between one or more road side units and the on-board unit, for example 0015 files, 0019 files, 0002 files (files according to ETC related industry specifications "toll road networking electronic toll collection technical requirements" (bulletin 13 of the transportation sector 2011)), ETC. The 0015 file is a card issuing basic data file, is information written in when the user card is issued for the second time, and can not be rewritten in the process of carrying out transaction between the road side unit and the vehicle-mounted unit; 0019 is a special file which accords with consumption, and each transaction can be modified according to the time, site and other information of the transaction; the 0002 file is an electronic wallet file, records the wallet balance of the user card, and reduces the corresponding deduction amount after each transaction deduction is successful. The card information generally needs to conform to the format of the corresponding file, and specific contents can be randomly written.
The card information can be manually copied from other storage devices to the method execution device, and the method execution device can store the obtained card information in one copy and input the card information into a user card. Wherein the user card may be communicatively connected to the method execution device via the plug-in card device or another device (e.g., a card reader) for entering card information into the user card. The step S180 may be a part of the preparation, and after the execution device of the method receives and stores the input card information and inputs the card information into the user card, an action of starting the test may be performed, and then the execution of the above step S110 is restarted.
Step S120: and receiving a card inserting in-place signal of the user card inserted into the vehicle-mounted unit.
The card inserting and extracting device can comprise a card inserting and detecting device which can be an infrared detecting element, a pressure detecting element and the like, and the setting position can be determined according to the position where the user card can be electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted unit. When the user card is inserted in place, the card insertion in place detection device of the card insertion and extraction device can detect that the user card is inserted in place and send a card insertion in place signal to the execution device of the method.
In other embodiments, the card insertion and extraction device may further include a card complete extraction detection device, and similarly, the card complete extraction detection device may be an element of infrared detection, pressure detection, and the like, and the setting position may be determined according to the position of the slot of the card insertion slot, and may be different from the card insertion and extraction in-place detection device mainly in the setting position. In other words, in these embodiments, the method shown in fig. 1 may further include the steps of: and receiving a card complete extraction signal of the user card extraction vehicle-mounted unit. The card complete-extraction signal may be executed after the transaction between the on-board unit and the road side unit is completed, for example, after the subsequent step S130, so as to indicate that the card insertion and extraction operation is completed, and further facilitate the next card insertion and extraction test.
The card-in-place detection means and/or the card-full-extraction detection means may be communicatively connected to the execution device of the method by various means, for example, by an I/O interface connection, in which case, if the card-in-place detection means detects that the user card is in place, a 1 may be output, otherwise a 0 may be output to the execution device of the method; if the card complete extraction detection device detects that the user card has been completely extracted, 1 can be output, otherwise 0 can be output to the execution equipment of the method. In the case that the card insertion/extraction device is provided with both the card insertion in-place detection device and the card full extraction detection device, the detection result of the card insertion position may be represented by a two-bit binary number, for example, 00 may represent that the card insertion is not in place and the card extraction is not in place, that is, may represent that the card insertion or the card extraction is in the process, or may be in a state of a card virtual connection vehicle-mounted unit; 01 indicates that the card is in place but the card is not in place, i.e. the card is in place; the card is pulled out but inserted into place, i.e., can be shown in a state of being pulled out into place, as indicated by 10.
Step S130: outputting a transaction control signal to a road side unit according to the card inserting in-place signal so that the road side unit reads the card information from the user card and writes the transaction information into the user card according to the read card information to complete the transaction.
For example, the read in-card information may include one or more of a card issuance base data file (0015 file), a composite consumption specific file (0019 file), and a pre-transaction electronic wallet file (0002 file); the written transaction information may include a modified compound consumption specific file (0019 file). By reading the card issuance base data file within the user card, the basic information of the user card, such as the MAC address of the user card, which can be used to find the user card, the serial number, which can be used to find the user card in the ETC system, can be known. Of course, the method is used only for testing, the card issuing base data file may not necessarily play a practical role, and may be used only for checking whether the read result is correct. The composite consumption special file can be used for knowing the related information of the previous transaction of the user card, such as the time, the site and the like of the previous transaction.
When information needs to be written, transaction information is written into the user card according to the read information in the card to complete transaction, specifically, for example, a compound consumption special file can be modified according to the time and the site of the current transaction, the modified compound consumption special file is written into the user card, meanwhile, a road side unit can transmit transaction amount obtained according to the ETC system record information or transmitted to the road side unit to the user card, and the electronic wallet file on the user card is controlled to subtract the amount, namely the electronic wallet file after the transaction is changed. The amount of money can be transmitted to the user card through the compound consumption special file, then the user card modifies the electronic wallet file, or directly modifies the electronic wallet file, and then the modified electronic wallet file is transmitted to the user card.
Of course, the purpose of writing transaction information is to complete a transaction, if the transaction is actually completed, the transaction is successful, if the transaction cannot be completed due to insufficient balance or card reading and writing failure, etc., the transaction fails, after the transaction operation is performed, the vehicle-mounted unit can feed back the result of the transaction to the road side unit, and then the execution device of the method can acquire the transaction result through the communication connection line (such as serial port, network port, bus connection, etc.) between the execution device and the road side unit.
Optionally, before this step S130, the method shown in fig. 1 may further include the steps of: and S190, outputting an antenna carrier opening control signal to the road side unit. In general, the antennas of the roadside units may continuously periodically transmit downlink BST signals, waiting for the on-board units to receive. However, when performing a card plug test, it is desirable to receive the BST signal when it is required to receive such signal to enable information interaction between the RSU antenna and the on-board unit. Therefore, an antenna carrier control switch may be disposed in the roadside unit, and when a transaction (e.g. step S130 needs to be performed), the RSU antenna is turned on in advance, so as to transmit a carrier signal to perform a transaction with the vehicle-mounted unit. Therefore, the RSU antenna can be prevented from transmitting unnecessary signals to interfere with the card plugging testing process.
Optionally, after this step S130, the method shown in fig. 1 may further include the steps of: s1200, outputting an antenna carrier closing control signal to the road side unit. After the transaction is completed, when the subsequent processing process of the plug-in card test does not need to enable information interaction between the vehicle-mounted unit and the RSU antenna, the antenna carrier wave is closed, and unnecessary signals are prevented from being transmitted by the antenna. After the antenna carrier is turned off, the RSU antenna may still be in a powered-on state, but only does not transmit the BST signal, so that when the antenna is required to continue transmitting the BST signal, the antenna may be controlled to transmit the carrier signal quickly to perform the next transaction.
Step S140: and acquiring a transaction result and the read card information from the road side unit.
After the road side unit detects the vehicle-mounted unit, the information in the card is read from the user card inserted into the vehicle-mounted unit, at the moment, fee deduction transaction is not carried out, and at the moment, the road side unit can transmit the read information in the card to the execution equipment of the method. After the road side unit knows the payment amount of the user card according to the read card information, the vehicle-mounted unit can write the information required to be transacted into the user card, so that payment is carried out, payment transaction can be successful or failed, a transaction result can be returned to the road side unit by the vehicle-mounted unit, and at the moment, the road side unit can transmit the transaction result to the execution equipment of the method. Thus, the transaction result and the read in-card information can be acquired from the roadside unit. Of course, in other embodiments, it is possible to obtain the desired information from other sources, such as obtaining transaction results and/or read in-card information from an on-board unit.
Step S150: and judging whether the reading of the information in the card is normal or not by comparing the read information in the card with the card information which is input into the user card in advance.
Under the condition that the card information of the user card is unchanged relative to the card information which is input into the user card in advance before the card plugging test, whether the card information is read normally or not can be judged by comparing whether the read card information is consistent with the card information which is input into the user card in advance, specifically, if so, the reading is normal, otherwise, the reading is abnormal. Under the condition that the information in the user card before the current card insertion and extraction test is changed relative to the card information which is input into the user card in advance, the information after the previous test change can be obtained according to the change information (such as deduction amount) and the information read before the previous change, and then whether the read information is normal or not is judged by comparing the information after the previous change with the consistency of the information in the card read this time.
For example, the read in-card information may include a card issuance base data file, a composite consumption specific file, and an electronic wallet file, and the card information pre-entered to the user card may include a card issuance base data file, a composite consumption specific file, and an electronic wallet file. In this case, when the first card insertion and extraction test is performed, whether the read card issuance basic data file is consistent with the pre-recorded card issuance basic data file or not can be compared, whether the read composite consumption special file is consistent with the pre-recorded composite consumption special file or not can be compared, and whether the read electronic wallet file is consistent with the pre-recorded electronic wallet file or not can be compared. If the card is not tested for the first time, the pre-recorded special compound consumption file may be updated into the special compound consumption file modified and written in the last time of card plugging, in which case, whether the special compound consumption file read in the test is consistent with the special compound consumption file modified in the last time can be compared; of course, since the card issuance base data file is not generally changed, the read card issuance base data file can be compared with the card issuance base data file entered in advance into the user card regardless of the time of the card insertion and extraction test.
Step S160: and judging whether the card is successfully inserted or extracted from the vehicle-mounted unit according to the judging result of whether the information reading in the card is normal or not and the obtained transaction result.
For example, by comparing the read card information with the card information pre-recorded to the user card, and judging that the card information is read normally and the transaction result is normal, the card plugging of the vehicle-mounted unit is considered successful, that is, the vehicle-mounted unit is stable in reading and writing. If the information in the card fails to read or the transaction fails, the card insertion and extraction of the vehicle-mounted unit can be considered to be failed.
In the embodiments, a card inserting and pulling control signal is output to card inserting and pulling equipment, a user card is automatically inserted into a vehicle-mounted unit, a card inserting and pulling signal of the user card inserted into the vehicle-mounted unit is received, a transaction control signal is output to a road side unit according to the card inserting and pulling signal, the road side unit reads card inner information from the user card, the transaction information is written into the user card according to the read card inner information to complete the transaction, then the card inserting and pulling equipment pulls out the user card, a transaction result and the read card inner information are obtained from the road side unit, whether the card inner information is read normally is judged by comparing the read card inner information with the card information which is input into the user card in advance, and whether the card inserting and pulling of the vehicle-mounted unit is successful is judged according to the judging result of whether the card inner information is read normally and the obtained transaction result, so that the influence of the card inserting and pulling out on the card reading and pulling mode stability of the vehicle-mounted unit can be tested.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of an automatic card plugging testing method for ETC user cards according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, in other embodiments, the method for testing an ETC user card according to fig. 1 may further include steps S210 to S260 described below. After completing the card plugging test of the on-board unit once through the above steps S110 to S160, the card plugging test of the on-board unit next time can be performed through the steps S210 to S260.
Step S210: and after the user card exits the vehicle-mounted unit, outputting a card plugging control signal to the card plugging equipment again, so that the user card is automatically plugged into the vehicle-mounted unit again and the retention time after card plugging is kept again.
For example, in the above step S110, the card inserting/extracting device inserts the user card into the on-board unit according to the card inserting/extracting control signal, and keeps the user card in the card inserting state for a certain time, during the card inserting state, the transaction process between the road side unit and the on-board unit may be completed, and after the card reading/writing operation is performed, the user card may be withdrawn from the on-board unit. Therefore, the user card exiting the in-vehicle unit described in this step S210 may refer to the user card exiting from the in-vehicle unit described in this example. The specific embodiment of this step S210 may be similar to the above-described step S110.
The card-inserting control signal may carry card-inserting control parameters, which may include card-inserting speed, card-inserting force, card-inserting residence time, etc. In addition, the card inserting and extracting control parameter may include the card inserting and extracting times, and according to the set card inserting and extracting times, the method may be performed circularly according to steps S210 to S260 until the test times are reached. The step S210 may be the same or similar during the different times of card insertion and extraction test.
Step S220: re-receiving a card inserting in-place signal of the user card inserted into the vehicle-mounted unit;
according to the retrieved card control signal, the card plugging device can allow the user card to be reinserted into the vehicle-mounted unit. When the card is in place, a corresponding card in place signal can be obtained. The specific embodiment of this step is similar to step S120 described above.
Step S230: and re-outputting a transaction control signal to the road side unit according to the re-received card inserting in-place signal so that the road side unit re-reads the card information from the user card and re-writes the transaction information to the user card according to the read card information to re-complete the transaction.
The specific embodiment of this step may be similar to step S130 described above. The specific content may be different for the read in-card information when the previous test is modified. For example, the card issuance base data file read this time may be identical to the card issuance base data file read in the previous test; the content of the read special file for composite consumption can be different from that of the special file for composite consumption read before the previous transaction, because the special file for composite consumption read at this time can modify the time, site, etc. of the previous transaction; the electronic wallet file read this time may have different contents from the electronic wallet file read before the previous transaction, and the balance in the electronic wallet file is different because a certain amount of money is deducted from the electronic wallet file after the previous transaction.
Optionally, before this step S230, the method shown in fig. 2 may further include the steps of: and S290, repeatedly outputting an antenna carrier opening control signal to the road side unit. Optionally, after this step S230, the method shown in fig. 2 may further include the steps of: s2200, repeatedly outputting an antenna carrier closing control signal to the road side unit. The embodiment and effect of this step S290 are similar to those of step S190 described above, and the embodiment and effect of this step S2200 are similar to those of step S1200 described above.
Step S240: and acquiring a re-transaction result and re-read card information from the road side unit.
The specific embodiment of this step may be similar to step S240 described above. The difference is mainly that the re-transaction result and the transaction result in the previous test may be different, and the re-read in-card information (the information read before the present transaction) and the in-card information read before the previous transaction may be different.
Step S250: and judging whether the reading of the information in the card is normal or not again by comparing the re-read information in the card with the transaction information written in the user card at the previous time.
The difference between this step and the above step S250 is that the re-read card information is compared with the transaction information written to the user card at the time of the previous card insertion and extraction test, for example, the modified composite consumption dedicated file is written at the time of the previous transaction, and the modified electronic wallet file is written at the time of the previous transaction, so that the composite consumption dedicated file read before the present transaction can be compared with the composite consumption dedicated file written to the user card at the previous time, and the electronic wallet file read before the present transaction can be compared with the modified electronic wallet file written to the user card at the previous time. The transaction information written in the previous time can be obtained by combining the information read before the previous transaction with the change information which needs to be modified in the previous time of the road side unit, for example, the electronic wallet file after the transaction is obtained by subtracting the amount to be deducted by the road side unit in the previous test from the balance in the electronic wallet file read before the previous transaction. In other embodiments, information to be written to the user card or processed in the user card may be transferred to the execution body of the method for storage.
Step S260: and re-judging whether the card plugging of the vehicle-mounted unit is successful according to the judging result of whether the read of the information in the card is normal or not and the re-transaction result.
The specific embodiment of this step is similar to step S160 described above. For example, if the re-read information in the card is normal and the re-transaction result is successful, the test can be considered to be successful.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 again, the method for testing an ETC user card according to the foregoing embodiment may further include:
step S270: and obtaining the successful card inserting and extracting proportion of the vehicle-mounted unit according to all the results of judging whether the card inserting and extracting of the vehicle-mounted unit is successful or not so as to judge the read-write stability of the vehicle-mounted unit after card inserting and extracting.
For example, one card insertion and extraction test may be performed through the step S110 to the step S160, and a plurality of card insertion and extraction tests may be performed through the loop of executing the step S210 to the step S260. Each test may yield a successful or failed result. After the card is plugged and unplugged, whether the read-write function of the vehicle-mounted unit is stable or not can be judged by counting the successful test duty ratio in all the tests.
When the stability of the same on-board unit needs to be evaluated, the above step S110 to the above step S260 may be performed by one on-board unit all the time. When the next vehicle-mounted unit needs to be tested, the vehicle-mounted unit can be replaced, and the test is restarted from the beginning, so that the stability of the vehicle-mounted unit is counted.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described below with specific examples.
The embodiment provides a vehicle-mounted unit plug-in card testing method which can test the stability and reliability of a vehicle-mounted unit read-write card module, thereby solving the technical problems of error operation and the like of the vehicle-mounted unit read-write card. The existing equipment plug-in test tool cannot conduct plug-in card test on the ETC vehicle-mounted unit, and particularly cannot conduct automatic detection on the working effect of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit after card insertion. To implement the method of the present embodiment, the hardware may include: plug-in card equipment, ETC special RSU, plug-in card controller, ETC.
Wherein, in terms of system constitution: the ETC electronic tag plug-in card testing system mainly comprises plug-in card equipment, an ETC special RSU, a plug-in card controller, plug-in card testing software and the like. The card inserting and extracting equipment can be realized by adding a software control interface and a card inserting and extracting in-place detection function to the mechanical card inserting and extracting equipment; the special RSU for ETC can adopt the existing ETC products, and preferably, the special RSU can be matched with a plug-in card to automatically control and increase the function of controlling an antenna switch; the card inserting and extracting controller can control the card inserting and extracting equipment to automatically work.
In terms of system functionality:

(4) Plug-in card test software
The card inserting and extracting test software can run on the industrial personal computer, can have the functions of setting test times, card inserting force, card inserting and extracting speed, card inserting and remaining time and the like, automatically detects the card inserting in place, can control the RSU to read card information, write transaction information, complete ETC transaction and the like, and can also automatically compare the consistency or self-consistency of the written and read card information to judge whether card writing is successful or not and count the success rate of card reading and writing of the OBU after card inserting.
Referring to fig. 3, the card inserting and extracting device can be controlled by an industrial personal computer, the number of times of card inserting and extracting tests, the strength and speed of the card inserting and extracting and the time for each time of card inserting and extracting to stay in the electronic tag can be set, all parameters of the card inserting and extracting device are configured by the industrial personal computer, the card inserting and extracting device is controlled and started by test software used on the industrial personal computer, if the industrial personal computer correctly configures the card inserting and extracting device parameters, an ETC special RSU is started, the work of reading information in the electronic tag card is completed, and if the industrial personal computer fails to correctly configure the card inserting and extracting device parameters, a reconfiguration and self-checking process is carried out until the card inserting and extracting device parameters can be correctly configured.
Referring to fig. 4, the workflow of the system may include the steps of:
(1) Opening the ETC special antenna and the card inserting device to enable the ETC special antenna and the card inserting device to be in a working state;
(2) Performing initial setting of card insertion and extraction tests, setting card insertion and extraction test times, card insertion force, card insertion and extraction speed and card insertion and extraction retention time by using test software, and inputting common file information (including 0015 files, 0019 files and 0002 files) of the card in advance;
(3) The test software is controlled to start the test, the test software inserts the card according to the set card inserting speed and strength through the card inserting and extracting controller, and after the card is inserted into the electronic tag, the card is fed back to the test software through the card inserting and extracting controller, and the card is already inserted in place;
(4) After the card inserting in-place switch detects that the card inserting is in place, the card inserting equipment stays for corresponding time according to initial setting;
(5) Meanwhile, the test software sends a control instruction, opens an ETC special RSU, controls the RSU to interact with the electronic tag, reads information in the card (including 0015 file, 0019 file and 0002 file of the card) through the electronic tag, randomly writes the information in the 0019 file, completes the transaction, and records whether the transaction result is normal or not;
(6) The test software sends an instruction to close the ETC special RSU;
(7) After the time reaches the residence time, the test software controls the card inserting and extracting equipment to extract the card through the controller;
(8) The test software automatically compares whether the card information read through the transaction is consistent with the card information input in advance, if so, the card information is marked as normal, otherwise, the card information is marked as abnormal;
(9) The test software records whether the card is successfully plugged or not, if the transaction is normal and the information in the card is compared with the normal, the card is recorded as successful, otherwise, the card is recorded as failed;
(10) After the card is completely pulled out, the card pulling in-place switch detects that the card is pulled out in place, and the card inserting and pulling equipment stays for corresponding time according to the initially set stay time (ensuring that the electronic tag completes the subsequent processing work after the transaction and is powered off);
(11) And (3) executing the step (3) from the new cycle, and starting the comparison card 0019 file information from the second cycle according to the random writing of the last transaction. 0002 the file is a wallet file in the card, and the difference is calculated and compared each time according to the deduction amount;
(12) After the cycle reaches the test times, the system automatically calculates the success rate of card insertion and extraction.
Wherein, the test software automatically compares the information in the card. According to ETC related industry specification of electronic toll collection technical requirement of toll road networking (bulletin 13 of transport department 2011), the file structure in ETC user card is shown in FIG. 5, and in ETC transaction process, common files mainly comprise three: 0015, 0019, and 0002. The 0015 file is a card issuing basic data file, and is written when the card is issued for the second time, and the transaction process cannot be rewritten; the 0019 file is a special file which accords with consumption, and each transaction is modified according to the time, site and other information of the transaction; the 0002 file is an electronic wallet file, records the wallet balance of the card, and reduces the corresponding deduction amount after each deduction success.
After each transaction is finished, the test software automatically compares three common files of the card, and the comparison rules can be as follows:
(1) 0015 document: the content read before the transaction is consistent with the 0015 file content read in the last transaction;
(2) 0019 document: the 0019 file content read before the transaction is consistent with the 0019 file content written in the last transaction;
(3) 0002 document: wallet balance read before this transaction = wallet balance read before last transaction-last transaction amount.
And comparing three file information in the card, which is recorded in advance by file sources according to pre-transaction test software when in first transaction.
The RSU switch antenna functional requirements may include: the software switch antenna instruction is newly added to the special RSU for ETC, so that the software switch antenna function can be realized, and the specific function requirements are as follows: the function is a soft switch, and the non-hardware is powered off, namely after receiving an antenna closing instruction, the antenna hardware is still in a power-on waiting working state, and does not send 5.8GHz data, and a carrier wave is closed; if the antenna opening command is received, the carrier function can be quickly opened within a short time (500 ms), and the electronic tag can be used for trading. The specific switch antenna instruction definitions are shown in table 1.

The existing card inserting and extracting equipment can only repeatedly complete simple card inserting and extracting functions, and the card inserting and extracting equipment with slightly powerful functions can set the strength and the speed of card inserting and extracting on the basis of the existing mature card inserting and extracting equipment, and the embodiment can require to increase the strength and the speed of card inserting and extracting of software.
Adding a card inserting in-place detection device and a card complete extracting detection device on card inserting and extracting equipment, connecting the devices with an I/O interface of a singlechip, detecting the state of the I/O interface in real time, and once the card inserting in-place detection device detects that the card inserting is in place, setting the I/O state of the card inserting to be 1, otherwise, setting the I/O state to be 0; also, the card I/O status is 1 once the card full-extraction detection means detects that the card has been fully extracted, otherwise 0; the card-in-place detection has three states, namely a card-in-place state 1 byte is defined, a low byte represents the card-in-place state and a high byte represents the card-in-place state, as shown in fig. 5, and according to actual conditions, the three states of 00, 01 and 10 are included, as shown in table 2, and the specific states are explained as follows. The card insertion in-place detection device can be used for various solutions, and the method for detecting the card position state information comprises the following steps: (1) Two in-place switches are used, if a card is inserted or pulled in place, detection is realized through closing the switches, and a level signal is output; (2) two infrared probes are used. If the card is inserted or pulled in place, detecting whether the tail end or the head end of the card is exposed or not through infrared rays, and if the card is exposed, indicating that the card is inserted or pulled in place; (3) Or consists of a clamping switch and an infrared probe, and is used in combination according to specific scenes.

In addition, in order to realize the transaction after card insertion and the information comparison in the card after card withdrawal, the residence time can be set through software after card insertion and after card withdrawal.
In other embodiments, the card inserting and extracting device comprises a card inserting and extracting detection device and a card extracting and extracting detection device, the card inserting and extracting device with the card inserting and extracting detection device can accurately detect the card state in the electronic tag, other detection devices generally comprise a single detection device, the devices used in the embodiment comprise one or more in-place switches and a control MCU (micro processor), or comprise one or more infrared probes and an MCU, or comprise one or more in-place switches and an infrared probe. In this embodiment, the in-place switch or the infrared probe forms a card position state judging device, the state information of which is known by the real-time state of one or more I/O ports on the MCU of the device, and sends the card position information to the industrial personal computer according to preset rules, and the industrial personal computer completes the subsequent ETC test after acquiring the state information of the card position. When the card in-place detection device is used in the card plugging equipment, the states of the detection device obtained by the MCU are three, and the specific states are shown in the following table 2. The status bit of the plug card is calculated by one or more I/O states on the MCU according to a level state judgment algorithm of the position.
In still other embodiments, the invention relates to a method for testing an ETC electronic tag card, in which test software on an industrial personal computer is different from a conventional ETC test software process, an ETC special RSU needs to have a function of switching an antenna, so that a card retention time of the card inserting and extracting device is controlled, corresponding functions are added, the test software can control the state of the ETC special RSU through an instruction, and meanwhile, after the test process is finished, the card retention time of the card inserting and extracting device is set. In the ETC test flow, since the card position state information is uncertain, the traditional test method can only detect the card power-on state and the card-off state and can not meet the requirement of the plug-in card test, and three files 0015, 0019 and 0002 in the card are read and compared in the ETC test flow. Before each test, the original values of 0015, 0019 and 0002 files can be loaded on the test software of the industrial personal computer, according to the characteristics in the transaction process of three files, the 0015 file can not be changed, so that whether the 0015 file is consistent with the original value is firstly judged, when each transaction is carried out, the 0019 file can be changed according to time and sites, so that the file change is judged, firstly, whether the content of the 0019 file is consistent with the original value after the transaction is judged, then, the written content is judged to be consistent with the content which should be written in the transaction, and if the written content is different from the original value and is the transaction content, the written content passes; and 0002, the file is a wallet file, and if the balance before the current transaction is equal to the wallet balance read before the last transaction minus the last transaction amount, the wallet file passes.
According to the embodiments, the card plugging test can be performed on the ETC vehicle-mounted unit, and the card reading and writing effect automatic verification of the vehicle-mounted unit after card plugging can be realized unlike the existing other equipment plugging test equipment; the automatic card plugging test of the ETC user card can be continuously carried out, and the state of the equipment after multiple plugging is verified; the card plugging and unplugging test can be performed by using different forces and speeds according to the plugging and unplugging habits of different users. The method is a set of automatic card plugging and unplugging test scheme suitable for the ETC vehicle-mounted unit, and can verify whether the read-write card module of the vehicle-mounted unit has problems or not.
