Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of beams, and particularly relates to a high-strength beam structure which comprises a partition plate, an arch strip, a U-shaped strip and a rib plate; the two sides of the partition board are provided with concave notches, the upper end of the partition board is provided with two upper notches, the lower end of the partition board is provided with two lower notches, and the plurality of partition boards are arranged in a linear array; the two arched strips clamp two sides of the partition plates arranged in an array manner, the shape of the arched strips corresponds to that of the two sides of the partition plates so as to be attached to the partition plates, and two edges of the arched strips are bent and inserted into the upper notch and the lower notch respectively; the U-shaped strips are two, two bent edges of one U-shaped strip are inserted into the two upper notches, and two bent edges of the other U-shaped strip are inserted into the two lower notches; the rib plates correspond to the middle bending shape of the bow-shaped strip, and the plurality of rib plates are arranged at the middle bending position of the bow-shaped strip in an array mode. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of beams, and particularly relates to a high-strength beam structure.
Background
The cross beam is widely applied as a common component in a steel structure, and the traditional steel structure mostly adopts pipe fittings such as angle steel, I-shaped steel, square steel and the like. When high-strength beams are needed in some occasions, the common method is to select angle steel, I-shaped steel and square steel with higher dimensions to increase the structural strength, but the weight and the occupied space are inevitably increased along with the increase of the dimensions of the angle steel, the I-shaped steel and the square steel.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a high-strength beam structure which can greatly enhance the strength of a beam while ensuring space contact, and which is light in weight.
The invention provides a high-strength beam structure which comprises a partition plate, an arch strip, a U-shaped strip and a rib plate; the two sides of the partition board are provided with concave notches, the upper end of the partition board is provided with two upper notches, the lower end of the partition board is provided with two lower notches, and the plurality of partition boards are arranged in a linear array; the two arched strips clamp two sides of the partition plates arranged in an array manner, the shape of the arched strips corresponds to that of the two sides of the partition plates so as to be attached to the partition plates, and two edges of the arched strips are bent and inserted into the upper notch and the lower notch respectively; the U-shaped strips are two, two bent edges of one U-shaped strip are inserted into the two upper notches, and two bent edges of the other U-shaped strip are inserted into the two lower notches; the rib plates correspond to the middle bending shape of the bow-shaped strip, and the plurality of rib plates are arranged at the middle bending position of the bow-shaped strip in an array mode.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment includes a baffle plate 1, a bow bar 2, a U-shaped bar 3, and a rib plate 4.
In this embodiment, the partition board 1 is rectangular, and the two sides of the partition board 1 are provided with symmetrical V-shaped concave notches 13, but the concave notches 13 in the present invention are not limited to V-shaped, and may be trapezoidal. The partition plate 1, the arch bar 2, the U-shaped bar 3 and the rib plate 4 are welded.
In the embodiment, the cross beam is 140X200mm, the partition plate 1, the arch bar 2, the U-shaped bar 3 and the rib plate 4 are all 4mm, and compared with the traditional square steel structure with the same size and thickness, the square steel structure has better strength.
Preferably, the middle part of the partition board 1 is provided with the holes 14, and the holes 14 have two main functions, wherein one function is weight reduction, and the other function is convenient for being held by hands during welding.
Preferably, a waist-round slot 21 is arranged at the joint of the bow-shaped strip 2 and the partition board 1, the position of the waist-round slot 21 just corresponds to the contact position of the bow-shaped strip 2 and the partition board 1, and the waist-round slot 21 is mainly used for facilitating the welding of the waist-round hole and the bow-shaped strip 2.
Preferably, the device also comprises a plurality of bottom plates 5 which are arranged in a linear array; the bottom plate 5 is welded in the crossbeam bottom plate 5, and the bottom plate 5 is equipped with oval fixed orifices 51, and the bottom plate 5 is the fixed that is used for this crossbeam, when the installation needs two crossbeams on a parallel ground, can adjust the depth of parallelism of two crossbeams through oval fixed orifices 51.

4. A high strength beam structure according to claim 1 wherein the concave notch is V-shaped.
5. A high strength beam structure according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of base plates arranged in a linear array; the bottom plate is welded to the bottom plate of the cross beam, and the bottom plate is provided with a waist-round fixing hole.
6. A high strength beam structure according to claim 1, further comprising a base plate; the base plate is parallel with the crossbeam, and the base plate welds in the top of crossbeam, and the width of base plate is greater than the interval of two last notches.
