Further, the food additive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of erythritol, 3-6 parts of citric acid, 2-4 parts of vitamin C, 1-3 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid and 3-8 parts of sucralose.
Preferably, the collagen powder is one or two selected from fish, pig and cattle collagen powder, and the collagen powder is powder prepared by using skin, scale or bone of pig, cattle or fish as source and processing the gelatin by main processes of hydrolysis, drying and the like; or the powder is produced by taking the skin or the scale of the fish as the raw material and adopting an enzymolysis process.

The present example provides a health beverage containing collagen, which is substantially the same as in example 1, except that the beverage is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 4.5% of collagen powder, 0.2% of hesperidin, 0.17% of almond powder, 0.09% of lentinan, 1.5% of watermelon juice, 2% of juicy peach juice, 0.2% of tomato powder, 0.25% of algal polysaccharide, 0.35% of lycium barbarum polysaccharide, 0.35% of aloe-emodin, 0.45% of glycyrrhizic acid, 0.6% of red grape concentrated fruit powder, 0.04% of food additive, 0.035% of sweetener, 0.02% of food essence and the balance of purified water; the food additive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 9 parts of erythritol, 4.5 parts of citric acid, 3 parts of vitamin C, 2 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid and 6 parts of sucralose; the sweetener is xylitol.

The present example provides a health beverage containing collagen, which is substantially the same as in example 1, except that the beverage is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5% of collagen powder, 0.25% of hesperidin, 0.28% of almond powder, 0.13% of lentinan, 1.8% of watermelon juice, 2.8% of juicy peach juice, 0.28% of tomato powder, 0.35% of algal polysaccharide, 0.4% of lycium barbarum polysaccharide, 0.4% of aloe-emodin, 0.5% of glycyrrhizic acid, 0.7% of red grape concentrated fruit powder, 0.045% of food additive, 0.05% of sweetener, 0.028% of food essence and the balance of purified water; the food additive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 9.8 parts of erythritol, 5.5 parts of citric acid, 3.8 parts of vitamin C, 2.7 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid and 7 parts of sucralose; the sweetener is prepared by mixing sucralose, acesulfame potassium, stevioside and glycyrrhizin according to the mass ratio of 1:3:2: 1.

2. The collagen-containing health drink according to claim 1, wherein the food additive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of erythritol, 3-6 parts of citric acid, 2-4 parts of vitamin C, 1-3 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid and 3-8 parts of sucralose.

The health beverage containing collagen according to claim 1, wherein the collagen powder is one or two selected from fish, pig and bovine collagen powder, and the collagen powder is a powder prepared from gelatin prepared from skin, scale or bone of pig, cow or fish by hydrolysis, drying, etc.; or the powder is produced by taking the skin or the scale of the fish as the raw material and adopting an enzymolysis process.
