技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种木塑复合板材。
背景技术
随着塑料的大量使用,废弃塑料也与日俱增,这些废弃物在自然界很难自然分解,不能得到有效的再利用,不仅造成环境污染,破坏生态平衡,而且造成资源浪费;另一方面,农作物秸秆作为农业生产的副产物,产量大、分布广,未得到规模化利用,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能规模化利用废弃塑料、农作物秸秆的环保型木塑复合板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
环保型木塑复合板材,其改进之处在于:包括改性废聚乙烯、秸杆或木粉等天然纤维、SiC纳米粉末、助剂。
进一步改进在于:还包括吸附剂;所述吸附剂为纯度大于98.5%wt、粒径为100-500nm的超细氧化钙粉末。
进一步改进在于:所述秸杆或木粉等天然纤维的表面经乙二醇/偶联复合处理工艺。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入SiC纳米粉末,增强耐磨性和强度,PVC复合板材不易变形、开裂。
2、选用纯度大于98.5%wt、粒径为100-500nm的超细氧化钙粉末作为吸附剂,提高秸杆、木粉与基体之间的相容性和界面结合力。
3、秸杆或木粉等天然纤维的表面经乙二醇/偶联复合处理工艺,改善秸杆、木粉等天然纤维与PVC基材间的相容性,在增加秸杆、木粉等天然纤维填充量的同时,显著降低复合板材的吸水率。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
环保型木塑复合板材,包括改性废聚乙烯、秸杆或木粉等天然纤维、SiC纳米粉末、助剂、吸附剂,本实施例中,吸附剂为纯度大于98.5%wt、粒径为100-500nm的超细氧化钙粉末。
