3. A production process of a covered edge hole digging adhesive tape is characterized by comprising the following steps,
step one, die cutting for the first time: unreeling the initial release film (al) by a first laminating machine (81), and punching a first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1) by a first die-cutting machine (91);
step two, first lamination: sequentially attaching the double-sided adhesive tape (2) and the release film (a 2) to the initial release film (al) through a second attaching machine (82);
step three, die cutting for the second time: punching edges of the double-sided adhesive tape (2) corresponding to the first short edge (s 1) of the first release film (1) by a second die cutter (92), wherein the punching depth is equal to the surface of the initial release film (al);
fourth, laminating for the second time: removing the release film (a 2) on the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape (2) and the double-sided adhesive tape (2) outside the first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1) through a third laminating machine (83), and sequentially laminating the single-sided adhesive tape (3) and the release film (a 2) on the double-sided adhesive tape (2);
step five, die cutting for the third time: punching edges of the single-sided adhesive tape (3) on two sides of a first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1) by a third die cutter (93), and punching to a depth reaching the surface of the initial release film (a 1);
step six, laminating for the third time: removing the release film (a 2) through a fourth laminating machine (84), removing the single-sided adhesive tape (3) and the double-sided adhesive tape (10) except the edges of the single-sided adhesive tape (3) which are positioned at two sides of the first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1), laminating the auxiliary release film (a 3) on the single-sided adhesive tape (3), and rolling to obtain a semi-finished product rolling film (7), wherein the width of the auxiliary release film (a 3) is smaller than that of the initial release film (al);
seventh, fourth lamination: unreeling the semi-finished product rolling film (7) through a fifth laminating machine (85), and attaching a double-sided adhesive tape (10) and a release film (a 2) to the auxiliary release film (a 3), wherein one side of the double-sided adhesive tape (10) far away from a first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1) is laminated with the initial release film (a 1);
step eight, fourth die cutting: punching the edge of the double-sided adhesive tape (10) corresponding to the first short edge (s 1) of the first release film (1) by a fourth die cutter (94), and punching the edge to the surface of the single-sided adhesive tape (3);
step nine, laminating for the fifth time: removing the release film (a 2) on the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape (10) and the double-sided adhesive tape (10) except the first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1) by a sixth laminating machine (86), and laminating the release film (a 2) on the double-sided adhesive tape (10);
step ten, a fifth die cutting: punching an inner frame (p 5) on the double-sided adhesive tape (10) by a fifth die cutter (95), and forming a first short adhesive frame (p 1), wherein the punching depth is equal to the surface of the initial release film (al);
step eleven, the sixth lamination: removing the release film (a 2) on the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape (10) and the double-sided adhesive tape (10) corresponding to the inner frame body (p 5) by a seventh laminating machine (87), and laminating the release film (a 2) on the double-sided adhesive tape (10);
step twelve, a sixth die cutting: punching a first release film (1) by a sixth die-cutting machine (96), wherein the punching depth penetrates through the initial release film (a 1), and simultaneously a double-sided adhesive tape frame (4) and a first long side (s 2), a second short side (s 3) and a second long side (s 4) of the first release film (1) are formed;
thirteenth, seventh lamination: waste materials except the release film (a 2) and the first release film (1) are discharged through an eighth laminating machine (88), and the second release film (5) is laminated on the double-sided adhesive tape (10).
4. A process for producing a covered edge hole-digging tape according to claim 3, wherein: at least one annular double-sided adhesive hole (6) is further formed in the position, close to the second short adhesive frame (p 3), of the double-sided adhesive tape frame (4);
the seventh step further comprises: the annular double-sided adhesive hole (6) is positioned at the joint of one side of the double-sided adhesive tape (10) far away from the first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1) and the initial release film (al),
the method comprises the following steps: punching a side, corresponding to a first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1), of the double-sided adhesive tape (10) by a fourth die cutter (94), and punching an inner hole of an annular double-sided adhesive tape hole (6) to a depth reaching the surface of the single-sided adhesive tape (3);
the step nine specifically comprises the following steps: removing the release film (a 2) on the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape (10), the double-sided adhesive tape (10) outside the first short side (s 1) of the first release film (1) and the double-sided adhesive tape (10) of the inner hole of the annular double-sided adhesive hole (6) by a sixth laminating machine (86), and laminating the release film (a 2) on the double-sided adhesive tape (10);
the method comprises the following steps: and punching an inner frame (p 5) and an outer ring of the annular double-sided adhesive hole (6) on the double-sided adhesive tape (10) by a fifth die cutter (95), and forming a first short adhesive frame (p 1), wherein the punching depth is equal to the surface of the initial release film (al).
5. A process for producing a covered edge hole-digging tape according to claim 3 or 4, wherein: the release film (a 2) is a 25 μm thick release film.
