Claims (6)

1. An elbow joint prosthesis comprising:
a connection member (10);
-a humeral component (20), the humeral component (20) comprising a humeral stem (21) and a humeral head (22) arranged at one end of the humeral stem (21), the humeral head (22) being adjustably connected with the connection component (10), the humeral head (22) being swingable relative to the connection component (10) along a first axis for positional adjustment;
an ulna component (30), the ulna component (30) comprising an ulna stem (31) and an ulna head (32) disposed at one end of the ulna stem (31), the ulna head (32) being swingably disposed on the connecting component (10), the ulna head (32) being swingable relative to the connecting component (10) along a second axis to meet physiological activity requirements of a patient after implantation, the second axis being perpendicular to the first axis;
a radius part (40), the radius part (40) being disposed on the connection part (10), the radius part (40) being movable within a predetermined range with respect to the connection part (10) so as to facilitate patient movement and to avoid damage caused by an excessive range of movement;
the connecting component (10) comprises a first connecting part (11) and a second connecting part (12), the first connecting part (11) and the second connecting part (12) are detachably connected, the humeral head (22) is adjustably connected with the first connecting part (11), the ulna head (32) is arranged on the second connecting part (12) in a swinging way, and the radius component (40) is movably arranged on the second connecting part (12);
the humeral head (22) has a plurality of teeth thereon, and the first connection portion (11) includes: a first connector (13), wherein the first connector (13) is provided with a plurality of teeth, the humeral head (22) is detachably connected with the first connector (13), and the teeth on the humeral head (22) are in position-limited fit with the teeth on the first connector (13) in an adjustable way; a second connecting piece (14) connected with the first connecting piece (13), wherein the second connecting part (12) is arranged on the second connecting piece (14) in a penetrating way, and the ulna part (30) is hinged with the second connecting part (12);
the humeral head (22) comprises a first body connected to the humeral stem (21) and a plurality of teeth provided on the first body, the plurality of teeth of the humeral head (22) being provided on one side of the first body around the first axis; the first connecting piece (13) comprises a second body and a plurality of teeth arranged on the second body, the second body is connected with the second connecting part (12), and the plurality of teeth of the first connecting piece (13) are arranged on one side of the second body around the first axis;
the elbow joint prosthesis further comprises a fastener which is detachably connected with the first connecting piece (13) and the humeral head (22) so as to fixedly connect the humeral head (22) with the first connecting piece (13) after the relative position of the humeral head (22) and the first connecting piece (13) is adjusted.

Elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the second connecting piece (14) comprises a supporting piece (15) and two limiting rings (16) arranged on the supporting piece (15) at intervals, the supporting piece (15) is connected with the first connecting piece (13), the second connecting portion (12) penetrates through the two limiting rings (16), the ulna head (32) is located between the two limiting rings (16), and two sides of the ulna head (32) are in limiting fit with the two limiting rings (16) in a one-to-one correspondence.

Elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 2, wherein the ulna head (32) comprises a barrel (33) and a limiting member (34) protruding on the outer wall of the barrel (33), at least one of the barrel (33) and the limiting member (34) is connected with the ulna stem (31), the barrel (33) is sleeved on the second connecting portion (12) to swing along the second axis relative to the connecting member (10), and two sides of the limiting member (34) are in one-to-one limiting fit with two sides of the supporting member (15) to limit the rotation range of the barrel (33).

Elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the second connecting portion (12) has a cylindrical structure, the second connecting portion (12) is arranged in the first connecting portion (11) in a penetrating manner, one end of the second connecting portion (12) is provided with a groove (17), and the radius component (40) is movably arranged in the groove (17).
5. Elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 4, wherein the side walls of the recess (17) are provided with limiting grooves (18), and the two side walls of the limiting grooves (18) are respectively in limiting fit with the radius part (40) so as to limit the movement range of the radius part (40).
6. Elbow prosthesis according to claim 4, wherein the radius part (40) comprises a ball head (41), an intermediate rod (42) and a radius shank (43) connected in sequence, wherein the ball head (41) is rotatably arranged in the recess (17), and wherein the intermediate rod (42) has an angle between the direction of extension of the radius shank (43).
