The invention discloses a lightweight aluminum alloy hub, which comprises a hub ring and a hub center mechanism, wherein the hub ring is of a circular ring structure, the hub center mechanism is positioned in an inner ring of the hub ring and is fixedly connected with the inner side of the hub ring, a plurality of bolts are arranged on the top surface of the hub ring, the bolts are uniformly distributed on the ring surface of the hub ring, a wave ring, a toothed ring and an oil seal ring are arranged on the bottom surface of the hub ring, the hub center mechanism comprises a supporting column and an inner column, and the inner column is provided with a roller bearing.

Technical Field

The hub central mechanism is coated with an anti-corrosion durable coating, the coating comprises, by weight, 1.02-6.5% of Si, 0.28-0.3% of Fe, less than or equal to 0.02% of Zn, less than or equal to 0.03% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.04% of Ni, and the balance of Al, wherein the anti-corrosion and wear-resisting properties of the hub central mechanism with the coating are improved.
