Claims (10)

1. an elbow prosthesis, comprising:
a connecting member (10);
A humeral component (20), wherein the humeral component (20) comprises a humeral stem (21) and a humeral head (22) arranged at one end of the humeral stem (21), the humeral head (22) is connected with the connecting component (10) in a position-adjustable manner, and the humeral head (22) can swing along a first axis relative to the connecting component (10) for position adjustment;
An ulnar component (30), the ulnar component (30) including an ulnar stem (31) and an ulnar head (32) disposed at one end of the ulnar stem (31), the ulnar head (32) being swingably disposed on the connecting member (10), the ulnar head (32) being swingable relative to the connecting member (10) along a second axis, the second axis being perpendicular to the first axis;
A radial member (40), said radial member (40) being disposed on said connecting member (10), said radial member (40) being movable within a predetermined range relative to said connecting member (10).

The elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the connecting member (10) includes a first connecting portion (11) and a second connecting portion (12), the first connecting portion (11) and the second connecting portion (12) being detachably connected, the humeral head (22) being positionally adjustably connected with the first connecting portion (11), the ulnar head (32) being swingably provided on the second connecting portion (12), and the radius member (40) being movably provided on the second connecting portion (12).
3. The elbow prosthesis according to claim 2, wherein the humeral head (22) has a plurality of teeth thereon, and the first connection portion (11) comprises:
A first connector (13), the first connector (13) having a plurality of teeth thereon, the humeral head (22) being detachably connected to the first connector (13), the plurality of teeth on the humeral head (22) being positionally adjustable in a positive fit with the plurality of teeth on the first connector (13);
The second connecting piece (14) is connected with the first connecting piece (13), the second connecting part (12) penetrates through the second connecting piece (14), and the ulna component (30) is hinged to the second connecting part (12).
4. The elbow joint prosthesis of claim 3,
The humeral head (22) comprises a first body connected with the humeral stem (21) and a plurality of teeth disposed on the first body, the plurality of teeth of the humeral head (22) being disposed on one side of the first body around the first axis;
The first connecting piece (13) comprises a second body and a plurality of teeth arranged on the second body, the second body is connected with the second connecting portion (12), and the plurality of teeth of the first connecting piece (13) are arranged on one side of the second body around the first axis.
5. the elbow prosthesis according to claim 3 further comprising a fastener removably connected with the first connector (13) and the humeral head (22) to fixedly connect the humeral head (22) with the first connector (13) after the relative position of the humeral head (22) and the first connector (13) is adjusted.

The elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 3, wherein the second connecting member (14) comprises a supporting member (15) and two limiting rings (16) arranged on the supporting member (15) at intervals, the supporting member (15) is connected with the first connecting member (13), the second connecting member (12) is arranged through the two limiting rings (16), the ulnar head (32) is positioned between the two limiting rings (16), and two sides of the ulnar head (32) are in limiting fit with the two limiting rings (16) in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

The elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 6, wherein the ulnar head (32) comprises a cylinder (33) and a limiting member (34) convexly disposed on an outer wall of the cylinder (33), at least one of the cylinder (33) and the limiting member (34) is connected with the ulnar stem (31), the cylinder (33) is sleeved on the second connecting portion (12) to swing along a second axis relative to the connecting member (10), and two sides of the limiting member (34) are in one-to-one limiting fit with two sides of the supporting member (15) to limit a rotation range of the cylinder (33).

The elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 2, wherein the second connecting portion (12) is a cylindrical structure, the second connecting portion (12) is inserted into the first connecting portion (11), one end of the second connecting portion (12) is provided with a groove (17), and the radius component (40) is movably disposed in the groove (17).
9. The elbow joint prosthesis according to claim 8, wherein the side wall of the recess (17) is provided with a limiting groove (18), and two side walls of the limiting groove (18) are respectively in limiting fit with the radius part (40) to limit the moving range of the radius part (40).

The elbow prosthesis according to claim 8, characterized in that the radial component (40) comprises a ball head (41), an intermediate rod (42) and a radial stem (43) connected in series, wherein the ball head (41) is rotatably arranged in the recess (17), and the intermediate rod (42) extends in an angle with the radial stem (43).
