Technical Field

Background
Some equipment needs to be positioned through aiming, and aiming facilities are arranged on the equipment; and a collimator or an aiming reference is arranged in the aiming room to provide a positioning reference for the equipment. In the aiming process, aiming facilities on the equipment need to be in sight through an aiming window and an aiming instrument or an aiming reference in an aiming room, the aiming window is a window which is arranged on the aiming room and is used for aiming and looking through, and different from a common window, the aiming window needs to meet the requirement that aiming light paths are not shielded or only special optical glass exists. Aiming is roughly divided into two times, after the first coarse aiming is finished, the position of an aiming path between the equipment and the aiming instrument is basically determined, and the variation of the aiming path caused by factors such as equipment shaking and the like due to equipment deformation and wind load action in the later period is smaller. Secondly, aiming at the application environment with toxic and explosive hazardous gases existing outside the aiming room or large temperature and humidity difference between the inside environment and the outside environment, the aiming window needs to be sealed.

Due to the special requirements of the optical glass for aiming and high manufacturing cost, the whole window cannot be completely covered at present, and the project cannot be realized. Therefore, there is a need for a sealed sighting window in which a small optical window can be adjusted at any position within a large window depending on the sighting optical requirements.
The existing sighting windows can be divided into the following types from the opening mode:
(1) the sealed window of flat-open type's leakproofness is good, easy operation, and casement position is fixed, can't accomplish the arbitrary position under the encapsulated situation and satisfy the demand that equipment aim at the light beam and pass through.
(2) The push-pull type sealing window is good in sealing performance, simple to operate, movable in sash position and large in installation space, aiming glass can be freely adjusted in one dimension, but the other dimension can not be freely reached, and sealing of a window body at any position can not be met.
(3) The characteristics of the top-hung window and the bottom-hung window are consistent with those of a flat-open type sealing window.
(4) The fixed window is the whole window of fixed sealing by a monoblock optical glass, and the big window scope can satisfy the passing requirement of aiming light beam optional position, and the leakproofness is good, nevertheless because aim with the special requirement of optical glass, and the cost is high, current engineering can't realize.
In conclusion, the existing window form can not realize the requirement that the small optical window can randomly adjust the central position in a larger range according to the aiming light beam requirement, and has a series of problems that the requirements of equipment aiming and aiming sealing can not be met simultaneously or the engineering cost can not be realized, and the like.

Furthermore, the primary movable window mechanism comprises flexible materials and reels, wherein the reels are arranged on the left side and the right side of the window hole, and the flexible materials are wound on the reels to realize movement.

The guide rail is provided with a clamping groove, so that the reliability and the safety of the optical glass 7 in the moving adjustment and aiming processes are ensured. To block gas impact and thermal effects, a protective window may be provided outside the window.

After the primary coarse aiming, if the position of the aiming optical window needs to be adjusted, the reel 3 can be driven to move, and the transverse position of the aiming optical window can be adjusted by the secondary movable window mechanism 2 moving left and right along with the primary movable window mechanism 1; the screw rod 4 is driven to rotate, the optical glass 7 is driven to move up and down along the linear guide rail 5, and the longitudinal position of the aiming optical window can be adjusted. After the position is fixed, the sealing strip and the sealing brush are pressed tightly to realize the sealing effect of the window body.
