Description

Weaving method of two-color float jacquard
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of a weaving method of float jacquard, in particular to a weaving method of two-color float jacquard.
Background
When a flat knitting machine is used for jacquard knitting, jacquard patterns mainly come from yarns with different colors and combinations of loops with different colors on the surface of a fabric, and the more the types of the yarns with different colors are, the more the patterns are rich on the same knitting transverse.
However, the greater the variety of colors of the yarn, the greater the thickness of the jacquard fabric may be. Another factor that affects the thickness of the fabric is the back side treatment of the jacquard. Two main categories are mainly included: one is to perform all or part of the coil weaving; the other type is to carry out float knitting, the thicker the fabric is if the back side loop knitting number of the jacquard is larger, and the float knitting is the thinnest one in the jacquard.
Therefore, if a thick jacquard design is desired, two-color float jacquard is the best choice. However, the less the yarn color types, the more limited the pattern will be. On the other hand, in the case of normal float knitting, the floats are located on the back surface of the fabric, and a certain loose state is formed between the floats and the stitches, which easily causes defective fabric defects such as yarn hooking.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a weaving method of two-color floating thread jacquard, which solves the problem that the floating thread and the fabric are in loose state during the existing weaving process, so that the woven floating thread is tightly attached to the fabric.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a knitting method of two-color float jacquard uses a front and back needle bed or a multi-needle bed flat knitting machine, a plurality of yarn feeding nozzles are arranged on the flat knitting machine, coils on the front and back needle beds can freely move back and forth, and each knitting needle can carry out knitting of the coils or the floats in a single-needle selection manner; then according to the pattern design drawing of each row of the two-color floating thread jacquard, the following weaving process is carried out:
step a: transferring a floating thread formed by one color yarn in the pattern of the pattern and an old loop crossing over a loop formed by the other color yarn from a knitting needle of one needle bed to a corresponding knitting needle of the other needle bed;
step (b): knitting needles on one needle bed, in which stitches are formed by one-color yarns in the draft, using a yarn feeder 1, knitting a new stitch on the knitting needles of the one needle bed, and floating knitting of other knitting needles on the one needle bed;
step y: transferring the old loop transferred to the knitting needle of the other needle bed in the working procedure alpha to the original knitting needle of the one needle bed again;
the process comprises the following steps: transferring a floating thread formed by another color yarn in the pattern of the jacquard and an old loop which is spanned on a loop formed by the color yarn from a knitting needle of one needle bed to a corresponding knitting needle of the other needle bed;
the process comprises the following steps: knitting needles on one needle bed, in which stitches are formed by another yarn in the draft, using the yarn feeder 2, knitting a new stitch on the knitting needles of one needle bed, and floating knitting of the other knitting needles on the one needle bed;
step ζ: and the old loop transferred to the knitting needle of the other needle bed in the process is transferred to the original knitting needle of the one needle bed again.
Preferably, the jacquard design pattern on each of the jacquard courses of the two-color float jacquard is completely the same, and the knitting process of each of the jacquard courses is completely the same, that is, the process α → the process β → the process γ → the process ζ, in which the stitch knitting, the float knitting, and the transfer state of each of the knitting needles are also completely the same.
Preferably, the jacquard pattern on each of the jacquard courses of the two-color float jacquard is not completely the same, and the knitting process of each of the jacquard courses is completely the same, i.e., process α → process β → process γ → process ζ, but the stitch knitting, float knitting, and stitch transfer state of each needle will not be completely the same.
Preferably, the jacquard design drawings on each jacquard course of the two-color float jacquard are completely the same or partially continuous, and when considering the knitting process, n (n =2 to 5 natural numbers) continuous jacquard courses are taken together, that is, knitting is performed according to the process α → n process β → process γ → process → n process → process ζ.
Preferably, when the pattern design pattern on a certain row of the two-color float jacquard is incomplete, the specific weaving process can be correspondingly deleted so as to meet the requirement of specific pattern weaving.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) for the traditional two-color float jacquard, all pattern patterns can only be different combinations of two-color coils when viewed from the front of the fabric, and according to the weaving method disclosed by the invention, the float is configured on the front of the coils, so that the combination of the pattern patterns is increased from two types to four types, and therefore, the pattern of the two-color float jacquard is greatly expanded. If the design pattern of each jacquard course of the two-color floating thread jacquard is completely the same, a longitudinal stripe composed of a coil and a floating thread crossed on the front surface of the longitudinal stripe, and the like can be obtained. Further, as the design of the pattern layout for each jacquard course of the two-color float jacquard is not completely the same, a diagonal stripe composed of stitches with floats stretched over the front surface thereof, a rectangle composed of stitches with floats stretched over the front surface thereof, or the like can be obtained.
(2) When the jacquard patterns on each jacquard course are completely or partially continuous, the weaving process can be considered by considering n (n = 2-5 natural numbers) continuous jacquard courses together, and the process α → n is performed by the process β → the process γ → the process → n is performed by the process ζ. The number of times of moving the stitches on the front and rear needle beds can be reduced, so that the knitting efficiency of the knitted fabric is improved.
(3) Traditional two-color floating thread jacquard weave, it is comparatively loose between floating thread and the coil, through with the whole or partial configuration of floating thread at the coil openly, because the fabric itself has thickness, and the connecting wire between the front of floating thread and the back will pass the whole thickness of fabric for the floating thread more can hug closely the fabric, can avoid appearing colluding bad risks such as silk effectively. Generally, the longer the float length, the more times it needs to be arranged on the front and back sides.

In the drawings, 1, 2, 3, …, 8, and 9 indicate the row numbers of the jacquard, and for convenience of representation, the number of knitting needles and knitting rows used is smaller than that used in actual knitting. The meaning of the other embodiments is the same as that of the first embodiment.
The 1 st pattern course of fig. 2 corresponds to the knitting process diagram 1 of a single jacquard course, the left column "S + number" of fig. 1 indicates a knitting process number, the right column indicates a state in which a knitting needle on the front needle bed FB (one needle bed) or the rear needle bed BB (the other needle bed) hooks an old stitch or a knitted stitch, wherein a thick line indicates an actual knitting portion, "· indicates a knitting needle, upper and lower capital english letters A, B, C, …, S, T indicate positions of the knitting needle corresponding to the front or rear needle bed," ↓ "or" × "indicates a movement of the stitch to the front or rear needle bed, and" ↓ "or" × 2 "indicates a feed nozzle No. 1 or No. 2, and the yarn used is Y1 or Y2, respectively.
How to carry out the specific knitting operations is now determined according to jacquard row 1 of embodiment one:
in S1, the old course 10 is suspended on the front needle bed, and from this state, the knitting needles on the front needle bed are knitted with stitches and floats of the yarns Y1 and Y2 of different colors using the yarn feeders 1 and 2, respectively.

The specific needles are not particularly limited as to which needles are to knit a new stitch or float.
In S7, the old loop transferred to the knitting needle of the rear needle bed B, C, E, L, M, O in S5 is transferred to the knitting needle corresponding to the front needle bed (step ζ).
Although specific needles are not particularly limited to the new stitch and float knitting in the steps S3 and S6, in order to make the knitted loop size of the jacquard uniform, in each of the two steps, in S3, when a new stitch is knitted by a certain needle, the needle is float-knitted in S6, and in S3, when the needle is float-knitted, the needle is knit by a new stitch in S6, so that when the steps S2 to S7 are completed, the knitting of just one course of the jacquard is completed for the uniform jacquard. This also incidentally explains why each art figure contains only four patterns at most.
After the three knitting processes of S2, S3, and S4, a new stitch knitted with the yarn Y1 is formed on the knitting needle of the front needle bed A, B, C, D, E, F, K, L, M, N, O, P, a float knitted with the yarn Y1 is formed on the knitting needle of the front needle bed G, H, I, J, Q, R, S, T, and the float knitted with the yarn Y1 crosses over the old stitch of the course 10.
After the three knitting processes of S5, S6, and S7, a new stitch knitted with the yarn Y2 is formed on the knitting needle of the front needle bed G, H, I, J, Q, R, S, T, a float knitted with the yarn Y2 is formed on the knitting needle of the front needle bed A, B, C, D, E, F, K, L, M, N, O, P, and the float thereof crosses over the stitch formed by the yarn Y1 on the knitting needle of the front needle bed B, C, E, L, M, O, while the other floats are under (behind) the stitch formed by the yarn Y1 on the knitting needle of the front needle bed A, D, F, K, N, P, and since it is considered that 1 jacquard course is in the same horizontal line position, the float knitted with the yarn Y1 is shifted upward above the old stitch course 10, and finally crosses over the stitch formed by the yarn Y2 on the knitting needle of the front needle bed G, H, I, J, Q, R, S, and S7, On the new loop formed on the T-needle.
The jacquard courses 2 to 9 of the jacquard plan view 2 are completely the same as the jacquard course 1, so that the stitches of the previous jacquard course can be regarded as the old stitches of the stitch course 10, and then the knitting process of the jacquard course 1 is repeated.
As can be seen from the design drawing of the first embodiment (i.e. the front side of the fabric), this way can weave a variety of wale-like patterns, including: yarn Y1 forms a single needle wale, single and double needle wales with yarn Y2 floats over the wales formed by yarn Y1, and four needle wales with yarn Y1 floats over the wales formed by yarn Y2, and so on.
Second embodiment
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment, which is different from the first embodiment in that the pattern of each jacquard course is not completely the same, and the knitting process of the second embodiment is summarized as follows: the 1 st Jacquard course, Ito's FIG. 3, will "

As can be seen from the artistic drawing of the second embodiment, the method can weave various oblique stripe-like and rectangular-like patterns, including: double needle diagonal stitches formed by yarn Y1 or Y2, double needle diagonal stitches formed by yarn Y2 or Y1 with floats over stitches formed by yarn Y1 or Y2, stitch rectangles formed by yarn Y1 or Y2, and rectangles formed by yarn Y2 or Y1 with floats over stitches formed by yarn Y1 or Y2, and the like.
For the traditional two-color floating thread jacquard, the floating thread can only be positioned on the back of the coil, therefore, when viewed from the front of the fabric, all pattern patterns can only be different combinations of the two-color coil, and as can be seen from the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the floating thread is arranged on the front of the coil, so that the combination of the pattern patterns is increased from two types to four types, and therefore, the pattern of the two-color floating thread jacquard is greatly expanded.
Third embodiment
The first and second embodiments have a common feature that the specific knitting process of the pattern is determined according to a single jacquard course in the design drawings of fig. 2 and 3, which is necessary for the courses 1 to 6 in the design drawing of fig. 3 because the patterns of the courses are different, and if the courses of the design drawing are completely or partially identical, such as the courses of fig. 2 and 7 to 9 in the design drawing of fig. 3, it is also conceivable to use another method for determining the knitting process,that is, the continuous jacquard patterns 2-5 are considered to be woven together for specific procedures, and the weaving process will be described by taking the jacquard patterns 1-3 of the jacquard pattern 2 as an example "

By arranging the knitting process, the number of times of transferring the stitches on the front and rear needle beds can be reduced, and therefore, the knitting efficiency of the whole knitted fabric can be improved.
Embodiment IV
In each of the above embodiments, the design drawing of each jacquard courseAll four types are complete, therefore, six knitting processes (α, β, γ, ζ, and γ) are required to complete each specific knitting (except for the third embodiment), but sometimes the jacquard patterns of some jacquard courses are incomplete, and therefore, the knitting processes are correspondingly omitted, fig. 4 is the jacquard pattern of the fourth embodiment, and the 1 st jacquard course is not provided "

"the knitting needle of the front needle bed A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, O, R, S, T corresponding in symbol performs stitch knitting of the yarn Y2, and the other knitting needle performs float knitting of the yarn Y2 (step); if similar other conditions exist, the specific weaving process can be adjusted accordingly according to the method described above.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the floats are often disposed above the front side of the loops, since, in the normal state, the floats are on the back side of the fabric, the connecting lines of the floats between the front and back faces can therefore only run through the entire thickness of the fabric, for example, in embodiment one, a float of yarn Y1 is arranged above the stitch formed by the front needle bed needle G, H, I, J, the connecting line of this float passes twice through the thickness of the fabric, and a float of yarn Y2 is disposed above the stitch formed by front needle bed needle B, C, E, the connecting line of the float passes through the fabric thickness four times, and for example, in the fourth row 2, the float of one section generated by the yarn Y2 is arranged above the stitch formed by the front needle bed knitting needle B, C, E, L, M, O, Q, R, S, T, and the connecting line of the float passes through the fabric thickness ten times. Because the floats lose their length in the horizontal direction as they pass through the thickness, and because they are of a fixed length, the more times they pass through the thickness of the fabric, the closer the floats are to the fabric.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
