Abstract

本发明涉及防弹盾体技术领域,尤其涉及一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体及方法,该方法采用的水陆两用伪装防弹盾体,包括:防弹盾牌、载体,防弹盾牌通过连接装置与载体铰接构成一体式两栖装置;所述载体为橡胶防弹盾牌的软体包装袋,软体包装袋内均布有若干气囊,每个气囊设置有充排气口,每个充排气口通过各自的阀门与充排气管道连通。本发明既能在陆地上使用,也能在水中应用,扩展了防弹盾体的应用领域。本发明设备结构简单,使用方便。能够防止弹体造成人体损伤,保护作战人员的人身安全。

一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防弹盾体技术领域,尤其涉及一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体及方法。
背景技术
防弹盾体能有效地防护枪弹、弹片等低强度的侵彻杀伤,对于提高士兵或警员的战场生存能力、增强环境适应性、提高战斗力都有重要现实价值。目前,传统防弹盾体多是用于陆地,在水域应用受到一定限制,比如遇到沼泽地、水塘及江湖中行进的作战应用。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体及方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体,包括:防弹盾牌1、载体2,防弹盾牌1通过连接装置3与载体2铰接构成一体式两栖装置;所述载体2为橡胶防弹盾牌的软体包装袋,软体包装袋内均布有若干气囊2.1,每个气囊2.1设置有充排气口,每个充排气口通过各自的阀门与充排气管道连通。
一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体,所述防弹盾牌包括:第一层锥体防弹板1.1、第二层锥体防弹板1.2、碳纤维板1.3,所述的第一层锥体防弹板1.1与第二层锥体防弹板1.2和碳纤维板1.3叠加组成一体结构,一体结构的外围固化有聚脲层4。
一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体,所述连接装置3由盾牌连接板3.1通过铰接轴3.2与支撑板3.3铰接连接,盾牌连接板3.1的侧面铰接有挂钩板3.4,挂钩板3.4的另一端与支撑板3.3上设置的挂钩柱连接;所述的盾牌连接板3.1与防弹盾牌1固定连接;支撑板3.3与载体2固定连接。
一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体,所述载体2为橡胶防弹盾牌的包装袋,包装袋体内均布有若干气囊2.1,每个气囊2.1通过各自的阀门2.2与充排气管道2.3连通;充排气管道2.3的一端设置有充排气口。
一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体的制作,是防弹盾牌1通过连接装置3与载体2铰接构成一体式两栖装置;其具体步骤如下:
1)、制作防弹盾牌1,防弹盾牌采用第一层锥体防弹板1.1与第二层锥体防弹板1.2和碳纤维板1.3叠加组成一体结构,一体结构的外围再固化聚脲层4;
2)、制作载体2,载体2为橡胶防弹盾牌的软体包装袋,软体包装袋内均布有若干气囊2.1,每个气囊2.1通过各自的阀门2.2与充排气管道2.3连通;充排气管道2.3的一端设置有充排气口。
3)、制作连接装置3,所述连接装置3由盾牌连接板3.1通过铰接轴3.2与支撑板3.3铰接连接,盾牌连接板3.1的侧面铰接有挂钩板3.4,挂钩板3.4的另一端与支撑板3.3上设置的挂钩柱连接;
4)、组装,所述的盾牌连接板3.1与防弹盾牌1通过固定连接;支撑板3.3与载体2固定连接;
5)、陆地应用时,通过连接装置3能够与载体2贴合在一起,防弹盾牌1放置在防护人员身前位置;或跨在防护人员胸前,或背在防护人员背部,用于防止弹体的损伤;
6)、水中应用时,比如沼泽地、水塘及江湖中的防弹应用,防弹盾牌1通过连接装置3与载体2展开呈钝角状态;
通过固定防弹盾牌1上的两个盾牌连接板3.1侧面铰接的挂钩板3.4,与固定载体2的支撑板3.3上设置的若干挂钩柱3.5的一个挂钩连接,使挂钩板3.4与盾牌连接板3.1和支撑板3.3构成稳定的三角形,使防弹盾牌1与载体2展开呈钝角状态;
并且使载体2上的软体包装袋内均布的若干气囊2.1通过各自的阀门和充排气管道与气泵连通,充气;每个气囊2.1充满后,然后关闭所有的阀门,使载体2形成浮船装置;使用时,防护人员可趴在载体2上,用于防止弹体的损伤。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下优越性:
一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体及方法,既能在陆地上使用,也能在水中应用,比如沼泽地、水塘及江湖中的防弹应用,防止弹体穿透本发明的两栖防弹盾体,造成人体损伤,保护作战人员的人身安全,从而提高了防弹盾体的可靠性。本发明设备结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体,包括:防弹盾牌1、载体2,防弹盾牌1通过连接装置3与载体2铰接构成一体式两栖装置;所述载体2为橡胶防弹盾牌的软体包装袋,软体包装袋内均布有若干气囊2.1,每个气囊2.1设置有充排气口,每个充排气口通过各自的阀门与充排气管道连通。
所述防弹盾牌包括:第一层锥体防弹板1.1、第二层锥体防弹板1.2、碳纤维板1.3,所述的第一层锥体防弹板1.1与第二层锥体防弹板1.2和碳纤维板1.3叠加组成一体结构,一体结构的外围固化有聚脲层1.4。其中的第一层锥体防弹板1与第二层锥体防弹板2结构相同,第一层锥体防弹板1上均布的圆锥体与第二层锥体防弹板2上均布的圆锥体交错叠加,即第一层锥体防弹板1上均布的圆锥体顶尖位置与第二层锥体防弹板2上均布的圆锥体谷心位置对应,第一层锥体防弹板1上均布的圆锥体谷心位置与第二层锥体防弹板2上均布的圆锥体顶尖位置对应。
所述连接装置3由盾牌连接板3.1通过铰接轴3.2与支撑板3.3铰接连接,盾牌连接板3.1的侧面铰接有挂钩板3.4,挂钩板3.4的另一端与支撑板3.3上设置的挂钩柱连接;所述的盾牌连接板3.1与防弹盾牌1固定连接;支撑板3.3与载体2固定连接。
所述载体2为橡胶防弹盾牌的包装袋,包装袋体内均布有若干气囊2.1,每个气囊2.1通过各自的阀门2.2与充排气管道2.3连通;充排气管道2.3的一端设置有充排气口。
一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体的制作,是防弹盾牌1通过连接装置3与载体2铰接构成一体式两栖装置;其步骤如下:
首先制作防弹盾牌1,防弹盾牌采用第一层锥体防弹板1.1与第二层锥体防弹板1.2和碳纤维板1.3叠加组成一体结构,一体结构的外围再固化聚脲层4。
再制作载体2,载体2为橡胶防弹盾牌的软体包装袋,软体包装袋内均布有若干气囊2.1,每个气囊2.1设置有充排气口,每个充排气口通过各自的阀门与充排气管道连通。
然后制作连接装置3,所述连接装置3由盾牌连接板3.1通过铰接轴3.2与支撑板3.3铰接连接,盾牌连接板3.1的侧面铰接有挂钩板3.4,挂钩板3.4的另一端与支撑板3.3上设置的挂钩柱连接;所述的盾牌连接板3.1与防弹盾牌1固定连接;支撑板3.3与载体2固定连接。
所述载体2为橡胶防弹盾牌的包装袋,包装袋体内均布有若干气囊2.1,每个气囊2.1通过各自的阀门2.2与充排气管道2.3连通;充排气管道2.3的一端设置有充排气口。
陆地应用时,通过连接装置3能够与载体2贴合在一起,防弹盾牌1放置在防护人员身前位置;或跨在防护人员胸前,或背在防护人员背部,用于防止弹体的损伤。
水中应用时,比如沼泽地、水塘及江湖中的防弹应用,防弹盾牌1通过连接装置3与载体2展开呈钝角状态。
通过固定防弹盾牌1上的两个盾牌连接板3.1侧面铰接的挂钩板3.4,与固定载体2的支撑板3.3上设置的若干挂钩柱3.5的一个挂钩连接,使挂钩板3.4与盾牌连接板3.1和支撑板3.3构成稳定的三角形,使防弹盾牌1与载体2展开呈钝角状态;
并且使载体2上的软体包装袋内均布的若干气囊2.1通过各自的阀门和充排气管道与气泵连通,充气;每个气囊2.1充满后,然后关闭所有的阀门,使载体2形成浮船装置;使用时,防护人员可趴在载体2上,用于防止弹体的损伤。
应用完毕,盾牌连接板3.1铰接的挂钩板3.4与固定载体2的支撑板3.3上设置的若干挂钩柱3.5的一个挂钩脱离;再将载体2内每个气囊2.1的空气,通过各自的阀门、充排气管道的充排气口排气;然后将防弹盾牌1与载体2贴合在一起,完毕。

1.一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体,其特征是:包括:防弹盾牌(1)、载体(2),防弹盾牌(1)通过连接装置(3)与载体(2)铰接构成一体式两栖装置;所述载体(2)为橡胶防弹盾牌的软体包装袋,软体包装袋内均布有若干气囊(2.1),每个气囊(2.1)设置有充排气口,每个充排气口通过各自的阀门与充排气管道连通;所述连接装置(3)由盾牌连接板(3.1)通过铰接轴(3.2)与支撑板(3.3)铰接连接,盾牌连接板(3.1)的侧面铰接有挂钩板(3.4),挂钩板(3.4)的另一端与支撑板(3.3)上设置的挂钩柱连接;所述的盾牌连接板(3.1)与防弹盾牌(1)固定连接;支撑板(3.3)与载体(2)固定连接;每个气囊(2.1)通过各自的阀门(2.2)与充排气管道(2.3)连通;充排气管道(2.3)的一端设置有充排气口;
所述防弹盾牌包括:第一层锥体防弹板(1.1)、第二层锥体防弹板(1.2)、碳纤维板(1.3),所述的第一层锥体防弹板(1.1)与第二层锥体防弹板(1.2)和碳纤维板(1.3)叠加组成一体结构,一体结构的外围固化有聚脲层(1.4),固化聚脲层(1.4)外设置有伪装层(1.5);第一层锥体防弹板(1.1)上均布的圆锥体与第二层锥体防弹板(1.2)上均布的圆锥体交错叠加。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水陆两用伪装防弹盾体的制作及使用方法,其特征是:是防弹盾牌(1)通过连接装置(3)与载体(2)铰接构成一体式两栖装置;其具体步骤如下:
1)、制作防弹盾牌(1),防弹盾牌采用第一层锥体防弹板(1.1)与第二层锥体防弹板(1.2)和碳纤维板(1.3)叠加组成一体结构,一体结构的外围再固化聚脲层(1.4);固化聚脲层(1.4)外设置有伪装层(1.5);
2)、制作载体(2),载体(2)为橡胶防弹盾牌的软体包装袋,软体包装袋内均布有若干气囊(2.1),每个气囊(2.1)通过各自的阀门(2.2)与充排气管道(2.3)连通;充排气管道(2.3)的一端设置有充排气口;
3)、制作连接装置(3),所述连接装置(3)由盾牌连接板(3.1)通过铰接轴(3.2)与支撑板(3.3)铰接连接,盾牌连接板(3.1)的侧面铰接有挂钩板(3.4),挂钩板(3.4)的另一端与支撑板(3.3)上设置的挂钩柱连接;
4)、组装,所述的盾牌连接板(3.1)与防弹盾牌(1)通过固定连接;支撑板(3.3)与载体(2)固定连接;
5)、陆地应用时,通过连接装置(3)能够与载体(2)贴合在一起,防弹盾牌(1)放置在防护人员身前位置;或跨在防护人员胸前,或背在防护人员背部,用于防止弹体的损伤;
