Abstract
The invention relates to the field of water sports. The invention relates to a surfboard and a water sports device. In the scheme of the surfboard, the rigid supporting component replaces the carbon fiber layer to serve as the anti-bending framework of the surfboard, so that the production process of the surfboard can be simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water sports, in particular to a surfboard and a water sports device.
Background
With the development of science and technology, water sports devices such as electric surfboards and the like are gradually popularized, the surfboards need to bear the reaction force from the water surface in the use process, and the bending is avoided in the surfing process, so that the high strength is required, meanwhile, the self weight of the surfboards cannot be too large for carrying, and the factors are limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention solves at least one of the technical problems of the related art to some extent. Therefore, an object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a surfboard, in which a rigid supporting member is used as a bending-resistant skeleton of the surfboard instead of a carbon fiber layer, so that the production process of the surfboard can be simplified, and the production efficiency can be improved.
It is a second object of an embodiment of the present invention to provide a water sports apparatus.
The technical scheme adopted by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
In a first aspect, a surfboard is provided that includes a board body and a rigid support assembly embedded within the board body.
Further, the support assembly includes an annular bracket, and a reinforcement member attached to the bracket.
Furthermore, the support includes first arm section, second arm section, third arm section and fourth arm section, and first arm section and second arm section extend along the length direction of surfboard and set up relatively, and first arm section and second arm section are the arc arm section, and the both ends of third arm section are connected with the head end of first arm section, the head end of second arm section respectively, and the both ends of fourth arm section are connected with the tail end of first arm section, the tail end of second arm section respectively.
Furthermore, at least one of the third arm section and the fourth arm section is an arc-shaped arm section, or at least one of the third arm section and the fourth arm section is a straight-line arm section.
Further, the support is including connecting gradually a plurality of arm sections, and the both ends of reinforcement are connected with two sections arm sections that set up relatively respectively.
Further, the support is including connecting gradually a plurality of arm sections, and the both ends of reinforcement are connected with two sections arm sections that adjacent set up respectively.
Further, a plurality of reinforcements arranged in parallel are included, with gaps between the reinforcements.
Further, the support assembly includes a handle attached to the bracket and extending from the plate.
Further, the supporting component is made of metal materials, and the plate body is a foam layer coated on the outer side of the supporting component.
In a second aspect, there is provided a water sports apparatus comprising a drive assembly and a power supply assembly, and further comprising the surfboard, wherein the drive assembly and the power supply assembly are both fixed to a support assembly.

Detailed Description
This section will describe in detail embodiments of the present invention, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, the purpose of which is to supplement the description of the text of the description with figures so that each technical feature and the whole technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention can be intuitively and visually understood, but it should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows an exploded view of the surfboard of the present embodiment. As shown in the drawings, the surfboard includes a board body 100 and a supporting assembly 200, the supporting assembly 200 is embedded inside the board body 100, in this embodiment, the rigid supporting assembly 200 replaces a carbon fiber layer to serve as an anti-bending framework of the surfboard, and the supporting assembly 200 can realize industrial production, so that the production process of the surfboard can be simplified, and the production efficiency can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 illustrates a front view of the surfboard of the present embodiment, and fig. 3 illustrates a side view of fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the support assembly 200 includes a bracket 210, and a reinforcing member 220 coupled to the bracket 210. The bracket 210 is a ring-shaped structure approximately arranged along the outer contour of the surfboard, that is, it includes a first arm section 211, a second arm section 212, a third arm section 213 and a fourth arm section 214, wherein the first arm section 211 and the second arm section 212 are disposed opposite to each other and both extend along the length direction of the surfboard (the first arm section 211 and the second arm section 212 are not strictly limited to be parallel to the length direction, but only the first arm section 211 and the second arm section 212 are required to be extended out along the length direction), the third arm section 213 and the fourth arm section 214 are disposed opposite to each other, and both extend along the width direction of the surfboard, both ends of the third arm section 213 are connected with the head end of the first arm section 211 and the head end of the second arm section 212, respectively, and both ends of the fourth arm section 214 are connected with the tail end of the first arm section 211 and the tail end of the second arm section 212, respectively, and the strength can be increased by the integrally formed ring structure.
The reinforcement member 220 is plate-shaped and extends in the width direction, and both ends of the reinforcement member 220 are connected to the first arm section 211 and the second arm section 212, respectively, thereby achieving the purpose of further increasing the strength.
In this embodiment, the first arm section 211 and the second arm section 212 are both arc-shaped arm sections, and both of them are protruded toward the outside (the outer side is referred to as the outer side of the ring-shaped structure) as shown in fig. 2, and are protruded upward as shown in fig. 3, and the arc-shaped arm sections are matched with the overall shape of the surfboard on one hand, and can also play a certain role in reinforcement compared with the straight-line arm sections on the other hand.
Second embodiment
this embodiment is a modified embodiment of the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that: the embodiment is provided with a plurality of parallel reinforcing pieces 220, and gaps are formed among the reinforcing pieces 220, so that the strength can be further increased, and meanwhile, excessive self weight can be avoided.
Third embodiment
This embodiment is an alternative embodiment to the first embodiment, and with reference to fig. 4, it differs from the first embodiment in that: the reinforcing member 220 in this embodiment extends in the longitudinal direction, and both ends of the reinforcing member 220 may be connected to the third arm section 213 and the fourth arm section 214, respectively, or the reinforcing member 220 may be connected to the first arm section 211 and the fourth arm section 214, respectively, or the reinforcing member 220 may be connected to the second arm section 212 and the third arm section 213, respectively.
Fourth embodiment
This embodiment is an alternative embodiment to the first embodiment, and with reference to fig. 5, it differs from the first embodiment in that: the reinforcing member 220 in the present embodiment is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction (width direction).
Fifth embodiment
This embodiment is an alternative embodiment to the first embodiment, and differs from the first embodiment in that: at least one of the third arm segment 213 and the fourth arm segment 214 in this embodiment is an arc-shaped arm segment protruding outward.
Sixth embodiment
This embodiment is a modified embodiment of the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that: the support assembly 200 further includes a handle attached to the bracket 210 and extending from the plate body 100 for a user to carry the surfboard. Compared with the scheme of bonding the handle on the carbon fiber layer, the handle of the embodiment has higher connection strength, and meanwhile, the handle and the bracket 210 can be integrally formed, so that the production steps can be simplified.
Seventh embodiment
The present embodiment is a modified example of the first embodiment, and it is defined that the support assembly 200 is made of metal, specifically, a light-weight material with high strength such as aluminum alloy or titanium alloy, so as to reduce the weight on the basis of ensuring the strength, and the support assembly 200 made of metal material can be mass-produced by casting, etc., and the production efficiency is high. The plate body 100 is a foam layer coated on the outer side of the supporting component 200 in an integrally formed manner, and the integrally formed foam material is also used for improving the production efficiency, and the foam material of the embodiment can be EPO, EPP, EPS, EPE, PU, and the like.
An embodiment of the invention also provides a water sports device, which comprises a driving component, a power supply component and the surfboard in the above embodiments, wherein the driving component and the power supply component are fixed on the supporting component, and compared with a connection mode of arranging a threaded hole on a carbon fiber layer, the water sports device in the embodiment can increase the connection strength of the driving component and the power supply component and reduce the production difficulty.

1. A surfboard comprising a board body and a rigid support assembly embedded within the board body.
2. the surfboard of claim 1, wherein the brace assembly includes an annular bracket and a reinforcement member attached to the bracket.
3. the surfboard of claim 2, wherein the bracket includes a first arm section, a second arm section, a third arm section and a fourth arm section, the first arm section and the second arm section extend along a length direction of the surfboard and are oppositely disposed, the first arm section and the second arm section are both arc-shaped arm sections, two ends of the third arm section are respectively connected with a head end of the first arm section and a head end of the second arm section, and two ends of the fourth arm section are respectively connected with a tail end of the first arm section and a tail end of the second arm section.
4. The surfboard of claim 3, wherein at least one of the third arm segment and the fourth arm segment is an arc-shaped arm segment or at least one of the third arm segment and the fourth arm segment is a straight-line arm segment.
5. the surfboard of claim 2, wherein the bracket includes a plurality of arm sections connected in series, and wherein the reinforcement member has opposite ends connected to the two oppositely disposed arm sections.
6. The surfboard of claim 2, wherein the bracket includes a plurality of arm sections connected in series, and the reinforcement member has two ends connected to two adjacent arm sections.
7. The surfboard of claim 2, comprising a plurality of the stiffeners arranged in parallel with a gap between the stiffeners.
8. The surfboard of claim 2, wherein the brace assembly further comprises a handle attached to the bracket and extending from the board body.
9. The surfboard of claim 1, wherein the support member is made of a metal material and the panel body is a foam layer coated on an outer side of the support member.
10. A water craft including a drive assembly and a power supply assembly, and further including a surfboard as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the drive assembly and the power supply assembly being secured to the support assembly.
