Abstract
The invention provides a pretreatment optimization method for paint spraying, which is realized based on integrated pretreatment combination equipment and specifically comprises the following steps: (1) at the front end of an inlet of the integrated pretreatment combination equipment, a hanger is hung on a hook function part of a hanging chain, and then parts are hung on the hanger; (2) the pretreatment combination equipment is started, the suspension conveying chain is operated, the parts sequentially pass through the front spray type water washing unit, the first water dripping section, the spray type acid washing unit, the second water dripping section, the rear first spray type water washing unit, the third water dripping section, the rear second spray type water washing unit, the fourth water dripping section, the rear third spray type water washing unit, the fourth water dripping section and the compressed air automatic blow-drying unit under the driving of the suspension conveying chain of the integrated pretreatment combination equipment, and the pretreatment process is completed. The invention is realized based on integrated pretreatment combination equipment, and manual wiping is replaced by the arrangement of the water dripping section, so that the pretreatment efficiency is improved; and the surface of the part is ensured to be clean through three times of water washing after acid washing.

Background
at present, before spraying paint on non-metal parts, the process of front washing, acid washing and back washing is generally carried out, and the process specifically comprises the following steps: the front washing equipment is used for washing, and after washing, the equipment is kept still for a period of time, so that the water on the surface of the part is dripped, and the surface of the part is manually wiped; then, carrying out acid cleaning, standing in equipment for a period of time, dripping the acid cleaning solution on the surface of the part, and manually wiping the acid solution on the surface of the part; and finally, washing the part by using a water washing device, and manually wiping the surface of the part after the water washing is finished.
Because the front washing, the acid washing and the back washing are all independent devices, manual wiping transition is needed between the front washing, the acid washing and the back washing, the labor intensity is high, the working efficiency is low, the surface of the part is not easy to clean due to manual wiping, the surface of the part is not clean, and the paint spraying quality of the part is influenced.
In the prior art, the water washing apparatus generally includes a tank body and a spray type water washing unit, the spray type water washing unit includes a nozzle device, a water tank and a centrifugal pump, and the centrifugal pump supplies water in the water tank to the nozzle device through a pipeline.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the integrated pretreatment combination equipment comprises a support bottom frame 1, wherein a support leg 1-1 is fixed at the bottom of the support bottom frame 1, a box body 13 is fixed on the support bottom frame along the length direction, a plurality of suspension chain fixing supports 18 are arranged at the top of the box body, a suspension conveying chain 19 is fixed below a suspension chain fixing support 28, and a hook function part passing groove of the suspension chain is arranged at the top of the box body; one end of the box body is an inlet, and the other end of the box body is an outlet (as shown by an arrow in figure 2, the outlet is formed in the box body); the box body 13 is internally provided with a front spray type washing unit 2, a first dripping section 3, a spray type pickling unit 4, a second dripping section 5, a rear first spray type washing unit 6, a third dripping section 7, a rear second spray type washing unit 8, a fourth dripping section 9, a rear third spray type washing unit 10, a fourth dripping section 11 and an automatic compressed air drying unit 12 from an inlet end to an outlet end in sequence.

The pretreatment optimization method for paint spraying is described by combining the integrated pretreatment combination equipment, and specifically comprises the following steps: (1) at the front end of an inlet of the integrated pretreatment combination equipment, a hanger is hung on a hook function part of a hanging chain, and then parts are hung on the hanger;
(2) the pretreatment combination equipment is started, the suspension conveying chain is operated, and the parts sequentially pass through the front spray type washing unit, the first water dripping section, the spray type pickling unit, the second water dripping section, the rear first spray type washing unit, the third water dripping section, the rear second spray type washing unit, the fourth water dripping section, the rear third spray type washing unit, the fourth water dripping section and the compressed air automatic blow-drying unit under the driving of the suspension conveying chain, so that the pretreatment process is completed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, an exhaust fan device 16 is provided at the top of the box body to facilitate ventilation of the inside of the box body.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an access door 14 is arranged on the box body at one side of the spray type pickling unit, an access door staircase 15 is arranged on the ground, and the access door 14 is arranged, so that the spray type pickling unit can conveniently enter the box body for maintenance and is convenient to use; a top overhaul staircase 17 is arranged on one side of the box body, so that the box body can be conveniently overhauled when going to the top of the box body.
As shown in fig. 1, the rear first spray type water washing unit 6 further comprises a spray head device 6-1, a water tank 6-2 and a centrifugal pump 6-3, wherein the centrifugal pump 6-3 supplies water in the water tank to the spray head device 6-1 through a pipeline; the rear second spray type water washing unit 8 and the rear third spray type water washing unit 10 have the same structure as the rear first spray type water washing unit 6.
As shown in fig. 1, the spray type pickling unit 4 comprises a spray head device 4-1, a liquid storage tank 4-2 and a centrifugal pump 4-3, wherein the centrifugal pump 4-3 supplies pickling liquid water in the liquid storage tank to the spray head device 4-1 through a pipeline; in the figure, 2 centrifugal pumps 4-3 are shown for increasing the pressure of the spray head device; of course, the number of the centrifugal pumps 4-3 can be one, and the purpose of spraying can also be achieved.
The pretreatment optimization method based on the integrated pretreatment combination equipment is high in production efficiency, and compared with the prior art, the production efficiency is improved by 50-100%.
