A shaping mold with a reserved hole of a cast-in-situ roof capable of being turned over and a construction method thereof comprise a mold main body, a lifting handle and a lifting device; the die main body is in an inverted prismatic table shape and is formed by encircling four side surfaces and one bottom surface; the bottom surface of the die main body is provided with a hole and a bolt hole; wherein the hole is formed in the middle of the bottom surface, and the bolt holes are formed in two sides of the hole; the handle is connected to the opposite side of the die main body and is used for taking out the die after concrete pouring and forming; the lifting device comprises a support, a sleeve and a lifting rod; the support is horizontally connected to the top of the die main body and is close to the center shaft; the sleeve is connected to one side of the support and corresponds to the position of the opening of the bottom surface; the lifting rod is vertically and adjustably connected in the sleeve. The invention solves the technical problems of easy damage, low turnover rate, easy die running, poor molding quality, layer-by-layer die distribution, labor and material consumption, complicated construction and low efficiency of the traditional shaping die.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hole reservation of cast-in-situ roof plates in building construction, in particular to a turnover shaping die for a reserved hole of a cast-in-situ roof plate and a construction method thereof.
Background
In modern building construction, the roof often needs to be reserved with temporary holes, or building auxiliary positioning, or pipeline equipment installation, or conveying pump pipe reinforcement. The temporary reserved holes are sealed after the main body construction is completed and before the decoration construction, and most of the temporary reserved holes have the characteristics of smaller size, fixed position and regular shape; the requirements on the forming quality of the holes are relatively low in construction, and the holes are often ignored in the construction link, so that some quality hidden troubles are caused. A traditional top plate reserved hole is formed by reinforcing a wood template and square timber, and the template and the square timber are fixed by steel nails after being formed according to the size of the hole. The shaping mould has the problems of easy damage, low turnover rate, easy mould running, poor forming quality, layer-by-layer mould distribution, labor and material consumption, complex construction, low efficiency and the like, and also causes serious waste of resources while increasing the construction cost.

The invention aims to provide a shaping mould capable of turnover at a reserved hole of a cast-in-situ roof and a construction method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems of easy damage, low turnover rate, easy mould running, poor forming quality, layer-by-layer mould allocation, labor and material consumption, complicated construction and low efficiency of the traditional shaping mould.

Preferably, the horizontal section of the die main body is rectangular or square; the height of the mould body is at least 100mm greater than the thickness of the roof to be poured.
Preferably, the handle is in an inverted U shape and is welded on the opposite side of the die body; the upper part of each side of the handle exceeds the top edge of the corresponding side surface.
Preferably, the lifting rod is T-shaped and comprises a horizontal edge and a vertical edge; wherein, the vertical edge of the lifting rod is provided with external threads.
Preferably, the inner side wall of the sleeve is provided with an internal thread which is matched with the external thread on the lifting rod; the vertical edge of the lifting rod is connected in the sleeve in a threaded manner.

Detailed Description
The in-situ cast roof reserved hole turnover shaping mould in the embodiment is used for shaping the in-situ cast concrete roof reserved hole during construction of a building structure, and is a shaping and turnover type template tool; as shown in figures 1-4, the turnover shaping mould for the reserved hole of the cast-in-situ roof comprises a mould main body 1, a handle 2 and a lifting device; the die main body 1 is in an inverted prismatic table shape and is formed by enclosing four side faces 1.1 and a bottom face 1.2; the bottom surface 1.2 of the die main body 1 is provided with a hole 3 and a bolt hole 4; the hole 3 is formed in the middle of the bottom surface 1.2, bolt holes 4 are formed in two sides of the hole 3, holes are formed in a steel plate at the bottom of the die main body 1, nuts are used for fixing the die plate with a top plate to be poured into a whole, and the die plate is connected in a nut mode, so that the die plate is convenient to disassemble and turnover; the handle 2 is connected to the opposite side of the die main body 1 and is used for taking out the die after concrete pouring and forming; the lifting device comprises a support 5, a sleeve 6 and a lifting rod 7; the support 5 is horizontally connected to the top of the die main body 1 and is close to the center shaft; the sleeve 6 is connected to one side of the support 5 and corresponds to the position of the opening 3 of the bottom surface 1.2; the lifting rod 7 is vertically and adjustably connected in the sleeve 6.
