Abstract
本发明提供了一种滑雪板,包括:表面层(1)、芯层以及底层(5);所述芯层设置在表面层(1)与底层(5)之间;所述表面层(1)、芯层、底层(5)依次连接;所述芯层包括:内芯层(2)、中芯层(3)以及外芯层(4);所述内芯层(2)、中芯层(3)以及外芯层(4)依次连接;所述外芯层(4)采用1.5mm厚的7022铝合金板材制成。本发明结构合理,操作方便;采用高强铝合金加强芯层,成本低、弯曲性能好,并且能够减轻滑雪板自身的重量和厚度,同时能够提升扭矩和稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及体育用品领域,具体地,涉及一种滑雪板,尤其是一种高强铝合金加强芯层结构的滑雪板。
背景技术
滑雪板是滑雪运动器材,滑雪板一般采用多层结构组成,为了增加滑雪板的扭矩获得较好的稳定性,同时降低滑雪板的厚度便于携带,需要对滑雪板的内部结构进行优化升级。目前比较流行的高档滑雪板内芯采用钛合金、或者碳纤维、玻璃纤维等进行加强,以提升滑雪板的性能,但是由于钛合金、碳纤维、玻璃纤维等材料价格高昂,并且碳纤维和玻璃纤维存在各项异性的行为,钛合金弹性模量较大,密度高。传统的如专利文献CN104540561A所公开的一种滑雪板,包括以板子形态形成的有效边部及在上述有效边部的两端延伸并朝上倾斜形成的末端部地构成,上述本体内置LED并且由至少一个板为透明材料制成的多个板叠层结合地形成,上述多个板能够互相结合及分离并且能够轻易地更换板或LED,上述末端部的内部则形成了用于发光效果的空间。
但是传统的滑雪板仍存在很多值得优化之处。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种滑雪板。
根据本发明提供的一种滑雪板,包括:表面层1、芯层以及底层5;
所述芯层设置在表面层1与底层5之间;
所述表面层1、芯层、底层5依次连接。
优选地,所述芯层包括:内芯层2、中芯层3以及外芯层4;
所述内芯层2、中芯层3以及外芯层4依次连接。
优选地,所述外芯层4采用1.5mm厚的7022铝合金板材制成。
优选地,所述中芯层3为4-5mm厚的凯芙拉纤维层。
优选地,所述内芯层2采用1.5mm厚的7022铝合金板材制成。
优选地,所述底层5为1-2mm厚的聚乙烯化合物P-TEX层。
优选地,所述底层5采用1.5mm厚的聚酰胺材料制成。
优选地,所述表面层1为1.5mm厚的聚乙烯化合物P-TEX层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、结构合理,操作方便。
2、采用高强铝合金加强芯层,成本低、弯曲性能好,并且能够减轻滑雪板自身的重量和厚度,同时能够提升扭矩和稳定性。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变化和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,根据本发明提供的一种滑雪板,包括:表面层1、芯层以及底层5;所述芯层设置在表面层1与底层5之间;所述表面层1、芯层、底层5依次连接;所述芯层包括:内芯层2、中芯层3以及外芯层4;所述内芯层2、中芯层3以及外芯层4依次连接。在优选例中,表面层1采用1-2mm的聚酰胺材料制成。
进一步地,所述外芯层4采用1.5mm厚的7022铝合金板材制成;所述中芯层3为4-5mm厚的凯芙拉纤维层;所述内芯层2采用1.5mm厚的7022铝合金板材制成。在优选例中,外芯层4为高强度铝合金板材层。在优选例中,内芯层2、中芯层3以及外芯层4的总厚度为7mm。在优选例中,凯芙拉纤维层的厚度为4mm。
更进一步地,所述底层5为1-2mm厚的聚乙烯化合物P-TEX层;所述底层5采用1.5mm厚的聚酰胺材料制成。所述表面层1为1.5mm厚的聚乙烯化合物P-TEX层。在优选例中,底层5与表面层1的厚度可以相等。

1.一种滑雪板,其特征在于,包括:表面层(1)、芯层以及底层(5);
所述芯层设置在表面层(1)与底层(5)之间;
所述表面层(1)、芯层、底层(5)依次连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑雪板,其特征在于,所述芯层包括:内芯层(2)、中芯层(3)以及外芯层(4);
所述内芯层(2)、中芯层(3)以及外芯层(4)依次连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滑雪板,其特征在于,所述外芯层(4)采用1.5mm厚的7022铝合金板材制成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的滑雪板,其特征在于,所述中芯层(3)为4-5mm厚的凯芙拉纤维层。
5.根据权利要求2所述的滑雪板,其特征在于,所述内芯层(2)采用1.5mm厚的7022铝合金板材制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滑雪板,其特征在于,所述底层(5)为1-2mm厚的聚乙烯化合物P-TEX层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的滑雪板,其特征在于,所述底层(5)采用1.5mm厚的聚酰胺材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的滑雪板,其特征在于,所述表面层(1)为1.5mm厚的聚乙烯化合物P-TEX层。
