一种安全性好的LED水底灯
技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种安全性好的LED水底灯。
背景技术
水底灯就是装在水底下的灯,外观小而精致,美观大方,外型和有些地埋灯差不多,只是多了个安装底盘,底盘是用螺丝固定的。水底灯一般为LED光源。LED科技照明被称为第四代照明光源或绿色光源,具有节能、环保、寿命长、体积小等特点。LED水底灯通电的时候,可以发出多种颜色,绚丽多彩,一般是装在公园或者喷泉水池里,具有很强的观赏性。
经检索,授权公告号为CN208846181U的专利,公开了一种具有保护功能的LED水底灯,包括矩形基座、若干个LED灯、第一伺服电机以及第二伺服电机,所述矩形基座上壁面开设有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽内下壁面安装有驱动安装座。上述专利存在以下不足:水底灯长期放在水中浸泡,造成外壳腐蚀进水,使水底灯内部电子元件接触水后,会造成灯具短路损坏,外壳和内部元件均被损坏,只能更换,成本较高,并且影响整体供电电路的安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的缺点,提出一种安全性好的LED水底灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种安全性好的LED水底灯,包括三角支撑座,三角支撑座的中部通过轴连接有旋转盘,且旋转盘的两侧连接有U型架,U型架和旋转盘一体成型,U型架的两顶端之间有壳体,壳体与U型架的顶端之间通过固定螺丝活动连接;
所述壳体的内壁紧贴有内框,所述内框的顶端有内框凸缘,紧贴着透光镜片,且内框凸缘卡接有限位圈,内框的底部有渗水孔;所述内框内部有稳定托槽,所述稳定托槽的顶端有托槽凸缘,所述托槽凸缘紧贴在内框内壁上,稳定托槽内安装LED集成灯盘组件,所述稳定托槽和内框之间填充有遇水膨胀的填充剂,所述托槽凸缘上有密封环,所述密封环与所述限位圈可形成压合密封。
进一步地,所述不锈钢镜框和壳体的连接处夹持有透光镜片,且透光镜片和不锈钢镜框的连接处设有密封压环。
所述LED集成灯盘组件的导线连接有电源线和磁吸开关,且电源线和磁吸开关相串联。
优选的,所述磁吸开关包括固定端和连接端,且连接端和电源线之间相连通。
优选的,所述填充剂为聚氨酯弹性体和无机吸水材料混合物,且内框的底部设有渗水孔。
所述无极吸水材料为氯化钙。聚氨酯弹性体和氯化钙的质量比为3:1。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本水底灯采用集成式的LED灯组,灯组中的底端填充有填充剂,填充剂遇水发泡膨胀,将稳定托槽及其内部元件顶出,密封环和环形连接圈之间压合密封,保证稳定托槽内部的严密性,直接更换外壳即可,不损伤内部灯具元件的安全性;
2.本水底灯通过不锈钢镜框和密封压环之间配合,保证LED灯具的良好透光性和密封性,线路端部使用磁吸结构,在内部元件顶出时,保证内部元件断电,减少壳体内水影响工作时的灯具安全性,导线连接处设有密封铜帽,保证线端的安全性。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
下面详细描述的实施例,在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同标号表示相同的元件。下面通过附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1-3,一种安全性好的LED水底灯,包括三角支撑座1,三角支撑座1的中部通过轴连接有旋转盘2,且旋转盘2的两侧连接有U型架4,U型架4和旋转盘2一体成型,U型架4的两顶端之间有壳体10,壳体与U型架4的顶端之间通过固定螺丝5活动连接;
所述壳体10的内壁紧贴有内框15,所述内框15的顶端有内框凸缘11,紧贴着透光镜片,且内框凸缘11卡接有限位圈16,内框15的底部有渗水孔;所述内框内部有稳定托槽17,所述稳定托槽17的顶端有托槽凸缘12,所述托槽凸缘12紧贴在内框内壁上,稳定托槽17内安装LED集成灯盘组件7,所述稳定托槽和内框之间填充有遇水膨胀的填充剂13,所述托槽凸缘上有密封环14,所述密封环14与所述限位圈16可形成压合密封。
所述的壳体10的顶端外壁通过螺纹连接有不锈钢镜框6,不锈钢镜框6和壳体10的连接处夹持有透光镜片8,且透光镜片8和不锈钢镜框6的连接处设有密封压环9;壳体10的底端安装有线管,且线管的外壁通过螺纹连接有密封铜帽3。
所述稳定托槽17的内部接有LED集成灯盘组件7, LED集成灯盘组件7的导线密封在线管中,与电源线和磁吸开关连接,且电源线和磁吸开关相串联。
填充剂13为聚氨酯弹性体和无机吸水材料混合物,且内框15的底部设有渗水孔。通过不锈钢镜框6和密封压环9之间保证LED灯具的良好透光性和密封性,线路端部使用磁吸结构,在内部元件顶出时,保证内部元件断电,减少壳体内水影响工作时的灯具安全性。
工作原理:本LED水底灯在使用时,通过将三角支撑座1固定在水池底,同时将池底预留的线缆和支撑座内导线相连接,可直接控制使用。稳定托槽17的底端通过填充有填充剂13,填充剂13在壳体破裂后遇水发泡膨胀,将稳定托槽17内元件顶出,稳定托槽17在壳体10内滑动,密封环14和限位圈16之间压合密封,保证整体的灯具内部的严密性,后续直接更换壳体即可,通过不锈钢镜框6和密封压环9之间设有透光镜片8保证LED灯具的良好透光性和密封性,线路端部使用磁吸结构,在内部元件顶出时,保证内部元件断电,减少壳体10内水影响工作时的灯具安全性。

所述壳体(10)的内壁紧贴有内框(15),所述内框(15)的顶端有内框凸缘(11),紧贴着透光镜片,且内框凸缘(11)卡接有限位圈(16),内框(15)的底部有渗水孔;所述内框内部有稳定托槽(17),所述稳定托槽(17)的顶端有托槽凸缘(12),所述托槽凸缘(12)紧贴在内框内壁上,稳定托槽(17)内安装LED集成灯盘组件(7),所述稳定托槽和内框之间填充有遇水膨胀的填充剂(13),所述托槽凸缘上有密封环(14),所述密封环(14)与所述限位圈(16)可形成压合密封;
其中,当填充剂(13)在壳体破裂后遇水发泡膨胀,将稳定托槽(17)及其内部元件顶出,线路端部使用磁吸结构,在内部元件顶出时,保证内部元件断电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED水底灯,其特征在于,所述的壳体(10)的顶端外壁通过螺纹连接有不锈钢镜框(6),不锈钢镜框(6)和壳体(10)的连接处夹持有透光镜片(8),且透光镜片(8)和不锈钢镜框(6)的连接处设有密封压环(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED水底灯,其特征在于,壳体(10)的底端安装有线管,且线管的外壁通过螺纹连接有密封铜帽(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED水底灯,其特征在于,所述LED集成灯盘组件(7)的导线密封在线管中,与电源线和磁吸开关连接,且电源线和磁吸开关相串联。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED水底灯,其特征在于,所述填充剂(13)为聚氨酯弹性体和无机吸水材料混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED水底灯,其特征在于,所述无机吸水材料为氯化钙。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED水底灯,其特征在于,聚氨酯弹性体和氯化钙的质量比为3:1。
