A cutting and scribing integrated machine for a water pipe of a water purifier is characterized by comprising a feeding mechanism, a guide pipe, a pipe cutting and scribing mechanism and a control mechanism, wherein the control mechanism is respectively connected with the feeding mechanism and the pipe cutting and scribing mechanism, a conveying outlet of the feeding mechanism is aligned with an inlet of the guide pipe, the control mechanism controls the feeding mechanism to convey the water pipe of the water purifier into the guide pipe, an opening for pipe cutting and scribing is formed in the outer pipe wall of the guide pipe, the pipe cutting and scribing mechanism is arranged above the guide pipe and provided with a blade and a marking pen, and the control mechanism controls the blade and the marking pen to synchronously cut and scribe the water pipe in the opening; the cutting and scribing integrated machine also comprises an outer shell, and the control mechanism is arranged in the outer shell; the pipe cutting and marking mechanism comprises a fixed seat, a movable plate, a driving device and a marking device which is arranged on the movable plate and used for synchronously marking the water pipe of the water purifier, the fixed seat is fixedly connected with the outer shell, the movable plate is movably connected with the fixed seat up and down, the blade is vertically and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the movable plate, the blade is in an inverted triangle shape with a vertex angle of 120-135 degrees, a cutting groove is formed in the guide pipe corresponding to the blade, and the driving device is used for driving the movable plate to move up and down so as to drive the blade to move up and down for cutting;
the marking device comprises a marking frame, a marking connecting plate and a positioning block, the marking frame is fixedly connected with the movable plate, one side of the marking connecting plate is in shaft connection with the marking frame, the marker pen is fixedly connected with the other side of the marking connecting plate, the positioning block is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the marking frame, a positioning surface is arranged on the positioning block, the positioning surface is in contact with the bottom surface of the marking connecting plate, and a pen point for positioning the marker pen is just in contact with the outer wall of the upper end of the water purifier water pipe in the opening before pipe cutting and marking; the scribing device also comprises a tension spring used for pulling the scribing connecting plate to the positioning surface.

The integrated machine of claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding mounting plate and two counter-rotating synchronous belt feeding devices disposed in mirror image, the feeding mounting plate is fixedly connected to the outer housing, the synchronous belt feeding devices comprise a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a tension wheel, a plurality of positioning wheels, a conveyor belt and a driver for driving the driving wheel to rotate, the driving wheel, the driven wheel, the tension wheel and the positioning wheels are fixed on a vertical mounting surface of the feeding mounting plate, the positioning wheels are sequentially arranged between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the tension wheel is disposed outside the positioning wheels, the conveyor belt is wound around the driving wheel, the driven wheel, the tension wheel and the positioning wheels, a conveying plane is formed between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the conveying planes of the two synchronous belt feeding devices are arranged in parallel and are in close contact with the water purifier water pipe, so that a conveying area for conveying the water purifier water pipe to the guide pipe is formed.

The machine as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a front guide for accurately positioning and maintaining the water purifier water pipe horizontally entering the feeding mechanism, wherein the front guide is fixed on a vertical mounting surface of the feeding mounting plate and is disposed at a delivery inlet end of the feeding mechanism, and the front guide comprises a horizontally disposed guide channel aligned with the delivery area.

The cutting and scribing all-in-one machine for the water purifier water pipe as claimed in claim 3, wherein the scribing connecting plate is symmetrically provided at the outer side thereof with two screw rods, two sliding grooves and two pen holders, the two pen holders are respectively fixed on the screw rods, the two pen holders are respectively located in the two sliding grooves, the pen holders are driven by the respective screw rods to move left and right along the sliding grooves, the marking pen is fixedly connected with the pen holders, and the tip of the marking pen faces downward.
5. The cutting and scribing integrated machine for the water pipes of the water purifiers as claimed in claim 4, wherein one end of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the positioning block, and the other end of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the screw rod.
