Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air pollution prevention and control, in particular to wet dust and mist removing equipment and a wet dust and mist removing method thereof.
Background
Dust is one of main sources of air pollution, and because the fuel structure in China still mainly uses coal at present, the air pollution in China mainly uses coal smoke type pollution, wherein the harm of dust and acid rain is the largest, so that the control of the emission of the dust and sulfur dioxide is crucial to the improvement of the air pollution condition. The existing dust removal technology is more perfect in development and mainly comprises bag type dust removal, mechanical type dust removal, electric dust removal and wet dust removal; among them, there are cloth bag type, cyclone type electrostatic, water film type, spray type, water bath type and other dust removing techniques. The three types of dust removal technologies only have a dust removal function and cannot eliminate harmful gases, and the last three types of water film type, spray type and water bath type technologies belong to wet dust removal and have the functions of removing dust and filtering harmful gases, but the dust removal efficiency is relatively low, and the ultralow emission standard is difficult to realize. In recent years, although the technologies are improved, the original technical principle is not separated, and therefore, the technology has no major breakthrough. Other technologies such as spraying, atomizing, cloth bag adding and the like introduced from foreign countries (countries such as the United states, the Japan and the like) have no new breakthrough in principle, and the used equipment has high manufacturing cost. In summary, the prior art has the following drawbacks and problems: 1) the efficiency is single, and complex smoke cannot be treated; 2) the occupied area is large, and the investment is high; 3) the hardening and blocking phenomena of the filter material often occur; 4) the equipment system has large resistance, and high energy consumption and operation cost.
therefore, it is necessary to design new equipment related to defogging and dedusting technologies as an updated product of the current defogging and dedusting technologies, so as to improve the efficiency of defogging and dedusting, reduce energy consumption, and adapt to a wider range.
