In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, side guards 94 are provided on both sides of the frame body 91, and the two side guards 94 are inclined outward, and when the frame body 91 is located on the side of the steel plate 6, the two side guards 94 are located on both sides of the steel plate 6; in this embodiment, the two side guards 94 can form a cover with the frame 91 to prevent paint from splashing to both sides of the steel plate 6 during painting.
The embodiment discloses a paint sprayer for protecting the outer surface of steel, wherein a supporting driving component 3 drives a clamping piece 4 to be close to a spraying frame 2, so that the end surface of a steel plate 6 is close to a spraying part 5; the spraying part 5 extracts the paint stored in the storage box 7 and sprays the paint to the end face of the steel plate 6; the spraying part 5 can slide up and down on the spraying frame 2, so that the end face of the steel plate 6 can be fully sprayed; after one end face of the steel plate 6 is sprayed, the bearing driving component 3 drives the clamping piece 4 to be far away from the spraying part 5, when the clamping piece 4 moves on the bearing driving component 3, the clamping piece 4 can rotate, the clamping piece 4 drives the steel plate 6 to rotate, and the steel plate 6 cannot interfere with the spraying frame 2 when rotating; when the clamping member 4 is moved to the end of the support drive element 3 remote from the painting part 5, the steel plate 6 is rotated 180 degrees with the clamping member 4, so that the non-painted end face of the steel plate 6 faces the painting part 5; the bearing drive assembly 3 again drives the clamping part 4 close to the painting frame 2 and brings the steel plate 6 close to the painting part 5, so that the painting part 5 can paint the other end face of the steel plate 6 conveniently.

1. A paint spraying machine for protecting the outer surface of steel comprises a base plate, a spraying frame, a spraying mechanism and a clamping mechanism for longitudinally mounting a steel plate, wherein the spraying frame is longitudinally fixed on the base plate;
the storage box is arranged on the base plate and is connected with the spraying part through a material guide pipeline;
the clamping mechanism comprises a bearing driving component and a clamping piece;
the supporting driving component is arranged on the base plate and used for supporting the clamping piece and driving the clamping piece to be far away from or close to the spraying frame;
the clamping piece is rotatably arranged on the bearing driving component and used for clamping the steel plate and enabling the end face of the steel plate to face the spraying part;
when the clamping piece moves towards the direction far away from the spraying part on the bearing driving component, the clamping piece can rotate, and when the clamping piece moves to the end part of the bearing driving component, the clamping piece rotates for 180 degrees.
2. The paint sprayer for protecting the outer surface of steel according to claim 1, wherein the spraying part comprises a mounting frame, a spraying box and at least one lifting cylinder member;
two end parts of the installation frame body are in sliding fit with the spraying frame, one end of the lifting cylinder piece is fixed on the spraying frame, and the other end of the lifting cylinder piece is connected with the outer wall of the installation frame body;
the lifting cylinder piece can drive the mounting frame body to move up or down when stretching; the spraying box is arranged in the mounting frame, and the surface of the spraying box is provided with a plurality of spraying holes;
the spraying box is connected with the storage box through a material guide pipeline.
3. The steel exterior surface protective paint applicator of claim 1 wherein the carrier drive assembly includes a carrier frame, a cross frame and a drive member;
the bearing frame is of a frame structure and is fixed on the base plate;
the two sides of the bearing frame are provided with guide grooves, and the two end parts of the two guide grooves on the same side are communicated;
the two sides of the bearing frame are respectively provided with an elastic pushing component, and the two elastic pushing components are respectively positioned at the two ends of the bearing frame;
the two ends of the transverse strut are respectively provided with a supporting end seat capable of sliding in the guide groove, and when the supporting end seats move to the ends of the guide grooves, the elastic pushing assembly pushes the supporting end seats to the inside of the other guide groove;
the transverse support frame is also provided with a rotating shaft which is in rotating fit with the transverse support frame, the bottom of the clamping member is arranged on the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is provided with a gear, and the bearing frame is provided with a rack which is meshed with the gear;
the driving piece is used for driving the transverse support frame to be far away from or close to the spraying frame on the bearing frame.
4. The steel outer surface protective paint sprayer of claim 3 wherein the spring-pusher assembly includes an end plate member, a push spring and a push rod;
the push rod is arranged on the bearing frame, and one end part of the push rod penetrates through the end wall of the guide groove and extends into the guide groove;
the end part of the push rod is provided with an inclined plane and points to the communication position of the two guide grooves, the end plate piece is arranged at the outer end part of the push rod, and the end plate piece is connected with the side wall of the bearing frame through a push spring.
5. The paint sprayer for protecting the outer surface of steel products according to claim 3, wherein the lower side wall of the cross-brace is provided with a connecting slide rail which is consistent with the length direction of the cross-brace;
the driving piece comprises a driving screw rod, a spiral driving seat and a driving motor;
the driving screw rod is rotatably arranged on the bearing frame, and the spiral driving seat is arranged on the driving screw rod and is in spiral fit with the driving screw rod;
the driving motor is connected with the end part of the driving screw rod and drives the driving screw rod to rotate, and the upper part of the spiral driving seat is in sliding fit with the connecting slide rail.
6. The steel external surface protective paint sprayer of claim 5 wherein the clamping fixture includes a lever and a clamping jaw;
the support rod is fixed on the rotation shaft, the clamping fastener is arranged at the upper part of the support rod, and a plurality of fixing holes are formed in the side wall of the clamping fastener; the openings at the two ends of the clamping piece are arranged;
the side part of the steel plate is inserted into the clamping piece and is fixed by matching a bolt through a fixing hole;
the end face of the supporting rod is also provided with two paint grooves which are respectively positioned on the side parts of the clamping piece edges, and the end parts of the paint grooves are provided with discharge holes.
7. The paint sprayer for protecting the outer surface of steel according to claim 1, further comprising a drying rack;
the upper end part of the drying rack is provided with a turning rod piece, and the turning rod piece is rotationally connected with the top of the spraying rack; the side wall of the spraying frame is provided with an adjusting piece;
the adjusting piece is used for driving the turning rod piece to rotate around the connection part of the turning rod piece and the spraying frame, and the drying rack is provided with a heating piece for baking paint on the back of the steel plate;
the adjusting piece comprises an adjusting screw rod, an adjusting push-pull rod and a threaded sleeve;
the adjusting screw rod is connected with the bearing driving component, and the bearing driving component can drive the adjusting screw rod to rotate when driving the clamping and fixing member to move;
the threaded sleeve is arranged on the adjusting screw rod and is in threaded fit with the adjusting screw rod, one end of the adjusting push-pull rod is fixedly connected with the side part of the threaded sleeve, and the other end of the adjusting push-pull rod is connected with the tail part of the turning rod piece.
8. The paint sprayer for protecting the outer surface of steel according to claim 7, wherein the drying rack comprises a rack body, a mounting cross frame and a guide column;
the top of the frame body is connected with the front end part of the turning rod piece, the guide post is arranged on the frame body, the installation transverse frame is arranged on the guide post, and the heating element is arranged on the end surface of the installation transverse frame;
the heating member is provided with a plurality of air nozzles which are connected with an air blower arranged on the turning rod member through an air guide pipeline.
