本发明涉及一种农业设备,具体是一种适用于农业生态的沼气池。
背景技术
现如今大多数农村生火做饭都是使用木柴或者秸秆作为燃料,这些燃料燃烧不易还需要有人不停的进行添加,以防熄灭,在实际使用中非常对不方便,同时还有伴有大量的浓烟,既不利于健康也对环境不怎么友好,另外在实际使用木柴或者秸秆作为燃料时还有极易引起火灾对人生安全。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种适用于农业生态的沼气池,可以方便快捷的产生甲烷以供燃烧。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种适用于农业生态的沼气池,包括进料口、初步腐化池、初步腐化池综合密封口、沼气池综合密封口、转料管道、储气罩、沼气池、脱硫器、压力表、沼气输出阀门、沼气池出料履带底耳、沼气池出料履带底轴承、沼气池出料履带、沼气池出料履带上轴承、沼气池出料履带上轴承支架和沼气出料口砸门,所述的初步腐化池一侧表面开通孔安装进料口,初步腐化池上表面开通孔安装初步腐化池综合密封口,初步腐化池一侧通过转料管道连接沼气池,沼气池上表面焊接连接储气罩,沼气池上表面开通孔安装沼气池综合密封口,储气罩通过管路连接脱硫器,脱硫器通过管路连接压力表,压力表通过管路连接沼气输出阀门,沼气池内部表面焊接安装沼气池出料履带底耳,沼气池出料履带底耳表面安装沼气池出料履带底轴承,沼气池出料履带底轴承通过沼气池出料履带连接沼气池出料履带上轴承,沼气池出料履带上轴承通过螺丝连接沼气池出料履带上轴承支架,沼气池出料履带上轴承支架安装在地面,沼气池一侧表面开矩形通孔安装沼气出料口砸门,沼气池出料履带通过沼气出料口砸门。
所述的沼气池出料履带由履带板、螺母、连接轴和连接轴拨片组成,所述的履带板通过连接轴连接履带板,连接轴两端安装螺母,连接轴一侧表面焊接安装连接轴拨片。
所述的沼气池出料履带由若干个履带板拼接。
所述的初步腐化池和沼气池建设在地下,只有顶部外露。
所述的初步腐化池和沼气池材质为钢筋混凝土内衬工程塑料,储气罩为工程塑料,沼气池出料履带底耳、沼气池出料履带底轴承、沼气池出料履带、沼气池出料履带上轴承和沼气池出料履带上轴承支架材质为不锈钢。
所述的储气罩内部容量不低于五立方。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:与常规农村使用木柴和秸秆相比,本设备可以源源不断的提供甲烷以供燃烧,很好的解决了使用木柴和秸秆时所产生的不便和安全隐患,同时解决了粪便和生物垃圾的回收问题。

所述的沼气池出料履带13由若干个履带板13-1拼接。
所述的初步腐化池2和沼气池7建设在地下,只有顶部外露。
所述的初步腐化池2和沼气池7材质为钢筋混凝土内衬工程塑料,储气罩6为工程塑料,沼气池出料履带底耳11、沼气池出料履带底轴承12、沼气池出料履带13、沼气池出料履带上轴承14和沼气池出料履带上轴承支架15材质为不锈钢。
