本发明公开了一种低烟低卤抗紫外线防虫防蚁的电缆料,料主要由以下原料组成:聚氯乙烯、顺丁橡胶、聚四氟乙烯、耐热增塑剂、二异丙苯、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氢氧化钙、醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂、水合硼酸锌、低烟增塑剂、抗老化剂、芥末、辣椒粉、樟脑粉、消烟剂、抑烟剂、稳定剂;采用本发明技术方案的电缆料制备的电缆,不但具有耐高低温、低烟低卤抗紫外线防老化能力,还具有良好的防虫防蚁防鼠能力,保护电缆不易虫蚁等破坏,保证电力系统、通讯系统等的正常工作。

Description

一种低烟低卤抗紫外线防虫防蚁的电缆料
技术领域
本发明属于电料料领域,更具体的说涉及一种低烟低卤抗紫外线防虫防蚁的电缆料。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,电力系统更多的被应用。其中电缆作为电力系统传输电能的必要设备被广泛应用。随着电力系统的越来越晚上,电力系统给应用的位置和场合也越来越多。在地下工程和户外郊区电力系统中,电力电缆的使用更多,且工作环境更加恶劣。由于地下的特殊环境,放置在地下的电力电力常常会被虫蚁或老鼠叮咬,导致损坏破碎,使得电力系统不能正常工作。
据不完全统计,一只老鼠每星期要啃咬18000~90000次以上,并且其牙齿硬度比铜大,只有硬度超过合金钢的物质才可以保证不被鼠类咬坏。如2010年12月8日下午,一只20多厘米长的老鼠咬破一根185平方毫米电缆,导致华能长春热电厂(长春热电四厂)2号机组故障停机,长春市城区600余万平方米供热面积受到影响。经过一天一夜时间抢修才恢复供热。在已运行的光缆线路上,多厂家的多种结构光缆都都出于鼠咬而造成不同程度上的线路故障。以浙江移动通信有限公司所属线路为例,从1997年到2015年由于鼠咬发生的通信故障数十起甚至更多,严重超过了电信线路的故障率要求。虫蚁和老鼠的危害之大,由此可见。据不完全统计,每年由虫蚁和老鼠直接造成的经济损失约200亿美元,如果把老鼠造成的各种损失加起来,可达上千亿美元。而随着工业自动化程度提高,老鼠造成的损失也更加严重。
其它虫类对电缆、光缆的危害也极其严重,如果防虫防治工作没有做好,可能造成大面积的停网、停电现象。尤其是蚁患,因蚁患造成通讯故障占60%,广东最高占80%,而湖北则占到了56%。通讯电缆因蚁害发生故障,轻者降低通讯质量,重者可导致通讯中断。电力电缆遭虫类咬穿护层后,可能引起短路事故使电力输送中断,甚至酿成火灾。铁路讯号电缆因虫蛀失灵后,使运输安全受到严重威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低烟低卤抗紫外线防虫防蚁的电缆料,采用本发明技术方案的电缆料制备的电缆,不但具有耐高低温、低烟低卤抗紫外线防老化能力,还具有良好的防虫防蚁防鼠能力,保护电缆不易虫蚁等破坏,保证电力系统、通讯系统等的正常工作。

优选地,所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯中至少一种。
优选地,所述稳定剂可以是硬脂酰-苯甲酰-甲烷或β-氨基丁烯酸酯。
优选地,所述低烟增塑剂石蜡或偏苯三酸三辛酯。
本发明技术方案一种低烟低卤抗紫外线防虫防蚁的电缆料有益效果:
1、采用本电缆料生产的电缆具有良好的阻燃效果,仍具有较好的电绝缘稳定性,具有良好的耐高低温性能,具有较高的机械性能和抗老化性能,如拉伸强度性能、断裂伸长率性能高的优点。
2、采用本电缆料生产的电缆具有良好的防虫防蚁防鼠能力,使得虫蚁远离,虫根本上保护了电缆,保证了电力系统、通讯系统等的正常工作。
