Abstract

The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway which comprises a 3-path CAN module, a power indicator lamp, a CAN bus data indicator lamp, a fault indicator lamp and an RS232 serial port. The gateway is connected with the whole vehicle through a CAN module corresponding to the interface 1 and is used for collecting vehicle signals and transmitting data. The CAN modules are correspondingly output through the interface 2 and the interface 3 to form two paths, access of two paths of equipment (driving recorders) and control of two corresponding platforms are supported, and signal configuration CAN be performed on the two paths of equipment (driving recorders). The indicating lamp CAN visually check the power state of the vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway, the receiving and sending state of the CAN bus and the occurring fault content. Technical Field
The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway, which belongs to a standard interface provided for a vehicle, is suitable for installing more than two running recorders on the vehicle and meets the scene that different vehicle locking instructions are issued through different platforms to realize the vehicle locking function.
Background
When a vehicle needs to be provided with two running recorders and simultaneously controls the vehicle, two kinds of vehicle locking data need to be written in an engine ECU (electronic control Unit), so that the logic of vehicle locking in the ECU is complex; and some engines can not coexist two kinds of locking data; and easily reveal the host computer factory lock car logic to the tachograph firm. In addition, when the driving recorder of other models is in butt joint with the whole vehicle in the process of rear loading of the vehicle, the potential safety hazard of the vehicle can be caused by random breakage of the line.
In order to solve the problems and meet the requirements of after-loading equipment, a vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway is provided. The device provides a standard interface, and can be used for realizing when an external driving recorder is required to realize certain functions.

The vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway can also be accessed into the equipment 2 through the interface 3, for example, a user-defined driving recorder is accessed, and the vehicle locking logic and the stitch definition can also be user-defined. The signal types of the interface 2 and the interface 3 are configured according to the requirements of users.
The vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway is matched with the engine related to the host factory, and the vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway has self-recognition capability and can distinguish the types of the engines. A car locking logic can be defined between the driving recorder and the vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway, and a car locking matching process is simplified.
The vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway comprises an indicator lamp, and the power state, the CAN bus transceiving state and the occurring fault content of the intelligent remote gateway CAN be visually checked. The vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway further comprises an RS232 serial port, the upper computer software is supported to read and clear the locking state, the VIN code of the vehicle is supported to read and change, the fault code of the DM1 of the vehicle is read, and the upgrading and signal routing configuration of the vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway are supported. The configuration can be specifically made in the following manner.
For the car locking function, when a user only uses one type of running recorder to lock the car, the other type of running recorder is in a state of not activating the car locking function, does not have the car locking function, and can be detached or replaced at will.
When a user needs to activate the double-locking function, the two sets of equipment (driving recorder) control the engine through the vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway.
When one side locks the car function and activates, when the other side is activating, according to the vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway feedback message state (ECU is activated), the state of the other side is set to be activated.
When the vehicle needs to be locked, one party initiates the vehicle locking of an Engine (ECU) and the execution is successful, and the other party sets the state of the other party as the locked vehicle according to the state of the vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway feedback message (the ECU locks the vehicle).
When one party needs to unlock, the two parties send an unlocking instruction or the other party is in an unlocked state, and the vehicle-mounted intelligent remote gateway initiates an unlocking instruction for the ECU.
When one party needs to close the car locking function, the intelligent remote gateway initiates a command for closing the car locking function of the ECU when both parties send the command for closing the car locking function or the other party is in the state of not activating the car locking function.
