Abstract
The invention discloses a gluing device for edge sealing of a plate, which relates to the technical field of plate processing and comprises a rack, a first feeding wheel, a second feeding wheel, a crimping wheel, a guide mechanism, a gluing component and a drying component.

The gluing assembly in the existing automatic edge sealing equipment is often complex in structure, and the gluing mode adopts a direct-brushing type, so that the phenomenon of uneven gluing is easily caused.

A gluing device for edge sealing of a plate comprises a rack, a first feeding wheel, a second feeding wheel, a compression joint wheel, a guide mechanism and a gluing assembly, wherein the bottom of the rack is connected with a sliding block, the sliding block is connected on a sliding rail in a sliding mode, the sliding block is connected with a transverse driving mechanism through a buffer assembly and horizontally moves the sliding block, the first feeding wheel, the second feeding wheel and the compression joint wheel are rotatably connected into the rack, a gap for a sealing strip to pass through is reserved between the first feeding wheel and the second feeding wheel, the guide mechanism is installed between the second feeding wheel and the compression joint wheel, belt pulleys are further installed at the upper ends of the first feeding wheel and the compression joint wheel, the two belt pulleys are connected through a belt to realize synchronous rotation, the gluing assembly is installed at the tail end of the guide mechanism and used for gluing of the plate, the guide mechanism is used for guiding the sealing strip, and a drying, so as to realize the drying treatment of the edge of the plate after the edge sealing of the plate.
