1. a PVC pipe-based spray painting device comprises a spray painting room (1), a storage barrel (6), a spray cabin (8), a driving mechanism (9), a rolling shaft (10), a hot air pipe (11) and a material receiving plate (25); the method is characterized in that: the left side and the right side of the paint spray booth (1) are respectively provided with an outlet (2) and an inlet (3), the outlets (2) and the inlets (3) are arranged on the same axis; the material receiving plate (26) is a V-shaped plate and is welded at the bottom of the shell cavity of the paint spray booth (1); a row of material discharging pipes with blocking structures penetrate through the bottom edge of the material receiving plate (26); the storage barrel (6) is hung on the top surface of the paint spray booth (1) through a suspender mechanism, and a left flow pipe (4) and a right flow pipe (5) respectively penetrate through the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the storage barrel (6) in a vertical mode; the spraying cabin (8) is arranged at the left part and the right part and respectively penetrates and is hung at the bottom ends of the left flow pipe (4) and the right flow pipe (5) in a bilateral symmetry mode; the rolling shafts (10) are arranged in a row, are embedded through bearings and penetrate through the right rear side of the paint spray booth (1) in a left-right arrangement trend mode, and a gap distance of seven centimeters is reserved between every two adjacent rolling shafts (10); a driving motor is arranged in the driving mechanism (9), and the driving motor in the driving mechanism (9) is in transmission connection with a roller (10) at the rightmost position in the inner cavity of the paint spray booth (1); the hot air pipes (11) are left and right sections which are bilaterally symmetrical and penetrate through the left and right spray cabins (8), and the two branch hot air pipes (11) extend backwards to supply hot air generated by a hot air fan in the prior art arranged in a hot air mechanism (7) arranged at the rear side of the paint spray booth (1) forwards.

The PVC pipe-based paint spraying apparatus of claim 1, wherein: besides the original gas injection connectors, a first spray pipe (12), a second spray pipe (13) and a third spray pipe (14) penetrate through the left flow pipe (4) and the right flow pipe (5), and fan-shaped spray heads (15) are mounted at the ends of the spray pipe structures.
3. The PVC pipe-based paint spraying apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the first spray pipe (12), the second spray pipe (13) and the third spray pipe (14) are all bent pipe structures and are distributed in the spray cabin (8) in a ring shape.

The PVC pipe-based paint spraying apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the bottom position of the pipe section of the third spray pipe (14) penetrates into a material receiving plate (26) at the bottom, and is connected with the penetrating position of the material receiving plate (26) in a welding mode.

The PVC pipe-based paint spraying apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the left end face and the right end face of the spraying cabin (8) are respectively provided with a semicircular arc-shaped walking hole (19), the bottom section of each walking hole (19) is also provided with a walking groove (18), and the walking grooves (18) are communicated with the walking holes (19).
