本发明公开了一种变压器用改性漆包线漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:对苯二甲酸二甲酯80‑100份、间苯二胺40‑50份、偏苯三酸酐40‑50份、乙二醇15‑20份、十溴二苯乙烷20‑30份、滑石粉10‑15份、苯酚30‑40份、甘油60‑80份、偶联剂2‑4份、纳米二氧化硅4‑8份、抗静电剂2‑4份、增韧剂2‑4份、陶瓷微粉1‑2份,本发明克服了现有技术的不足,通过添加纳米二氧化钛、滑石粉、提高了漆包线漆的耐候性、耐腐蚀性、绝缘性,同时陶瓷微粉可提高漆膜的机械性能,增加透明度,提高防火性能,另外纳米二氧化硅可以提高漆膜的机械性能以及附着力和柔韧性,本发明所提供的漆包线漆性能稳定可靠,功能全面,满足在恶劣环境下使用,提高了变压器的安全性,延长了变压器的使用寿命。

本发明涉及漆包线技术领域,具体属于一种变压器用改性漆包线漆。
背景技术
随着社会的快速发展,人们在生活中对各种电机电器的依赖越来越强,对电机电器的发展也提出了越来越高的要求,其中作为电机电器中用的绝缘材料的性能提高也受到了更多的关注。作为电机电器用绝缘材料中核心部件之一的漆包线漆,是一种可以使电机绕组中导线与导线之间产生良好绝缘层的涂料,其主要用于各类线径的裸铜线、合金线及玻璃丝包线外层,以提高和稳定漆包线的性能。在变压器中,对漆包线漆的性能有些很高的要求,例如漆包线漆要具有较高的机械强度,要与浸渍漆之间具有良好的相容性,能满足较高的耐热性、耐冲击性和耐油性等,但是现有的漆包线漆性能单一,不能满足在恶劣环境下使用,进而降低了变压器的安全性,降低了变压器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种变压器用改性漆包线漆,来解决现有的漆包线漆性能单一,不能满足在恶劣环境下使用,进而降低了变压器的安全性,降低了变压器的使用寿命的缺陷。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种变压器用改性漆包线漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:对苯二甲酸二甲酯80-100份、间苯二胺40-50份、偏苯三酸酐 40-50份、乙二醇15-20份、十溴二苯乙烷20-30份、滑石粉10-15份、苯酚30-40份、甘油60-80份、偶联剂2-4份、纳米二氧化硅4-8份、抗静电剂2-4份、增韧剂2-4份、陶瓷微粉1-2份。
进一步,由下列重量份的原料制成:对苯二甲酸二甲酯85份、间苯二胺42份、偏苯三酸酐42份、乙二醇 16份、十溴二苯乙烷24份、滑石粉12份、苯酚32份、甘油70份、偶联剂2.5份、纳米二氧化硅6份、抗静电剂3份、增韧剂3份、陶瓷微粉1.4份。
进一步,所述的偶联剂为钛酸酯类偶联剂。
进一步,所述的抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠。
进一步,所述的增韧剂为纳米二氧化钛。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述的一种变压器用改性漆包线漆,通过添加纳米二氧化钛、滑石粉、提高了漆包线漆的耐候性、耐腐蚀性、绝缘性,同时陶瓷微粉可提高漆膜的机械性能,增加透明度,提高防火性能,另外纳米二氧化硅可以提高漆膜的机械性能以及附着力和柔韧性,本发明所提供的漆包线漆性能稳定可靠,功能全面,满足在恶劣环境下使用,提高了变压器的安全性,延长了变压器的使用寿命。

实施例1
本发明所述的一种变压器用改性漆包线漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:对苯二甲酸二甲酯80-100份、间苯二胺40-50份、偏苯三酸酐 40-50份、乙二醇15-20份、十溴二苯乙烷20-30份、滑石粉10-15份、苯酚30-40份、甘油60-80份、偶联剂2-4份、纳米二氧化硅4-8份、抗静电剂2-4份、增韧剂2-4份、陶瓷微粉1-2份。
所述的偶联剂为钛酸酯类偶联剂。
所述的抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠。
所述的增韧剂为纳米二氧化钛。

本发明所述的一种变压器用改性漆包线漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:对苯二甲酸二甲酯85份、间苯二胺42份、偏苯三酸酐42份、乙二醇 16份、十溴二苯乙烷24份、滑石粉12份、苯酚32份、甘油70份、偶联剂2.5份、纳米二氧化硅6份、抗静电剂3份、增韧剂3份、陶瓷微粉1.4份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变压器用改性漆包线漆,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:对苯二甲酸二甲酯85份、间苯二胺42份、偏苯三酸酐42份、乙二醇 16份、十溴二苯乙烷24份、滑石粉12份、苯酚32份、甘油70份、偶联剂2.5份、纳米二氧化硅6份、抗静电剂3份、增韧剂3份、陶瓷微粉1.4份。
