An energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with an adjustable angle is characterized by comprising a reaction kettle body and a movable support, wherein the reaction kettle body comprises an inner cylinder, a jacket, a stirring assembly and a transmission assembly, the jacket is sleeved outside the inner cylinder, the stirring assembly is arranged inside the inner cylinder, the transmission assembly is arranged above the stirring assembly and is in transmission connection with the stirring assembly, a connecting part is arranged outside the jacket, and the connecting part is in rotary connection with the movable support;
The inner cylinder is used as a reaction container, high-temperature steam is introduced into the jacket to achieve the drying and sterilizing effects, the stirring assembly is used for stirring materials to improve the reaction efficiency, and the transmission assembly is used for providing power for the stirring assembly.

The energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with the adjustable angle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable support comprises a support body, a turbine and a worm, the support body is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting portion, the turbine is connected to the end of the connecting portion, and the turbine is in meshing transmission with the worm.

The energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with the adjustable angle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the movable support further comprises a bearing and a bearing seat arranged at two ends of the worm, the worm is connected with the bearing, the bearing is mounted on the bearing seat, the bearing seat is fixedly connected with the support body, a turntable extends outwards from one end of the worm, the turntable is rotated, and the worm gear is in transmission connection to adjust the angle of the reaction kettle body.

The energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with the adjustable angle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring assembly comprises a stirring shaft and stirring blades connected with the stirring shaft, the stirring blades comprise a first blade and a second blade, the second blade is arranged below the first blade, the first blade is of a slanted blade type structure, and the second blade is of a three-blade sweepback type structure.

The energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with the adjustable angle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the diameter of the first blade is 850mm, the inclination angle is 30 °, the diameter of the second blade is 950mm, the inclination angle is 30 °, and the diameter of the stirring shaft is 45 mm.

The energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with the adjustable angle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a conveyor belt and a coupler, an output shaft of the motor is connected with a rotating wheel of the speed reducer through the conveyor belt, and an output shaft of the speed reducer is fixedly connected with the stirring shaft through the coupler.
7. The energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with the adjustable angle as claimed in claim 6, wherein an adjustable support rod is arranged above the speed reducer, and the adjustable support rod is used for reducing the impact force on the stirring shaft.
8. The energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with the adjustable angle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the inner side of the inner cylinder is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped baffles.
9. The energy-saving environment-friendly reaction kettle with the adjustable angle as claimed in claim 8, wherein the number of the baffles is two, and the two baffles are symmetrically arranged with the stirring shaft as a center.
