The invention provides a highway and railway dual-purpose tractor, which comprises: the tractor comprises a tractor body, a driving device and a control device, wherein the tractor body comprises an axle, wheels and a frame, and the wheels are arranged on the axle; the front suspension structure is connected with the frame and comprises a swing frame and a hydraulic assembly, the swing frame is fixed on the axle, and the hydraulic assembly is at least partially fixed on the swing frame. The technical scheme of the invention effectively solves the problem of poor environment adaptability of the tractor suspension in the prior art.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of highway and railway dual-purpose tractors, in particular to a highway and railway dual-purpose tractor.
Background
The tractor for both highway and railway is used for both running on railway and spare vehicle and emergency locomotive operation. The combined type road-rail vehicle can effectively improve the working load, namely more goods can be transported under the same traction force; in addition, other traction equipment is not needed in the transition, so that the equipment investment of a goods yard can be greatly reduced, and the cost and the operation time are saved.
The heavy duty rail-road dual-purpose vehicle adopts a rubber wheel driving technology, works on a railway and uses a guide frame for auxiliary support, so that the heavy duty rail-road dual-purpose vehicle can stably run on a rail when dragging other vehicles or goods; the guide frame is retracted after walking on the road. Whether the front axle suspension system is reasonable or not directly influences the safety of the vehicle working on the railway and the comfort of the vehicle running on the road.
As shown in fig. 1, the existing heavy-duty dual-purpose tractor suspension generally adopts a leaf spring type structure and is arranged above a drive axle. The steel plate spring 1 is composed of a group of steel plates, and gaps are formed among the steel plates during no-load, so that foreign matters can easily enter to damage the steel plate spring 1, and the adaptability to the environment is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a highway-railway dual-purpose tractor, which solves the problem that the tractor suspension in the prior art has poor adaptability to the environment.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tractor for both highway and railway, comprising: the tractor comprises a tractor body, a driving device and a control device, wherein the tractor body comprises an axle, wheels and a frame, and the wheels are arranged on the axle; the front suspension structure is connected with the frame and comprises a swing frame and a hydraulic assembly, the swing frame is fixed on the axle, and the hydraulic assembly is at least partially fixed on the swing frame.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the highway-railway tractor of the present embodiment includes: a tractor body 10 and a front suspension structure 20. The tractor body 10 includes an axle 11, wheels 12, and a frame 13, the wheels 12 being mounted on the axle 11. The frame 13 is connected to a front suspension 20, the front suspension 20 comprising a swing frame 21 and a hydraulic assembly 22, the swing frame 21 being fixed to the axle 11, the hydraulic assembly 22 being at least partially fixed to the swing frame 21.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the tractor body 10 needs a suspension structure for damping when walking, the front suspension structure 20 adopts a mode that the swing frame 21 and the hydraulic component 22 support the frame 13, and the hydraulic component 22 is compact in structure and good in sealing performance, so that foreign matters are not easy to enter the hydraulic component, and the hydraulic component 22 can be used under the condition of severe environment. The technical scheme of this embodiment has solved the relatively poor problem of the adaptability of tractor suspension to the environment among the prior art effectively.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, in the solution of the present embodiment, the swing frame 21 includes an arc-shaped saddle plate 211 and a fixing plate 212, the fixing plate 212 is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped saddle plate 211, the fixing plate 212 is connected to the axle 11 through a fastener, the hydraulic assembly 22 is fixed to the fixing plate 212, and the frame 13 is connected to the arc-shaped saddle plate 211. The structure of the curved saddle plate 211 makes the structure of the swing frame 21 relatively strong on the one hand and the curved saddle plate 211 relatively light on the other hand. The fixed plate 212 is connected with the axle 11, and the arc-shaped saddle plate 211 is connected with the hydraulic assembly 22, so that different parts of the swing frame 21 have different functions, and the structure is more compact.
As shown in fig. 2, in the solution of the present embodiment, the fixing plate 212 includes two bottom plates and a plurality of ear plates, the two bottom plates are respectively located at two ends of the arc-shaped saddle plate 211, the plurality of ear plates are respectively located on the two bottom plates, the bottom plates are connected with the axle 11, and the hydraulic assembly 22 is connected with the ear plates. The arrangement of the bottom plate and the lug plate enables the swing frame 21 of the embodiment to be firmer, specifically, the lug plate is perpendicular to the bottom plate, bolt holes are formed in the lug plate, the hydraulic assembly 22 is connected with the lug plate through a fastener, a plurality of bolt holes are formed in the bottom plate, and the swing frame 21 is fixed on the axle 11 through the fastener and the bolt holes.
As shown in fig. 2, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the arc saddle 211 includes two arc vertical plates and an arc bottom plate, the two arc vertical plates are arranged in parallel, the arc bottom plate is located between the arc vertical plates, each bottom plate is connected to two arc vertical plates, and the arc bottom plate is located between two bottom plates. The swing frame 21 of the above structure is formed by piecing together and connecting plate-shaped structures, and the swing frame 21 has light weight.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, in the technical solution of this embodiment, two arc-shaped vertical plates are provided with pin shaft holes, and the frame 13 is provided with pin shaft holes, and the pin shaft passes through the pin shaft holes on the two arc-shaped vertical plates and the pin shaft hole on the frame 13, so as to connect the arc-shaped saddle plate 211 and the frame 13 together. The frame 13 is connected with the arc-shaped vertical plate through the pin shaft, when the highway and railway dual-purpose tractor walks on the ground, the frame 13 and the swing frame 21 can rotate relatively through the pin shaft, and therefore balance of the highway and railway dual-purpose tractor is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 7, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the front suspension structure 20 further includes a plurality of limit blocks 23, and the plurality of limit blocks 23 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the swing frame 21 to limit the left and right positions of the vehicle frame 13 that can swing. The arrangement of the limiting block 23 can limit the left-right swing of the frame, and avoids accidents such as rollover of the highway-railway dual-purpose tractor caused by excessive swing of the frame 13. It should be noted that the frame 13 is limited by the hydraulic assembly 22 during the swinging process, so that the acting force of the frame 13 when swinging to the left and right stoppers 23 is not particularly large.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in the solution of the present embodiment, the hydraulic assembly 22 includes a left suspension cylinder 221, a right suspension cylinder 222, a pump 223, a hydraulic pipeline 224 and a reservoir 225, the left suspension cylinder 221, the right suspension cylinder 222 and the pump 223 are all disposed on the hydraulic pipeline 224, the hydraulic pipeline 224 is communicated with the reservoir 225, and the left suspension cylinder 221 and the right suspension cylinder 222 are all disposed on the swing frame 21 and support the frame 13. When the left suspension oil cylinder 221 and the right suspension oil cylinder 222 are arranged to enable the frame to swing left and right, the left suspension oil cylinder 221 and the right suspension oil cylinder 222 can buffer the frame 13. Specifically, the pump 223 is a gear pump, which is relatively stable when pumping hydraulic oil.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in the solution of the present embodiment, the dual-purpose tractor further includes a control structure, and the hydraulic assembly 22 is electrically connected to the control structure, so that the hydraulic assembly 22 has a disabled first state when the dual-purpose tractor travels on the rail, and the hydraulic assembly 22 has a usable second state when the dual-purpose tractor travels on the ground. When the highway-railway tractor runs on the rails, the jolting is not serious, and the use requirement of the highway-railway tractor can be met when the hydraulic assembly 22 does not work. When the tractor for both highway and railway runs on the ground, the road condition is complicated, and the hydraulic assembly 22 is needed to adjust the frame 13, so that the smooth running of the tractor for both highway and railway is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 5, in the solution of the present embodiment, the hydraulic assembly 22 further includes a plurality of solenoid valves disposed on the hydraulic line 224 to control the elongation of the left suspension cylinder 221 and the right suspension cylinder 222. The provision of solenoid valves makes it easier to electrically control the hydraulic assembly 22, i.e. to automate the hydraulic assembly 22 to a greater extent. Specifically, in the technical solution of this embodiment, there are four electromagnetic valves, and there is one electromagnetic valve on each of the two oil paths connected to the left suspension cylinder 221, and there is one electromagnetic valve on each of the two oil paths connected to the right suspension cylinder 222.
As shown in fig. 5, in the solution of the present embodiment, the hydraulic assembly 22 further includes a check valve, and the check valve is disposed at the liquid outlet of the hydraulic pipeline 224, so that the liquid can only flow out through the check valve. The one-way valve arrangement is more robust than the solenoid valve arrangement, and thus the life cycle of hydraulic assembly 22 is longer. It is noted that the check valve has a pressure differential of 1MPa across it so that it can act as a back pressure.

Claims (5)
1. A highway-railway dual-purpose tractor is characterized by comprising:
a tractor body (10), the tractor body (10) comprising an axle (11), wheels (12) and a frame (13), the wheels (12) being mounted on the axle (11);
a front suspension structure (20), the frame (13) being connected to the front suspension structure (20), the front suspension structure (20) comprising a swing frame (21) and a hydraulic assembly (22), the swing frame (21) being fixed to the axle (11), the hydraulic assembly (22) being at least partially fixed to the swing frame (21);
the swing frame (21) comprises an arc saddle plate (211) and a fixing plate (212), the fixing plate (212) is fixedly connected with the arc saddle plate (211), the fixing plate (212) is connected with the axle (11) through a fastener, the hydraulic assembly (22) is fixed on the fixing plate (212), and the frame (13) is connected with the arc saddle plate (211); the fixed plate (212) comprises two bottom plates and a plurality of lug plates, the two bottom plates are respectively positioned at two ends of the arc saddle plate (211), the lug plates are respectively positioned on the two bottom plates, each bottom plate is connected with the axle (11), and the hydraulic assembly (22) is connected with the lug plates;
the arc saddle plate (211) comprises two arc vertical plates and an arc bottom plate, the two arc vertical plates are arranged in parallel, the arc bottom plate is positioned between the arc vertical plates, each bottom plate is connected with the two arc vertical plates, and the arc bottom plate is positioned between the two bottom plates; the front suspension structure (20) further comprises a plurality of limiting blocks (23), and the limiting blocks (23) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the swing frame (21) to limit the left and right positions of the swing frame (13) in a swing mode;
the two arc-shaped vertical plates are provided with pin shaft holes, the frame (13) is provided with pin shaft holes, and a pin shaft penetrates through the pin shaft holes in the two arc-shaped vertical plates and the pin shaft holes in the frame (13) so as to connect the arc-shaped saddle plate (211) and the frame (13) together.

The tractor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydraulic assembly (22) comprises a left suspension cylinder (221), a right suspension cylinder (222), a pump (223), a hydraulic pipeline (224) and a liquid storage container (225), the left suspension cylinder (221), the right suspension cylinder (222) and the pump (223) are all arranged on the hydraulic pipeline (224), the hydraulic pipeline (224) is communicated with the liquid storage container (225), and the left suspension cylinder (221) and the right suspension cylinder (222) are all arranged on the swing frame (21) and support the frame (13).

The tractor according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises a control structure, the hydraulic assembly (22) being electrically connected to the control structure so that the hydraulic assembly (22) has a first state disabled when the tractor is travelling on rails and a second state usable when the tractor is travelling on ground (22).
4. The tractor as claimed in claim 2, wherein the hydraulic assembly (22) further comprises a plurality of solenoid valves disposed on the hydraulic line (224) to control the elongation of the left and right suspension cylinders (221, 222).
5. The tractor as claimed in claim 2, wherein the hydraulic assembly (22) further comprises a check valve disposed at the outlet of the hydraulic line (224) such that liquid can only flow out through the check valve.
