The immunofluorescence technique, also called fluorescent antibody technique, is the earliest developed one in the labeled immunity technique, and is a technique established on the basis of immunology, biochemistry and microscope techniques. Western blotting (immunoblot assay) is a commonly used experimental procedure in molecular biology, biochemistry and immunogenetics. Both detection methods are widely applied, but the two detection methods are independent detection at present, the respective detection equipment is complex in operation, full-automatic operation cannot be realized, the detection speed is low, and the detection cost is high.

the device comprises a base, a first detection device, a second detection device, an automatic sample feeding device, a sample adding treatment device and a reagent bottle area, wherein the first detection device is arranged on the base and used for detecting by adopting a western blotting method; the first detection device comprises a first incubation disc, a first waste discharge device arranged on the side edge of the first incubation disc, a first liquid injection device used for placing a sample to be processed, a first drying device used for drying the blotting membrane strip and a first scanning device used for collecting an image signal; the second detection device comprises a second incubation disc, a second waste discharge device arranged on the side edge of the second incubation disc, a second liquid injection device used for placing a sample to be processed, a second sealing device used for sealing the fluorescent sheet and a second scanning device used for collecting signals of the fluorescent sheet.
Preferably, the bottom of the first incubation disc and the bottom of the second incubation disc are respectively connected with a driving component for driving the first incubation disc and the second incubation disc to rotate, and the driving component is driven by a motor to rotate so as to drive the incubation discs to rotate.

The device comprises a base 1, a first detection device 2 which is arranged on the base 1 and is used for detecting by a western blotting method, a second detection device 3 which is used for detecting by an immunofluorescence method, an automatic sample feeding device 4 which is used for providing a sample to be detected for the first detection device 2 and the second detection device 3, a sample adding processing device 5 which is matched with the first detection device 2 and the second detection device 3 and is used for adding the sample to be detected, and a reagent bottle area 6 which is used for loading a reagent bottle; the first detection device 2 comprises a first incubation disc 21, a first waste discharge device 22 arranged on the side edge of the first incubation disc 21, a first liquid injection device 23 used for placing a sample to be processed, a first drying device 24 used for drying the blotting membrane strip and a first scanning device 25 used for collecting an image signal; the second detection device 3 comprises a second incubation disc 31, a second waste discharge device 32 arranged on the side edge of the second incubation disc 31, a second liquid injection device 33 used for placing a sample to be processed, a second mounting device 34 used for mounting a fluorescent sheet and a second scanning device 35 used for collecting signals of the fluorescent sheet.
The bottom of the first incubation disc 21 and the bottom of the second incubation disc 31 are respectively connected with a driving component for driving the first incubation disc and the second incubation disc to rotate, and the driving component is driven by a motor to rotate so as to drive the incubation discs (21 and 31) to rotate.
The automatic sample introduction device comprises a sample bin for placing a sample and a sample bin driving device for driving the sample bin to run to the detection area, and the sample bin driving device runs under the driving of a corresponding motor.
The general procedure used is as follows:
1. A preparation stage: placing the reaction membrane strip or the fluorescent sheet on an incubation disc (21, 31) (the incubation disc can rotate), placing the sample in a sample bin on the automatic sample introduction device 4, and placing the reagent bottle in a reagent bottle area 6;
2. After the test is started, the automatic sample feeding device 4 conveys the sample tube to a sample feeding position, the sample feeding processing device 5 feeds a reagent and a sample to a blotting membrane strip or a fluorescent sheet on a reaction disc for a binding reaction, after the binding reaction is completed, the automatic sample feeding device 4 conveys the sample tube back to the original position, and the sample feeding processing device 5 cleans the needle;
3. After the reaction is finished, the waste discharge devices (32 and 22) suck away the reacted reagent, then the liquid injection devices (23 and 33) inject washing liquid to the blotting membrane strip or the fluorescent sheet, and then the waste discharge devices (32 and 22) suck away the liquid for waste discharge;
4. The sample adding processing device 5 sucks and adds the reagent from the reagent bottle area 6 to the blotting membrane strip or the fluorescent sheet of the reaction disk, and then the liquid is sucked away by the waste discharging devices (32, 22) after the reaction is finished;
5. repeating similar actions of adding washing liquid and adding reagent to complete sample treatment;
6. After all reactions are finished, if the blotting membrane strip method is adopted, the first drying device 24 can dry the blotting membrane strips on the incubation disc one by one (the incubation disc continuously rotates), then the first scanning device 25 collects image signals and sends the image signals to analysis software for analysis processing; if it is the fluorescence piece, second mounting device 34 can carry out the mounting to the fluorescence piece one by one, then gathers image signal by second scanning device 35, sends analysis software to carry out analysis processes, and so, advance the appearance application of sample and detect the analysis and can both accomplish automatically, and two dishes detect simultaneously, labour saving and time saving.

The device for detecting the same tray by the western blotting method and the immunofluorescence method is characterized by comprising a base, a first detection device, a second detection device, an automatic sample feeding device, a sample adding treatment device and a reagent bottle area, wherein the first detection device is arranged on the base and used for detecting by the western blotting method, the second detection device is used for detecting by the immunofluorescence method, the automatic sample feeding device is used for providing a sample to be detected for the first detection device and the second detection device, the sample adding treatment device is matched with the first detection device and the second detection device for sample adding treatment of the sample to be detected, and the reagent bottle area is used for loading a reagent bottle; the first detection device comprises a first incubation disc, a first waste discharge device arranged on the side edge of the first incubation disc, a first liquid injection device used for placing a sample to be processed, a first drying device used for drying the blotting membrane strip and a first scanning device used for collecting an image signal; the second detection device comprises a second incubation disc, a second waste discharge device arranged on the side edge of the second incubation disc, a second liquid injection device used for placing a sample to be processed, a second sealing device used for sealing the fluorescent sheet and a second scanning device used for collecting signals of the fluorescent sheet.
