Abstract
本发明属于油田水平井重复酸化技术领域,具体涉及一种水平井定点酸化的方法及应用,该方法采用多级滑套酸化管柱,不需要拖动油管,在不动管柱的情况下,只需投入钢球,依次由下至上对水平井每一段进行定点重复酸化措施,且施工下层时,上层滑套没有打开,封隔器内外不承受压差,保持完好状态;施工上层时打开滑套后,油套产生压差,封隔器开始正常工作,能够有效封堵与下层之间的油套环空,保证上层的有效酸化;同时避免拖动过程对封隔器胶筒的损伤,从而导致施工上层时封隔器胶筒性能降低或提前失效。

技术领域
本发明属于油田水平井重复酸化技术领域,具体涉及一种水平井定点酸化的方法及应用。
背景技术
长庆油田低渗透水平井初期改造进行分段压裂技术改造,随着水平井开发时间的延长,部分水平井低产是由于储层结垢造成的,前期在长庆油田的华庆、姬塬等油田针对堵塞特征明显的低产水平井实施的笼统酸化效果不理想,主要是由于受水平井多段裂缝生产、堵塞层段认识不清、笼统酸化酸液更易进入低压未堵塞层段。为提高水平井酸化措施效果,一般采用双封拖动式钻具进行分段酸化,一趟钻施工3-4段,一段酸化2-3个射孔段,虽然该分段酸化工艺提升了水平井酸化效果,但是也不能完全实现每个射孔段酸化的目的,且施工效率低,因此需要针对堵塞特征明显的低产水平井开展一种定点重复酸化方法研究。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种水平井定点酸化的方法,采用多级滑套连续酸化管柱,通过K344封隔器、滑套喷射器、滑套球座等组合,依次由下至上对水平井每一段进行酸化施工,实现堵塞水平井定点酸化的目的,提高水平井酸化效果。
一种水平井定点酸化的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1根据水平井初次改造段数,设计酸化施工的趟数;
S2根据步骤S1所设计的酸化施工的趟数,设计相应的多级滑套酸化管柱结构;
S3连接相应的多级滑套酸化管柱,并将连接好的多级滑套酸化管柱下入水平井井筒内至设计位置;
S4采用多级滑套酸化管柱,从下到上依次对对水平井每一段进行酸化施工作业;
S5依次完成各段的酸化施工作业后,用活性水将油管中的酸液顶入地层,关井反应1-2小时;
S6放喷反洗井筒。
步骤S1中,对于初次改造段数在8段以内的水平井,设计酸化施工的趟数为一趟;对于初次改造段数在9-15段之间的水平井,设计酸化施工的趟数为两趟;对于初次改造段数在16段以上的水平井,设计酸化施工的趟数为三趟。
步骤S2中,一趟酸化施工对应设计一趟多级滑套酸化管柱,具体为若酸化施工趟数为一趟,则设计的多级滑套酸化管柱结构为第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱;若酸化施工的趟数为两趟,则设计的多级滑套酸化管柱结构包括第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱和第两趟多级滑套酸化管柱,并采用第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工1-8段,采用第二趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工9-15段;若酸化施工的趟数为三趟, 则设计的多级滑套酸化管柱结构包括第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱、第两趟多级滑套酸化管柱及第三趟多级滑套酸化管柱,并采用第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工1-8段,采用第二趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工9-15段;采用第三趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工16段以上。
所述多级滑套酸化管柱结构包括自井底到井口方向顺次连接的单流阀、喷射器、一级滑套座、一级K344封隔器、一级滑套喷射器、一级倒角工具油管、二级滑套座、二级K344封隔器、二级滑套喷射器、二级倒角工具油管……n级滑套座、n级第一K344封隔器、n级滑套喷射器、n级第一倒角工具油管、n级第二K344封隔器 、n级第二倒角工具油管及工具油管。
所述步骤S4中,酸化施工作业所用酸液为有机土酸,泵注量为10-20 m3,排量为1.0-2.0 m3/min。
所述有机土酸由以下重量百分数的组分组成:工业盐酸10-15%、氢氟酸1.5-3%、乙酸1.0-3.0%、铁离子稳定剂0.4-0.6%、盐酸缓蚀剂0.5-1.5%、 助排剂0.5-1.5%、余量为水;所述工业盐酸的质量百分浓度为31%,氢氟酸的质量百分浓度为40%。
所述步骤S5中,活性水由以下重量百分数的组分组成:助排剂0.2-0.8%、粘土稳定剂0.2-0.8%、余量为清水。
所述步骤S5中活性水的泵注排量为1.0-2.0m3/min。
一种水平井定点酸化的方法的应用,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)水平井初次改造段数在8段以内,下入一趟多级滑套酸化管柱至水平井井筒内设计位置;
步骤2)水平井定点酸化施工第一段, 在0.5m3/min的排量下用活性水低替循环井筒,排量提升至一级封隔器坐封,然后采用1.0-2.0 m3/min排量,泵注量为10-20 m3有机土酸,完成酸化施工第一段;
步骤3)投一级球打一级滑套喷射器,进行第二段酸化施工;
步骤4)泵入10-20 m3有机土酸后,完成第二段酸化施工;
步骤5)投二级球打二级滑套喷射器,进行第三段酸化施工;
步骤6)泵入10-20 m3有机土酸后,完成第三段酸化施工;
步骤7)以此类推,依次完成其它层段的定点酸化施工作业,然后用活性水将油管中的酸液顶入地层,关井反应1-2小时;
步骤8)放喷反洗井筒。

步骤15)放喷反洗井筒。
本发明的优点是:
1、通过封隔器机械分隔实现段间精细定点重复酸化;
2、分层酸化可靠,下层酸化完成后,再酸化上层时,因为有K344封隔器的存在,酸液不会“漏入”到下层,保证上层得到有效酸化措施;
3、不需要拖动油管,在不动管柱的情况下,只需投入钢球,对各段进行定点重复酸化措施,施工方便简捷,周期短;

本发明通过封隔器的机械分隔实现段间精细定点重复酸化,从而确保分层酸化可靠,下层酸化完成后,再酸化上层时,因为有K344封隔器的存在,酸液不会“漏入”到下层,保证上层得到有效酸化措施。

进一步地,酸化作业所用酸液为有机土酸,泵注30-40 m3,排量1.0-2.0 m3/min,补能作业所用液体为驱油压裂液,泵注500-1000 m3,排量为1.0-2.0 m3/min。
进一步地,所述有机土酸由以下重量百分数的组分组成:工业盐酸10-15%、氢氟酸1.5-3%、乙酸1.0-3.0%、铁离子稳定剂0.4-0.6%、盐酸缓蚀剂0.5-1.5%、助排剂0.5-1.5%、余量为水;其中,所述工业盐酸的质量百分浓度为31%,氢氟酸的质量百分浓度为40%;所述铁离子稳定剂为醋酸、柠檬酸、EDTA中的一种。
优选地,所述有机土酸包括以下重量百分数的组分:工业盐酸12%、氢氟酸1.5-3%、乙酸2.0%、铁离子稳定剂EDTA0.5%、盐酸缓蚀剂1.0%、 助排剂1.0%、余量为水。所述盐酸缓蚀剂优选长庆化工集团有限公司生产的盐酸缓蚀剂MH-36,助排剂优选长庆化工集团有限公司生产的助排剂PZ-200。泵注有机酸的目的是解除地层中堵塞无机垢,从而恢复水平井产能。
实施例4
进一步地,所述步骤S5中,所述活性水的泵注排量为1-2.0m3/min。所述活性水由以下重量百分数的组分组成:助排剂0.2-0.8%、粘土稳定剂0.2-0.8%、余量为水。助排剂CF-5D、粘土稳定剂COP-3均为长庆化工集团有限公司产品,也可根据储层物性选择其它的助排剂、粘土稳定剂。
优选地,所述活性水包括以下重量百分数的组分:助排剂CF-5D0.5%、粘土稳定剂COP-30.5%、余量为水;配制时只需将助排剂CF-5D、粘土稳定剂COP-3及水按配方量混合。

本实施例提供了一种水平井定点酸化的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)水平井初次改造段数在8段以内,一趟多级滑套酸化管柱即可实现每段的定点重复酸化措施,下入一趟多级滑套酸化管柱至水平井井筒内酸化施工第一卡段的设计位置;
步骤2)水平井定点酸化施工第一段, 在0.5m3/min的排量下用活性水低替循环井筒,排量提升至一级封隔器坐封,然后采用1.0-2.0 m3/min排量,泵注量为10-20 m3有机土酸,完成酸化施工第一段;

本发明通过投球,可实现7级滑套8个层段的分段酸化施工,且施工下层时,上层滑套没有打开,封隔器内外不承受压差,保持完好状态;施工上层时打开滑套后,油套产生压差,封隔器开始正常工作,能够有效封堵与下层之间的油套环空,保证上层的有效酸化;同时避免拖动过程对封隔器胶筒的损伤,从而导致施工上层时封隔器胶筒性能降低或提前失效。
实施例6
一种水平井定点酸化的方法的应用,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)水平井初次改造段数在9-15段之间,首先下入第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱至水平井井筒内酸化施工1-8段;所述第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱包括自井底到井口方向顺次连接的单流阀、喷射器、一级滑套座、一级K344封隔器、一级滑套喷射器、一级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、二级滑套座、二级K344封隔器、二级滑套喷射器、二级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、三级滑套座、三级K344封隔器、三级滑套喷射器、三级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、四级滑套座、四级K344封隔器、四级滑套喷射器、四级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、五级滑套座、五级K344封隔器、五级滑套喷射器、五级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、六级滑套座、六级K344封隔器、六级滑套喷射器、六级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、七级滑套座、七级第一K344封隔器、七级滑套喷射器、七级第一Φ73mm倒角工具油管、七级第二K344封隔器 、七级第二Φ73mm倒角工具油管及工具油管;
步骤2)水平井定点酸化施工第一段, 在0.5m3/min的排量下用活性水低替循环井筒,排量提升至一级封隔器坐封,然后采用1.0-2.0 m3/min排量,泵注量为10-20 m3有机土酸,完成酸化施工第一段;
步骤3)投一级球打一级滑套喷射器,进行第二段酸化施工;
步骤4)泵入10-20 m3有机土酸后,完成第二段酸化施工;
步骤5)投二级球打二级滑套喷射器,进行第三段酸化施工;
步骤6)泵入10-20 m3有机土酸后,完成第三段酸化施工;
步骤7)以此类推,依次完成第四至第八段的定点酸化施工;
步骤8)采用活性水在1.0-2.0 m3/min的排量下,将井下工具中的酸液顶入地层,关井反应1小时;
步骤9)放喷反洗井筒,起出第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱并下入第二趟多级滑套连续酸化管柱,所述第二趟多级滑套酸化管柱包括自井底到井口方向顺次连接的单流阀、八级滑套座、八级K344封隔器、八级滑套喷射器、八级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、九级滑套座、九级K344封隔器、九级滑套喷射器、九级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、十级滑套座、十级K344封隔器、十级滑套喷射器、十级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、十一级滑套座、十一级K344封隔器、十一级滑套喷射器、十一级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、十二级滑套座、十二级K344封隔器、十二级滑套喷射器、十二级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、十三级滑套座、十三级K344封隔器、十三级滑套喷射器、十三级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、十四级滑套座、十四级第一Φ73mmK344封隔器、十四级滑套喷射器、十四级第一倒角工具油管、十四级第二K344封隔器、十四级第二Φ73mm倒角工具油管及工具油管;
步骤10)投八级球打八级滑套喷射器,进行第九段酸化施工;
步骤11)泵入10-20方有机土酸,完成第八段酸化施工;
步骤12)投九级球打九级滑套喷射器,进行第九段酸化施工;
步骤13)泵入10-20方有机土酸,完成第十段酸化施工;
步骤14)以此类推,依次完成其它层段的定点酸化施工作业,然后用活性水将油管中的酸液顶入地层,关井反应1-2小时;
步骤15)放喷反洗井筒。
截止目前,应用多级滑套酸化管柱进行水平井定点酸化工艺完成现场试验4口井。压后措施效果如下表1所示,

从表1可以看出,措施后初期单井平均日增液6.97t,日增油4.85t,增产效果显著。

一种水平井定点酸化的方法的应用,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)水平井初次改造18段,三趟多级滑套连续酸化管柱可实现每段的定点重复酸化措施,首先下入第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱至水平井井筒内酸化施工第一卡段的设计位置;所述第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱包括自井底到井口方向顺次连接的单流阀、喷射器、一级滑套座、一级K344封隔器、一级滑套喷射器、一级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、二级滑套座、二级K344封隔器、二级滑套喷射器、二级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、三级滑套座、三级K344封隔器、三级滑套喷射器、三级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、四级滑套座、四级K344封隔器、四级滑套喷射器、四级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、五级滑套座、五级K344封隔器、五级滑套喷射器、五级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、六级滑套座、六级K344封隔器、六级滑套喷射器、六级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、七级滑套座、七级第一K344封隔器 、七级滑套喷射器、七级第一Φ73mm倒角工具油管、七级第二K344封隔器、七级第二Φ73mm倒角工具油管及Φ73mm普通工具油管;

步骤14)以此类推,依次完成第十一至第十五段的定点酸化施工;
步骤15)放喷反洗井筒,起出第二趟多级滑套酸化管柱并下入第三趟多级滑套连续酸化管柱,所述第三趟多级滑套酸化管柱包括自井底到井口方向顺次连接的单流阀、十五级滑套座、十五级K344封隔器、十五级滑套喷射器、十五级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、十六级滑套座、十六级K344封隔器、十六级滑套喷射器、十六级Φ73mm倒角工具油管、十七级滑套座、十七级第一K344封隔器、十七级滑套喷射器、十七级第一Φ73mm倒角工具油管、十七级第二K344封隔器 、十七级第二Φ73mm倒角工具油管及Φ73mm普通工具油管;
步骤15)投十五级球打十五级滑套喷射器,进行第十六段酸化施工;
步骤16)泵入10-20方有机土酸,完成第十六段酸化施工;
步骤17)投十六级球打十六级滑套喷射器,进行第十七段酸化施工;
步骤18)泵入10-20方有机土酸,完成第十七段酸化施工;
步骤19)投十七级球打十七级滑套喷射器,进行第十八段酸化施工;
步骤20)泵入10-20方有机土酸,完成第十八段酸化施工;
步骤21)用活性水将油管中的酸液顶入地层,关井反应1小时;
步骤22)放喷反洗井筒。
综上所述,本实施例提供了一种水平井定点酸化的方法,该方法采用多级滑套连续酸化管柱,通过K344封隔器、滑套喷射器、滑套球座等组合,依次由下至上对水平井每一段进行酸化施工,实现堵塞水平井定点酸化的目的,提高水平井酸化效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种水平井定点酸化的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1根据水平井初次改造段数,设计酸化施工的趟数;
S2根据步骤S1所设计的酸化施工的趟数,设计相应的多级滑套酸化管柱结构;
S3连接相应的多级滑套酸化管柱,并将连接好的多级滑套酸化管柱下入水平井井筒内至设计位置;
S4采用多级滑套酸化管柱,从下到上依次对对水平井每一段进行酸化施工作业;
S5依次完成各段的酸化施工作业后,用活性水将油管中的酸液顶入地层,关井反应1-2小时;
S6放喷反洗井筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,对于初次改造段数在8段以内的水平井,设计酸化施工的趟数为一趟;对于初次改造段数在9-15段之间的水平井,设计酸化施工的趟数为两趟;对于初次改造段数在16段以上的水平井,设计酸化施工的趟数为三趟。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,若酸化施工趟数为一趟,则设计的多级滑套酸化管柱结构为第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱;若酸化施工的趟数为两趟,则设计的多级滑套酸化管柱结构包括第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱和第两趟多级滑套酸化管柱,并采用第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工1-8段,采用第二趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工9-15段;若酸化施工的趟数为三趟, 则设计的多级滑套酸化管柱结构包括第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱、第两趟多级滑套酸化管柱及第三趟多级滑套酸化管柱,并采用第一趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工1-8段,采用第二趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工9-15段;采用第三趟多级滑套酸化管柱定点酸化施工16段以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,多级滑套酸化管柱的结构包括自井底到井口方向顺次连接的单流阀、喷射器、一级滑套座、一级K344封隔器、一级滑套喷射器、一级倒角工具油管、二级滑套座、二级K344封隔器、二级滑套喷射器、二级倒角工具油管……n级滑套座、n级第一K344封隔器、n级滑套喷射器、n级第一倒角工具油管、n级第二K344封隔器 、n级第二倒角工具油管及工具油管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中,酸化施工作业所用酸液为有机土酸,泵注量为10-20 m3,排量为1.0-2.0 m3/min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法,其特征在于,所述有机土酸由以下重量百分数的组分组成:工业盐酸10-15%、氢氟酸1.5-3%、乙酸1.0-3.0%、铁离子稳定剂0.4-0.6%、盐酸缓蚀剂0.5-1.5%、 助排剂0.5-1.5%、余量为水;所述工业盐酸的质量百分浓度为31%,氢氟酸的质量百分浓度为40%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中,活性水由以下重量百分数的组分组成:助排剂0.2-0.8%、粘土稳定剂0.2-0.8%、余量为清水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中活性水的泵注排量为1.0-2.0m3/min。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法的应用,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)水平井初次改造段数在8段以内,下入一趟多级滑套酸化管柱至水平井井筒内设计位置;
步骤2)水平井定点酸化施工第一段, 在0.5m3/min的排量下用活性水低替循环井筒,排量提升至一级封隔器坐封,然后采用1.0-2.0 m3/min排量,泵注量为10-20 m3有机土酸,完成酸化施工第一段;
步骤3)投一级球打一级滑套喷射器,进行第二段酸化施工;
步骤4)泵入10-20 m3有机土酸后,完成第二段酸化施工;
步骤5)投二级球打二级滑套喷射器,进行第三段酸化施工;
步骤6)泵入10-20 m3有机土酸后,完成第三段酸化施工;
步骤7)以此类推,依次完成其它层段的定点酸化施工作业,然后用活性水将油管中的酸液顶入地层,关井反应1-2小时;
步骤8)放喷反洗井筒。
10.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种水平井定点酸化的方法的应用,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
