1. a hot compress medicinal powder helpful for relieving arthralgia and myalgia is characterized in that: the medicinal powder comprises 80-100 parts by weight of white mustard seed, 50-70 parts by weight of all-grass of Chinese cabbage seed, 20-40 parts by weight of unprocessed nux vomica, 10-30 parts by weight of unprocessed radix aconiti kusnezoffii, 10-30 parts by weight of unprocessed arisaema consanguineum schott, 10-30 parts by weight of rhododendron molle, 10-30 parts by weight of notopterygium root, 10-30 parts by weight of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10-30 parts by weight of radix clematidis, 10-30 parts by weight of radix angelicae, 10-30 parts by weight of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 20-40 parts by weight of frankincense, 10-30 parts by weight of cassia twig.

The hot compress powder for relieving arthralgia and myalgia as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the medicinal powder comprises 80 parts by weight of white mustard seed, 50 parts by weight of all-grass of lily cauliflower, 20 parts by weight of unprocessed nux vomica, 10 parts by weight of unprocessed radix aconiti agrestis, 10 parts by weight of unprocessed arisaema consanguineum schott, 10 parts by weight of rhododendron molle, 10 parts by weight of notopterygium root, 10 parts by weight of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10 parts by weight of radix clematidis, 10 parts by weight of radix angelicae dahuricae, 10 parts by weight of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 20 parts by weight of frankincense, 10.

The hot compress powder for relieving arthralgia and myalgia as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the medicinal powder comprises 100 parts by weight of white mustard seed, 70 parts by weight of all-grass of Chinese cabbage seed, 40 parts by weight of raw nux vomica, 30 parts by weight of raw radix aconiti, 30 parts by weight of raw kusnezoff monkshood root, 30 parts by weight of raw arisaema, 30 parts by weight of Chinese azalea flower, 30 parts by weight of notopterygium root, 30 parts by weight of radix angelicae pubescentis, 30 parts by weight of radix clematidis, 30 parts by weight of radix angelicae dahuricae, 30 parts by weight of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 40 parts by weight of frankincense, 30 parts by weight of cassia twig.

5. the hot compress powder for relieving arthralgia and myalgia as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following manufacturing steps:
1) selecting proper parts by weight of white mustard seed, cleome gynandra seed, raw nux vomica, raw common monkshood mother root, raw kusnezoff monkshood root and raw arisaema, grinding into powder and mixing together;
2) selecting and grinding Chinese azalea flower, notopterygium root, radix angelicae pubescentis, radix clematidis, radix angelicae, ligusticum chuanxiong hort, myrrh and cassia twig in proper weight parts into powder, mixing the powder together, and mixing the powder with the powder obtained in the step 1);
