Claims (10)
1. A mobile carrier, comprising:
the material loading device comprises a material loading body, a material conveying device and a control device, wherein the material loading body is provided with an installation part for installing auxiliary materials; and
the positioning piece is movably arranged on the material loading body and can be used for pressing and fixing the auxiliary materials in the mounting part; the mounting part is a groove formed by inwards recessing the outer side of the material carrying body, the auxiliary material is placed in the groove, the positioning part comprises an elastic part and a pressing part, a movable groove is formed in the material carrying body and extends to the groove, the elastic part and the pressing part are arranged in the movable groove, the elastic part is elastically abutted against the pressing part, and the pressing part moves to the groove under the abutting pressure of the elastic part and presses and fixes the auxiliary material in the groove; the elastic part comprises a bolt and a spring, one end of the pressing part is inwards recessed to form a movable cavity, the bolt penetrates through the pressing part along the movable cavity and is in threaded connection with the material loading body, the spring is sleeved on the bolt, and two ends of the spring are respectively abutted against the end part of the bolt and the bottom wall of the movable cavity; the material loading body comprises a material loading base body and a hand-gripping part, the hand-gripping part is arranged on one side of the material loading base body in a protruding mode, the groove is formed in the material loading base body, and the movable groove is formed in the hand-gripping part; the mobile carrier further comprises a stop block, the stop block is arranged in the movable groove, a protruding portion is arranged at one end of the pressing piece, the pressing piece moves towards the stop block under the pressing action of the elastic piece, and the protruding portion slides to the groove along the stop block and presses and fixes the auxiliary materials in the groove.
2. The flow carrier of claim 1, wherein the stop is proximate to a junction of the active slot and the recess.
3. The flow carrier according to claim 1, wherein a step is formed between the top wall of the stopper and the top wall of the movable groove, the protrusion is formed by extending outward from a top of one end of the pressing member, and the protrusion presses against the step.
4. The flow carrier of claim 3, wherein the number of active slots is one.

the assembly line is used for conveying the workpieces to corresponding processing stations;
the mobile carrier of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the auxiliary material is fixed and the mobile carrier can flow to a corresponding processing station along the production line;
the glue dispenser is used for dispensing the auxiliary materials on the mobile carrier; and
and the auxiliary clamping jig is used for pressing the auxiliary materials subjected to dispensing in the positions corresponding to the workpieces.
6. The auxiliary material laminating system of claim 5, wherein the dispenser includes a dispensing fixing plate and a dispensing head, the mobile carrier is mountable on the dispensing fixing plate, and the dispensing head is capable of dispensing the auxiliary material on the mobile carrier.

The auxiliary material attaching system according to claim 6, wherein the dispensing fixing plate comprises a plate body and a plurality of clamping blocks, the clamping blocks are arranged on the plate body at intervals, an installation cavity is formed between the clamping blocks, and the mobile carrier is installed in the installation cavity.
8. The accessory laminating system of claim 7, wherein the dispenser further comprises an elastic pushing member, the elastic pushing member is disposed on the circumferential cavity wall of the mounting cavity, and the elastic pushing member is in elastic abutment with the mobile carrier.

The auxiliary material laminating system of claim 5, wherein the auxiliary clamping jig comprises a positioning workbench, a driving member and a clamping jaw, the workpiece can be mounted and fixed on the positioning workbench, the clamping jaw is linked with the driving member, and the driving member can drive the clamping jaw to compress the auxiliary material subjected to adhesive dispensing at a corresponding position of the workpiece.
