Detailed Description
Referring to FIGS. 1-9: a jacking type demoulding concrete preformed hole construction mould comprises a mould shell 2, a thread top screw rod 4 and an outer hexagonal spanner 3.
The die shell 2 is made of 6-10 mm steel plates and is made into a cuboid structure by Q235. The outer hexagonal wrench is made of Q235 steel and comprises a wrench torque vertical rod 12, a shaft rod 13 and a concentric support 14; the concentric support is a square steel plate with a round hole in the center, and the wrench torsion vertical rod penetrates through the round hole in the middle of the concentric support and is fixedly connected with the concentric support; the wrench torque vertical rod is vertically connected with the shaft rod. The lower part of the concentric support is fixedly connected with a supporting plate 15. The top of the external hexagonal wrench is provided with an internal hexagonal hole 16 which is sleeved on the bolt on the threaded top screw rod and screwed tightly, so that the threaded screw rod is screwed into the die shell. After the wrench torque vertical rod enters the die inner shell hole, the square steel plate is embedded in the inner wall of the die steel plate, the shaft rod is in a vertical state when the outer hexagonal wrench is supported and is twisted, and the supporting plate 12 prevents the square steel plate from sliding off.
