Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of curtain walls, in particular to a curtain wall unit, a unitized curtain wall and an installation method of the unitized curtain wall.
Background
The curtain wall is the outer wall enclosure of the building, does not bear the weight, hangs like a curtain, so is also called as a curtain wall, and is a light wall with decorative effect commonly used by modern large-scale and high-rise buildings. The building outer protective structure or decorative structure consists of a panel and a support structure system, can have certain displacement capacity or certain deformation capacity relative to the main structure, and does not bear the function of the main structure. The current curtain wall types mainly comprise a glass curtain wall, a photovoltaic curtain wall and the like. For the installation mode of the curtain wall, a photovoltaic curtain wall is taken as an example for explanation: the basic process for installing the photovoltaic curtain wall comprises the following steps: firstly, mounting a metal support structure of a curtain wall, and connecting the metal support structure with a main building structure through a connecting structural member; secondly, mounting a photovoltaic module on the metal supporting structure to serve as a decorative protection panel and provide a power generation function; thirdly, gluing, sealing, fixing and connecting the photovoltaic cable; finally, the photovoltaic cables are connected to an inverter, a storage battery, a grid-connected system, and the like in a converging manner. It can be seen that the existing curtain wall mounting mode has complex processes.
in order to simplify the installation method, patent application document (CN 101854133 a) proposes that a plurality of photovoltaic module monomers are connected in series with each other to form a photovoltaic module monomer group, and then the plurality of photovoltaic module monomer groups are installed on a metal supporting structure. In this patent application document, it is possible to change the installation of one photovoltaic module into the installation of one photovoltaic module monomer group, and obviously, the installation of the photovoltaic module monomer group is simpler and more convenient than the installation of one photovoltaic module. However, the improvement in the patent application document is only to simplify a certain process in the mounting process, but the whole mounting process is not reduced.

The curtain wall unit 1 comprises the following components from the front side to the back side in sequence: a decorative protective panel 11, a metal support structure 12, a structural member 13 and a snap-fit portion. The outer edge of the metal support structure 12 is flush with the outer edge of the decorative and protective panel 11, the structural part 13 and the snap-in part being located on the metal support structure 12. The number of the structural members 13 and the number of the engaging portions may be freely set according to actual requirements, and this embodiment is not limited.
The decorative and protective panel 11 may be any curtain wall decorative panel, such as a glass panel, a slate, a photovoltaic module, etc. The engaging portion is a member for seamlessly joining the curtain wall units 1, and it is not necessary to glue and fix the curtain wall units 1.
The technical effects are as follows: each curtain wall unit 1 can be spliced with each other through the clamping part, and each curtain wall unit 1 integrates the decorative protection panel 11, the metal support structure 12 and the structural member 13, so that the curtain wall can be formed by installing the structural member 13 on the building main body after direct splicing. The procedures of installing a metal supporting structure, gluing and the like in the existing curtain wall installing mode can be omitted. Therefore, compared with the existing curtain wall, the installation mode is simpler and more convenient, and the efficiency of installing the curtain wall is improved.

Wherein lie in containing two slots 141 in the curtain wall unit 1 of upper portion, lie in containing two plug connectors 142 in the curtain wall unit 1 of lower part, plug connector 142 inserts and connects in the slot 141, for the compactness of connecting between the curtain wall unit 1, still contain joint strip 143 in the slot 141.
Further, the curtain wall unit 1 also comprises an electrical interface 15, the electrical interface 15 being used for electrical connection between the curtain wall units 1. The electrical interface 15 is located on the card slot in this embodiment. The corresponding connection of the electrical interfaces 15 is completed simultaneously when the curtain wall units 1 are spliced through the card slots.
The electrical interfaces 15 of each curtain wall unit 1 are correspondingly connected to form an integral circuit, cables do not need to be connected like the installation mode in the prior art, and only a main cable needs to be led out finally to be connected with an inverter or an energy storage device or connected in a grid-connected mode.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the decorative and protective panel 11 is specifically a photovoltaic module 16.
the technical effects are as follows: each curtain wall unit 1 can be spliced with each other through the clamping part, and each curtain wall unit 1 integrates the photovoltaic module 16, the metal supporting structure 12 and the structural member 13, so that the photovoltaic curtain wall can be formed by installing the structural member 13 on the building main body after direct splicing. The procedures of installing a metal supporting structure, gluing and the like in the existing curtain wall installing mode can be omitted. Therefore compare in current photovoltaic curtain's mounting means more simple and convenient, improved the efficiency of photovoltaic curtain installation.
further, as shown in fig. 3, the curtain wall unit 1 includes an inverter 17.
The inverter 17 is used for converting voltage or current of the direct current generated by the photovoltaic module 16 in each curtain wall unit 1 so as to meet the requirement of power supply and network access. The electric energy directly generated by the photovoltaic module 16 is low-voltage direct current, so that voltage and current conversion is required before power supply. In addition, in practical application, if the curtain wall unit 1 does not include the inverter 17, the electric energy generated by all the curtain wall units 1 is combined, and then the voltage and the current are uniformly converted by an external inverter.
It should be noted that the position of the inverter 17 is not limited, and for example, the inverter may be integrated in the upper left portion, the lower left portion, and the like of the back surface of the curtain wall unit 1. The position of the inverter 17 in fig. 3 is one of them.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the curtain wall unit 1 comprises an electrical device 18, and the electrical device 18 comprises at least one or more of a communication device, a monitoring device and a lighting device.
The communication device may specifically be one or more of WiFi and/or 4G and/or 5G or other devices for communication. It should be noted that the location of the communication device is not limited, and may be, for example, in the center of the front surface of each curtain wall unit 1 or in other locations.
The monitoring device may be one or more of other monitoring devices such as a monitoring camera. It should be noted that the location of the communication device is not limited, and may be, for example, in the center of the front surface of each curtain wall unit 1 or in other locations.
The lighting device may be an LED lamp or other device capable of lighting. It should be noted that the position of the lighting device is not limited, and may be, for example, in the center of the front surface of each curtain wall unit 1 or in other positions.
further, as shown in fig. 3, the curtain-walling unit 1 also comprises a battery 19 for supplying said electrical device 18.
The source of electrical energy for the battery 19 is the absorbed solar energy conversion of the photovoltaic module 16. It should be noted that the position of the battery 19 is not limited, and may be, for example, the upper left portion, the lower left portion, or other portions of the back surface of each curtain wall unit 1.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, all the components of the curtain wall unit 1, including those described above, are produced directly integrated together in the factory.
Example two: as shown in fig. 4 and 5
The present application relates to a unitized curtain wall 2. The unitized curtain wall 2 includes one or more curtain wall units 1 according to the first embodiment, and the unitized curtain wall 2 is connected to the building body through the structural members 13 included in the curtain wall unit 1.
When the unitized curtain wall 2 includes a plurality of curtain wall units 1, the unitized curtain wall 2 is formed by splicing the plurality of curtain wall units 1 through the clamping portions.
Specifically, fig. 4 is a front view of a unitized curtain wall 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application, and includes: 6 curtain wall units 1, each curtain wall unit 1 comprising four decorative and protective panels 11.
