Background
In the drilling construction with compressed air as flushing medium, because compressed air carries a large amount of drill cuttings to be sprayed out from the hole, the solid phase particle content in the drilling construction environment exceeds the standard, the physical health of constructors is seriously threatened, and the surrounding environment is polluted. At present, besides the fact that part of construction sites adopt a reverse circulation drilling process to ensure dust control, most of construction sites adopting a forward circulation drilling process have dust pollution, and no effective dust removing method exists, and particularly the problem that dust generated by the construction sites is difficult to inhibit because the construction sites are not allowed to be directly used for drilling holes is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem of serious dust pollution in the prior drilling construction by taking compressed air as a flushing medium, the invention aims to provide the orifice dust collecting device which has the capabilities of sealing orifices and absorbing dust, prevents the dust of the orifices of the drilling from escaping, and reduces the dust pollution of a construction site.

The application mode of the invention is as follows: the drill rod passes through the drill rod sealing mechanism, the middle joint straight pipe and the orifice connecting pipe to extend into the drill hole, the orifice connecting pipe is attached to the hole wall, and the orifice of the drill hole is closed; in the drilling process, drill cuttings generated by drilling enter the middle joint from a gap between the orifice connecting pipe and the drill rod, and the drill rod sealing mechanism seals gaps at the periphery of the drill rod to prevent dust leakage; the drainage slag discharging mechanism arranged on the side wall of the middle joint has a suction function and sucks dust.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drill rod sealing mechanism comprises an outer pipe 8, an outer sealing ring 9 and an inner sealing ring 7, wherein the outer pipe 8 is fixedly connected with the sealing section flange 6, and the outer sealing ring 9 and the inner sealing ring 7 are arranged on the inner pipe wall of the outer pipe 8 and are used for sealing a second fluid channel II between the outer pipe 8 and a drill rod 13. The outer seal ring 9 and the inner seal ring 7 use a glean ring.

The orifice connecting pipe 10 is connected with the orifice flange 11 by welding.
Dust collection principle of drainage slag discharge mechanism: when drilling, the on-site air compressor air pipe is connected with the air pipe joint 3, compressed air enters the sixth fluid channel VI from the air compressor, enters the fifth fluid channel V through the sixth fluid channel VI, and then enters the first fluid channel I in the center of the slag discharging pipe 1 through the fourth fluid channel IV of the conical joint of the slag discharging pipe 1 and the air guide pipe 5 to form high-speed drainage, so that a strong suction effect is formed on fluid in the third fluid channel III in the center of the air guide pipe 5.
During the drilling process, drill cuttings generated by drilling enter the middle joint 12 from a gap between the orifice connecting pipe 10 and the drill rod, enter the slag discharging pipe 1 under the suction effect of the third fluid channel III in the center of the air guide pipe 5, and realize dust removal with an external system through an external pipeline.
The sealing function of the drill rod sealing mechanism is as follows: the drill rod passes through the second fluid channel II in the outer tube 8 and forms sealing fit with the outer sealing ring 9 and the inner sealing ring 7, so that drill cuttings are prevented from escaping and diffusing through the tail outlet of the second fluid channel II. The orifice connecting tube 10 is partially inserted into the borehole to effect sealing of the borehole orifice.
According to the invention, the drill rod sealing mechanism and the orifice connecting pipe are used for blocking dust, and then the drainage slag discharging mechanism is used for sucking dust, so that the escape of the dust is controlled, the dust pollution of a construction site is reduced, and the construction environment is improved.

The drainage slag discharging mechanism comprises a slag discharging pipe (1), an end flange (2), an air pipe joint (3), a drainage pipe (4) and an air guide pipe (5); the outer wall of the slag discharge pipe (1) is welded and fixed with the upper top surface of the end flange (2), the drainage pipe (4) is sleeved on the periphery of the slag discharge pipe (1), the drainage pipe is welded and fixed with the lower bottom surface of the end flange (2), the air pipe joint (3) is connected to the drainage pipe (4), the outer wall of the air guide pipe (5) is connected with the lower part of the drainage pipe (4) through threads, and the lower end of the air guide pipe (5) is connected with the side wall opening of the middle joint (12); the central pipeline of the slag discharging pipe (1) forms a first fluid channel (I), the central pipeline of the air guide pipe (5) forms a third fluid channel (III), an upwards-opened conical joint is reserved between the top of the air guide pipe (5) and the bottom of the slag discharging pipe (1) to form a fourth fluid channel (IV), a gap between the drainage pipe (4) and the outer wall of the slag discharging pipe (1) forms a fifth fluid channel (V), and the central pipeline of the air pipe joint (3) forms a sixth fluid channel (VI).
