Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-oxidation high-flexibility electromagnetic shielding tape which comprises a substrate layer, wherein an optical PET layer is arranged on the lower side of the substrate layer, a first pasting layer is arranged on the lower side of the optical PET layer, an anti-oxidation layer is arranged on the lower side of the first pasting layer, a reflecting layer is arranged on the lower side of the anti-oxidation layer, a second pasting layer is arranged on the lower side of the reflecting layer, a shielding layer is arranged on the lower side of the second pasting layer, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is arranged on the lower side of the wave-absorbing. The invention has good electromagnetic shielding effect, oxidation resistance and high flexibility.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive tapes, and particularly relates to an anti-oxidation high-flexibility electromagnetic shielding adhesive tape.
Background
The electronic product can generate noise due to interference of high-frequency electromagnetic waves, which affects the use quality, if a human body is exposed to a strong electromagnetic field for a long time, the electronic product is likely to be susceptible to cancer lesion, so that electromagnetic interference is imperative, a shielding body is used for surrounding an interference source of a component, a circuit, a combined part, a cable or the whole system to prevent an interference electromagnetic field from diffusing outwards, or a shielding body is used for surrounding a receiving circuit, equipment or system to prevent the receiving circuit, the equipment or the system from being influenced by an external electromagnetic field, the electromagnetic field is shielded by a shielding adhesive tape which is commonly used at present and is divided into various shielding adhesive tapes made of metal foils or conductive fabrics, such as a copper foil tape, an aluminum foil tape, a conductive fabric adhesive tape and the like, and the electronic product is. The oxidation resistance and flexibility of the conventional electromagnetic shielding tape are not ideal, and in view of this, it is necessary to research an oxidation-resistant high-flexibility electromagnetic shielding tape.

Still preferably, the oxidation preventing layer is an antioxidant, and the antioxidant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 29-37 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 22-34 parts of sodium metaphosphate, 16-23 parts of star anise oil, 15-19 parts of starch, 11-18 parts of biological enzyme and 7-12 parts of zirconium dioxide.
More preferably, the bottom of the aforementioned reflective layer is coated with a modifier comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15-32 parts of cationic quaternary ammonium salt, 19-21 parts of tea saponin, 11-18 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 13-15 parts of amino silicone oil, 7-16 parts of ginkgo extract and 3-10 parts of aloe extract.
Further preferably, the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are adhesives, and the adhesives comprise the following components in parts by weight: 23-38 parts of diaminodiphenylmethane, 17-23 parts of rosin modified phenolic resin, 11-21 parts of epoxypropane phenyl ether, 9-16 parts of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and 3-7 parts of polyisobutylene.

Preferably, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 8-19 μm.

The invention has the advantages that: the anti-oxidation high-flexibility electromagnetic shielding adhesive tape is simple in structure and has a good electromagnetic shielding effect; the anti-oxidation performance of the adhesive tape can be improved through the antioxidant, yellowing of the adhesive tape can be avoided, the water resistance of an anti-oxidation layer can be improved through the aniseed oil and the starch component, the water resistance of the adhesive tape can be improved, and the anti-oxidation performance of the biological enzyme component can be effectively improved; the tea saponin and the cocamidopropyl betaine in the modifier have a synergistic effect, and the softness of the adhesive tape can be effectively improved by adding the ginkgo extract and the aloe extract, so that the quality of the adhesive tape is improved; the first layer of pasting and the second layer of pasting have very high viscidity, and colorless tasteless, have reduced the harm to workman's health.

The first sticking layer and the second sticking layer are both viscose which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of diaminodiphenylmethane, 20 parts of rosin modified phenolic resin, 16 parts of propylene oxide phenyl ether, 13 parts of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and 5 parts of polyisobutylene.
