Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tap water treatment and purification, in particular to a tap water treatment agent and a preparation method thereof.
background
the water source of tap water generally comes from a fresh water lake or a reservoir, and the water of the water source area can be used by residents after being purified; the currently used tap water treatment agents mainly have the following problems: the purification is not thorough, and new ions are easily introduced after the purification to have certain influence on the health of human bodies.
disclosure of Invention
the invention aims to provide a tap water treatment agent and a preparation method thereof. The invention has the characteristics of good purification effect and no harm to human bodies.
The present invention is thus achieved. A tap water treatment agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight,
35-45 parts of potassium hydrogen persulfate compound, 1500-1800 parts of water,
25-35 parts of polyaluminium chloride, 1.5-4 parts of sodium bicarbonate,
2-5 parts of polyacrylamide, 5-9 parts of 37% hydrochloric acid,
0.5-1.5 parts of bismuth oxide.
preferably, the tap water treatment agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight,
38-42 parts of potassium hydrogen persulfate compound, 1750 parts of water 1500-,
26 to 33 portions of polyaluminium chloride, 1.8 to 3.5 portions of sodium bicarbonate,
2.5 to 4.5 portions of polyacrylamide, 6 to 8 portions of 37 percent hydrochloric acid,
0.8-1.2 parts of bismuth oxide.
Preferably, the tap water treatment agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight,
40 parts of potassium hydrogen persulfate compound and 1650 parts of water
30 portions of polyaluminium chloride, 2.5 portions of sodium bicarbonate,
3 parts of polyacrylamide, 7 parts of 37% hydrochloric acid,
1 part of bismuth oxide.
The preparation method of the tap water treatment agent comprises the following steps:
a. Dissolving potassium hydrogen persulfate compound and bismuth oxide in water to prepare a solution A, wherein the using amount of the water is 2/3 of the total water amount;
b. Dissolving polyaluminium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and 37% hydrochloric acid in the rest amount of water to prepare solution B;
c. mixing the solution A and the solution B to obtain the compound.
compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the potassium hydrogen persulfate compound and the bismuth oxide are dissolved in water to prepare the solution A, which has the oxidizing and sterilizing effects on water and can remove organic micro-pollutants, odor and germs in the water, and the solution B can flocculate colloids in the water so as to facilitate the next step of precipitation and filtration, so that the purification effect is good; the invention does not contain aluminum trichloride, does not increase aluminum ions in water, and has no toxic or side effect on human bodies.
