A control method of a two-in-one device for conveying cigarettes is characterized by comprising a PLC control system, a rack, a cigarette conveying belt A (1), a cigarette conveying belt B (2), a two-in-one accelerating belt (12), a cigarette output crawler belt (11), a first motor (5), a second motor (9) and a third motor (10) which are all arranged on the rack, wherein the cigarette conveying belt A (1) and the cigarette conveying belt B (2) are arranged in parallel side by side, the cigarette conveying belt A (1) and the cigarette conveying belt B (2) are respectively driven by the respective first motor (1) to operate, incoming material signal detection sensors (4) and in-place signal detection sensors (6) are sequentially arranged on the rack of the cigarette conveying belt A (1) and the rack of the cigarette conveying belt B (2) at intervals along the operation direction, the cigarette carton conveying belt A (1) and the cigarette carton conveying belt B (2) are respectively provided with a cigarette blocking device (13) along the frame at the tail end of the running direction, the in-place signal detection sensor (6) is close to the cigarette blocking device (13), one end of the two-in-one accelerating belt (12) is connected with one end of the cigarette carton conveying belt A (1) and one end of the cigarette carton conveying belt B (2), two sides of the two-in-one accelerating belt (12) are provided with cigarette guide plates (8) which are mutually drawn close along the conveying direction, the middle part of the two-in-one accelerating belt (12) is also provided with a cigarette carton separating block (7), the cigarette carton output crawler belt (11) is connected with the other end of the two-in-one accelerating belt (12) and is positioned at an outlet formed by the two cigarette guide plates (8), the two-in-one accelerating belt (12) and the cigarette carton output crawler belt (11) are respectively driven by a second motor, the PLC control system controls the lifting of the cigarette blocking device (13) by receiving signals of the incoming material signal detection sensor (4) and the in-place signal detection sensor (6), so that cigarettes (3) on the cigarette conveying belt A (1) and the cigarette conveying belt B (2) alternately enter the two-in-one acceleration belt (12) and then sequentially enter the cigarette output crawler (11) under the action of the cigarette guide plate (8) and the cigarette separation block (7), and the steps are as follows,
step 1, continuous cigarettes (3) enter a cigarette conveying line belt A (1) and a cigarette conveying line belt B (2) from different packaging machine elevator channels, after receiving a cigarette signal from an upstream machine, namely an elevator, through signal transmission between a PLC control system and the whole cigarette conveying system, the corresponding cigarette conveying line belt runs at a normal carrying speed under the driving of a first motor (5), and meanwhile, a cigarette blocking device (13) at the tail end of each of the two cigarette conveying line belts rises to block the cigarettes (3) of the corresponding cigarette conveying line belt;
step 2, when the incoming material signal detection sensor (4) of any one cigarette conveying line belt detects that the accumulation of cigarettes (3) lasts for 0.2s, starting a quick smoke discharging flow, rapidly resetting and descending the cigarette blocking device (13) at the stage, simultaneously enabling the first motor (5) corresponding to each pass to run at a high speed, rapidly discharging the cigarettes (3) into the two-in-one accelerating belt (12), centering the cigarettes through the cigarette guide plate (8) and the cigarette separating block (7), and then entering the cigarette output crawler belt (11) with a normal running speed, and as long as any one cigarette conveying line belt detects the cigarettes (3) in advance and lasts for 0.2s, enabling the other cigarette conveying line belt to be in a waiting state, waiting for the end of smoke discharging of the cigarette conveying line belt detected first, and then starting the smoke discharging flow of the other cigarette conveying line belt;
step 3, the whole quick smoke discharging process lasts for 1s, and the condition that the cigarette blocking device (13) can be lifted again after the in-place signal detection sensor (6) does not detect the cigarette (3) for 0.3s continuously to block the cigarette (3) corresponding to the cigarette conveying belt is met, and then the speed of the cigarette conveying belt is restored to the normal running speed immediately;
and 4, repeating the actions of the step 2 and the step 3 until the incoming material signal detection sensors (4) on the two strip cigarette conveying belt detect no strip cigarette (3) for a long time, and stopping the equipment.

The control method of the two-in-one device for conveying the cigarette carton according to claim 1, wherein the cigarette blocking device (13) comprises a two-position five-way electromagnetic valve (14), a throttle valve air connector (19), a cigarette blocking cylinder (20) and a cigarette blocking support, the cigarette blocking support is fixed on a piston rod of the cigarette blocking cylinder (20), the cigarette blocking cylinder (20) is provided with the throttle valve air connector (19), the throttle valve air connector (19) is connected with two air outlet pipe connectors (17) of the two-position five-way electromagnetic valve (14) through an air pipe (18), an air inlet pipe connector (16) of the two-position five-way electromagnetic valve (14) is connected with an air pump, and the two-position five-way electromagnetic valve (14) is controlled by a PLC control system.

The control method of the two-in-one device for conveying the cigarettes according to claim 2, wherein a sliding bearing is arranged at the top of the cigarette blocking frame, and a silencer (15) is further arranged on an exhaust pipe connector of the two-position five-way electromagnetic valve (14).

The control method of the two-in-one device for conveying the cigarette carton according to claim 1, wherein the cigarette carton separating block (7) is located between the cigarette carton conveying belt A (1) and the cigarette carton conveying belt B (2), two sides of the cigarette carton separating block (7) and two cigarette carton guide plates (8) on the two sides respectively form a passage aligned with the cigarette carton conveying belt A (1) and the cigarette carton conveying belt B (2), the minimum distance between the cigarette carton separating block (7) and the cigarette carton guide plates (8) is larger than the width of the cigarette carton (3), the distance between one end of each cigarette carton guide plate (8) is larger than or equal to the distance between the outer side of the cigarette carton conveying belt A (1) and the outer side of the cigarette carton conveying belt B (2), and the distance between the other end of each cigarette carton guide plate (8) is larger than or equal to the width of the cigarette carton output crawler (11).
5. The control method of the two-in-one device for conveying the cigarettes according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the position signal detection sensor (6) and the cigarette blocking device (13) is smaller than the length of the cigarettes (3).
6. The control method of the two-in-one device for conveying the cigarette carton according to claim 1, wherein the feeding signal detection sensor (4) and the in-place signal detection sensor (6) are both photoelectric switches.

The control method of the two-in-one device for conveying the cigarette carton according to claim 1, wherein the first motor (5) is a servo motor, the second motor (9) and the third motor (10) are three-phase asynchronous motors, and each three-phase asynchronous motor is connected with a frequency converter.

The control method of the two-in-one device for conveying the cigarette carton according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 3, after the PLC control system starts timing 1s from the rising of the cigarette blocking device of the cigarette carton conveying line belt of one of the cigarette carton conveying lines, if the in-place photoelectric detection sensor (6) of the cigarette carton conveying line belt of the other cigarette carton conveying line detects that the cigarette carton (3) exists and lasts for more than 0.2s, the cigarette discharging flow is started by the cigarette carton conveying line belt, and the cigarette discharging operation is alternately carried out by the two cigarette carton conveying line belts.
