Abstract
The invention provides flame-retardant nitrile rubber, which comprises 90-110 parts of nitrile rubber, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 4-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 50-60 parts of fast extrusion carbon black, 15-35 parts of a phosphorus-containing flame-retardant plasticizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of sulfur and 2.5-4.5 parts of an accelerator. The flame retardant property of the nitrile rubber is greatly improved by applying the phosphorus-containing flame retardant plasticizer, the processability and the high temperature resistance of the nitrile rubber are improved by adopting the fast extrusion carbon black, and the nitrile rubber has excellent flame retardance and mechanical property and is widely applied to projects such as high-speed rails and the like.

The invention relates to the technical field of rubber, in particular to flame-retardant nitrile rubber.
Background
The rubber is a high-elasticity polymer compound. It is divided into two types of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The natural rubber is prepared by extracting colloid from plants such as rubber tree and rubber grass and processing; synthetic rubbers are obtained by polymerization of various monomers. Rubber products are widely used in industry or in various aspects of life. In the prior art, nitrile rubber is widely used for preparing various oil-resistant rubber products, various oil-resistant gaskets, sleeves, flexible packages, flexible rubber tubes, printing and dyeing rubber rollers, cable rubber materials and the like. The nitrile rubber needs to have high flame retardant property, and the flame retardant property of the existing nitrile rubber is poor, so that the problem is very necessary to be solved.

The invention aims to provide flame-retardant nitrile rubber, which greatly improves the flame-retardant property of the nitrile rubber through the application of a phosphorus-containing flame-retardant plasticizer, improves the processability and the high-temperature resistance of the nitrile rubber by adopting fast extrusion carbon black, and solves the problem of poor flame-retardant property of the nitrile rubber.

The further improvement lies in that: the rubber material comprises 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 4 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 55 parts of fast extrusion carbon black, 25 parts of a phosphorus-containing flame retardant plasticizer, 1 part of sulfur and 3.5 parts of an accelerator.
The further improvement lies in that: the phosphorus-containing flame-retardant plasticizer is composed of dioctyl sebacate, red phosphorus and modified magnesium hydroxide according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 9.
The further improvement lies in that: also comprises 3-7 parts of antimony trioxide.

The embodiment provides a flame-retardant nitrile rubber, and the rubber material comprises 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 4 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 55 parts of fast extrusion carbon black, 25 parts of a phosphorus-containing flame-retardant plasticizer, 1 part of sulfur, 3.5 parts of an accelerator and 5 parts of antimony trioxide.

The embodiment provides a flame-retardant nitrile rubber, and the rubber material comprises 110 parts of nitrile rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1.5 parts of stearic acid, 6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 60 parts of fast extrusion carbon black, 35 parts of a phosphorus-containing flame-retardant plasticizer, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 4.5 parts of an accelerator and 7 parts of antimony trioxide.
By applying the phosphorus-containing flame-retardant plasticizer, the flame retardant property of the nitrile rubber is greatly improved; antimony trioxide is added as a synergistic flame retardant, so that the flame retardance of the nitrile rubber is further improved; adding sulfur and an accelerant to improve the heat resistance of the rubber; the processing property and the high temperature resistance of the nitrile rubber are improved by adopting the fast extrusion carbon black.
