The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a production process of a luminous mouse pad comprises (1) selecting natural gum 28-35 parts, calcium powder 65-80 parts, white mineral oil 2-8 parts and promoter 0.1-0.3 part;
(2) Plasticating the natural rubber on a two-roller machine for 35-45min, adding an accelerant in the plasticating process, and controlling the plasticating temperature to be 50-60 ℃;
(3) Placing the plasticated natural rubber block into an internal mixing device, adding calcium powder and white mineral oil, performing powder mixing for 6-8min, controlling the powder mixing temperature at 70-80 ℃, placing the rubber block for 12-24h after the powder mixing, then placing the rubber block into an internal mixer again, adding a vulcanization foaming reagent, and performing refining for 2-3min at the temperature of 50-60 ℃;
(4) Placing the rubber blocks subjected to powder refining and vulcanization into a two-roller machine for turning over for 3-4 times, wherein the turning over temperature is controlled at 30-40 ℃;
(5) Putting the turned colloid into a sheet discharging machine for sheet production, making the colloid into sheets by the sheet discharging machine, drying the sheet colloid at the temperature of 180-190 ℃ and laminating the cloth cover;
(6) Cutting the colloid adhered to the cloth surface, and transferring patterns after cutting;
(7) and (4) adopting the light guide strip to carry out serging on the transferred sheet-shaped colloid, and obtaining the luminous mouse pad after serging.
Preferably, in the step (1), 33 parts of natural gum, 30 parts of calcium powder, 4 parts of white mineral oil and 0.1 part of accelerator are selected.
preferably, the accelerator is a DM accelerator.
preferably, the addition amount of the vulcanized foaming agent in the step (3) is 0.7 to 1.2 parts.
preferably, in step (7), a plurality of different light guide bars are connected to perform the overlocking.
preferably, the light guide strip is a plastic optical fiber tube.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the addition of the accelerator in the plastication can improve the vulcanization speed, ensure the reduction and resilience of the rubber material and increase the aging resistance and the physical property of the rubber material;
(2) White mineral oil is added in the powder refining, so that the natural rubber can be rapidly fused with calcium powder and other powder materials, the fusion efficiency is higher, and the fusion effect is better;
(3) different light guide strips are adopted for edge locking, so that the periphery of the manufactured mouse pad can emit different brightnesses, and individuation is highlighted;
the production is more streamlined and technologized by adopting the process, the production efficiency is effectively improved, and the production cost is reduced; meanwhile, the prepared product is more gorgeous and more durable in color, is not easy to fade, and has better durability and long service life.
