Background
Cervical traction is the main symptom relieving means for treating cervical spondylosis, because effective traction can relieve the compression of nerves, blood vessels and spinal cords and quickly relieve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis. The cervical vertebra traction method generally adopts a cervical pillow traction belt as cervical vertebra traction, needs to use a special cervical vertebra traction apparatus which is usually large in size and complex in structure and is inconvenient to use at home. The pillow which is self-claimed to have the cervical vertebra traction function in the market at present actually utilizes the shape of the pillow to correct the head and neck part, and has no traction function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a cervical vertebra traction pillow which has a simple structure, is convenient and safe to use and has a cervical vertebra traction function.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: the cervical traction pillow comprises a base and a headrest, and is structurally characterized by further comprising a rotating shaft seat, a rotating shaft, a double-end torsion spring, a torsion spring fixing seat and a torsion spring fixing shaft, wherein the middle part of the base is concave inwards to form a bottom part, two ends of the base are fixing parts, and the headrest consists of a head supporting part and a neck supporting part which are of an integral structure; the headrest is fixedly arranged on the shaft body of the rotating shaft, two ends of the rotating shaft are rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft seat, and the tail end of the rotating shaft is non-rotatably positioned in the torsion spring fixing seat; the double-end torsion spring, the torsion spring fixing seat and the torsion spring fixing shaft are positioned in the rotating shaft seat, and the rotating shaft seat is positioned in the fixing part of the base; the double-end torsion spring and the torsion spring fixing seat are sleeved on the torsion spring fixing shaft, the torsion spring fixing seat can rotate around the torsion spring fixing shaft, and two ends of the torsion spring fixing shaft are non-rotatably positioned in the rotating shaft seat; the torsion spring fixing seat is provided with a spring positioning groove, and two ends of the double-head torsion spring are positioned in the spring positioning groove.
The invention also comprises a fixing piece, and the headrest is fixedly arranged on the shaft body of the rotating shaft through the fixing piece and the screw rod.
The end of the rotating shaft at two ends is provided with a first flat groove, and the part of the rotating shaft provided with the first flat groove is positioned in the torsion spring fixing seat and is fixedly installed with the torsion spring fixing seat.
Two ends of the torsion spring fixing shaft are provided with second flat grooves, and the part of the torsion spring fixing shaft provided with the second flat grooves is positioned in the rotating shaft seat and is tightly installed with the rotating shaft seat.
The head support part of the invention extends a first extension surface from the high to the low from one end connected with the neck support part) to the other end, and the first extension surface is adapted to the head curve of the human body; the neck supporting part extends from one end connected with the head supporting part to the other end from high to low to form a second extending surface, and the second extending surface is adapted to the curve of the neck of the human body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the cervical vertebra traction pillow is simple in structure, free of assembly and cables, convenient to use, and very suitable for being used by patients at home regularly, and helps to relieve chronic pain circulation; the weight of the head, shoulders and neck is used to provide anatomically correct traction, which is very safe, the special design supports the natural curve of the cervical spine, slightly stretches the neck muscles, rearranges the intervertebral discs, releases nerve root tissue from the pressure of the intervertebral discs, can help to 'lock' the neck muscles to slowly stretch and relax, and enables the deviated vertebrae to recover to a normal supporting position; is suitable for patients with neck pain, whiplash injury, headache, occipital neuralgia, intervertebral disc prolapse, intervertebral disc tympanites, cervical vertebra degeneration, cervical vertebra curve deletion, chronic neck pain, neck degeneration or arthritis, etc.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the present embodiment includes a base 1, a headrest 2, a rotary shaft seat 3, a rotary shaft 4, a fixing member 5, a double-headed torsion spring 6, a torsion spring fixing seat 7, and a torsion spring fixing shaft 8.
The middle part of the base 1 is concave to form a bottom part 101, and two ends of the base 1 are fixing parts 102. The headrest 2 consists of a head supporting part 201 and a neck supporting part 202 which are of an integral structure, wherein the head supporting part 201 extends from one end, connected with the neck supporting part 202, of the head supporting part from high to low to the other end to form a first extending surface 203, and the first extending surface 203 is adapted to the curve of the head of a human body; the neck support portion 202 extends from one end connected with the head support portion 201 to the other end from high to low to form a second extending surface 204, and the second extending surface 204 is adapted to the neck curve of the human body.
The headrest 2 is fixedly mounted on the shaft body of the rotating shaft 4 through the fixing member 5 and the screw 9, so that when the rotating shaft 4 rotates, the headrest 2 rotates together with the rotating shaft 4. Both ends of axis of rotation 4 are rotationally installed on pivot seat 4, and it has first flat slot 401 to open on the axle end at axis of rotation 4 both ends, and this part that axis of rotation 4 was opened and is had first flat slot 401 is located torsional spring fixing base 7 and fastens the installation with torsional spring fixing base 7 to install the axle end at axis of rotation 4 both ends nonrotatably in torsional spring fixing base 7.
The double-end torsion spring 6, the torsion spring fixing seat 7 and the torsion spring fixing shaft 8 are positioned in the rotating shaft seat 3, and the rotating shaft seat 3 is positioned in the fixing part 102 of the base 1. The double-end torsion spring 6 and the torsion spring fixing seat 7 are sleeved on the torsion spring fixing shaft 8, and the torsion spring fixing seat 7 can rotate around the torsion spring fixing shaft 8. The two ends of the torsion spring fixing shaft 8 are provided with second flat grooves 801, and the part of the torsion spring fixing shaft 8 provided with the second flat grooves 801 is positioned in the rotating shaft seat 3 and is tightly installed with the rotating shaft seat 3, so that the two ends of the torsion spring fixing shaft 8 are non-rotatably installed in the rotating shaft seat 3. The torsion spring fixing seat 7 is provided with a spring positioning groove 701, and two ends of the double-head torsion spring 6 are positioned in the spring positioning groove 701.
Referring to fig. 14, in use, the cervical traction pillow is placed on the ground, the head of a user lies on the head support 201 of the headrest 2 after lying down, the bottom of the head is supported by the first extension surface 203 of the head support 201, the neck is positioned on the neck support 202 of the headrest 2, the bottom of the neck is supported by the second extension surface 204 of the neck support 202, the whole weight of the head, the shoulders and the neck of the user is placed on the headrest 2, and the headrest 2 is pressed down towards the bottom 101 of the base 1. The back is pressed down to headrest 2, drives axis of rotation 4 and rotates, and axis of rotation 4 drives torsional spring fixing base 7 again and rotates, and along with torsional spring fixing base 7's rotation, the both ends that are located the double-end torsional spring 6 of torsional spring constant head tank 701 are pressed down, and headrest 2 produces slight traction force, brings comfort and support sense for the user. When the head and neck of the user are lifted away from the headrest 2, the torsion of the double-head torsion spring 6 pulls the torsion spring fixing seat 7 back to the initial position, the rotating shaft 4 rotates back to the initial position, and the rotating shaft 4 drives the headrest 2 to return to the initial position. In the using process, a user can repeatedly do the actions of putting down and lifting the head and the neck after lying down, so that the cervical vertebra is repeatedly subjected to the action of traction force and is better recovered.
