acquiring identification information of a target circuit board to be sprayed with glue;
importing a spraying template file matched with the target circuit board according to the identification information, wherein the spraying template file is used for identifying a target area to be sprayed with glue in the target circuit board;
generating a spraying track corresponding to the target area according to the spraying template file;
performing glue spraying control on the target area to be sprayed with glue in the target circuit board according to the spraying track;
before the identification information of the target circuit board to be sprayed with the glue is obtained, the method further comprises the following steps:
generating a corresponding CAD layout according to the PCB design drawing of the target circuit board;
different colors are adopted to carry out distinguishing identification on a target graph area corresponding to the target area and an area except the target graph area in the CAD layout drawing, and a spraying template file matched with the target circuit board is generated;
establishing a corresponding relation between the identification information of the target circuit board and the spraying template file;
the step of performing glue spraying control on the target area to be sprayed with glue in the target circuit board according to the spraying track comprises the following steps:
generating pointer array information for glue spraying control according to the spraying track;
and performing glue spraying control according to the pointer array information by adopting a preset spraying mode.
2. The method for controlling glue spraying on a circuit board according to claim 1, wherein the generating a spraying track corresponding to the target area according to the spraying template file comprises:
identifying RGB color values of all coordinate points in the spraying template file;
and comparing the RGB color values of each coordinate point with a preset target RGB color value, and connecting the RGB color values in the spraying template file with the coordinate points with the same target RGB color value to form the spraying track, wherein the target RGB color value is the RGB color value of the target region marked in the spraying template file.
3. The method for controlling glue spraying on a circuit board according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein after generating a spraying track corresponding to the target area according to the spraying template file, the method further comprises:
and displaying the spraying track on the current display interface.
4. A circuit board glue spray control device, the device comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the identification information of the target circuit board to be sprayed with the glue;
the guiding-in module is used for guiding in a spraying template file matched with the target circuit board according to the identification information, and the spraying template file is used for identifying a target area to be sprayed with glue in the target circuit board;
the generation module is used for generating a spraying track corresponding to the target area according to the spraying template file;
the control module is used for controlling the glue spraying of the target area to be sprayed in the target circuit board according to the spraying track;

the configuration module is used for generating a corresponding CAD layout according to the PCB design diagram of the target circuit board before the acquisition module acquires the identification information of the target circuit board to be sprayed with the glue; different colors are adopted to carry out distinguishing identification on a target graph area corresponding to the target area and an area except the target graph area in the CAD layout drawing, and a spraying template file matched with the target circuit board is generated; establishing a corresponding relation between the identification information of the target circuit board and the spraying template file;
generating pointer array information for glue spraying control according to the spraying track; and performing glue spraying control according to the pointer array information by adopting a preset spraying mode.
5. The circuit board glue spray control device of claim 4, wherein the generating module comprises:
the identification unit is used for identifying RGB color values of all coordinate points in the spraying template file;
and the generating unit is used for comparing the RGB color values of all coordinate points with a preset target RGB color value, connecting the RGB color values in the spraying template file with the coordinate points with the same target RGB color value to form the spraying track, wherein the target RGB color value is the RGB color value of the target region marked in the spraying template file.
