Referring to fig. 6, the bottoms of the first honing pipe 12 and the second honing pipe 13 are respectively provided with a honing pipe travelling wheel 123 through a travelling wheel mounting shaft 125 via a bearing 124, and a clamping spring can be mounted on the travelling wheel mounting shaft 125; one end of each of the two traveling cylinder mounting pins 126 is respectively connected to the bottoms of the first grinding pipe 12 and the second grinding pipe 13, and the other end of each of the two traveling cylinder mounting pins 126 is respectively correspondingly connected to the traveling cylinder 127 fixed to the two traveling cylinder mounting pieces 128, so that the first grinding pipe 12 and the second grinding pipe 13 respectively move a certain distance along the traveling wheel guide block 129 through the grinding pipe traveling wheels 123 under the control of the two traveling cylinders 127, and meanwhile, the large bracket 11 is also driven to move outwards a certain distance.
Referring to fig. 4, the plate shearing machine body 10 further includes a transverse circular tube 17, a swing cross member 18, a swing vertical member 19, a swing cylinder 110 and a cylinder mounting member 111; two ends of the transverse circular tube 17 are fixed on two side plates of the plate shearing machine main body 10, one end of a pair of swinging cross pieces 18 is respectively connected to two ends of the transverse circular tube 17 and can rotate around the transverse circular tube 17, the other end of the pair of swinging cross pieces 18 is connected with one ends of a pair of swinging vertical pieces 19 through output shafts and clamping springs, and the other ends of the pair of swinging vertical pieces 19 are respectively connected with a driving copper bush 314 on the driving swinging support arm 3 and a driven copper bush 415 on the driven swinging support arm 4; a pair of swing cylinders 110 are respectively mounted on two side plates of the plate shearing machine body 10 through cylinder mounting pieces 111, and piston extension ends of the pair of swing cylinders 110 are respectively connected with the middle parts of the pair of swing cross pieces 18 through bolts; when the piston of the swinging cylinder 110 stretches out, the swinging cross piece 18 is driven to swing upwards around the transverse round tube 17, meanwhile, the swinging vertical piece 19 is driven to move upwards, the swinging vertical piece 19 can drive the driving swinging support arm 3 to rotate around the driving support arm rotating copper bush 310 through the driving copper bush 314, and the swinging vertical piece 19 can drive the driven swinging support arm 4 to rotate around the driven support arm rotating copper bush 413 through the driven copper bush 415.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the large bracket 11 includes a large bracket welding main body 1101, a baffle 1102, a large bracket travelling wheel 1103, a bearing 1104, a clamp spring 1105, a mounting shaft 1106, a fork-shaped lifting platform limit guide 1107, a copper sleeve 1108 and a fork-shaped lifting platform front wheel travelling platform 1109; a baffle 1102 is mounted on the front end of the large bracket welding body 1101 by bolts for preventing the shear waste from falling onto the palletizable trolley 2; the large bracket travelling wheel 1103 is fixed on fork-shaped lifting platform front wheel travelling tables 1109 on two sides of the bottom of the large bracket welding main body 1101 through a bearing 1104, and the large bracket welding main body 1101 moves back and forth on the bottom flat plate 16 through the large bracket travelling wheel 1103 and is positioned on the inner sides of two side plates of the plate shearing machine main body 10; the two ends of the large bracket welding main body 1101 are both provided with square pipes, the fork-shaped lifting table limiting guide piece 1107 moves up and down in the square pipes through the limiting sliding grooves, the lower end of the fork-shaped lifting table limiting guide piece 1107 is provided with an extending shaft extending out of the square pipes, the extending shaft is sleeved with a copper sleeve 108, and the extending shaft of the fork-shaped lifting table limiting guide piece 1107 is in matched connection with a fork-shaped part lower rear mounting hole 1512 of the fork-shaped lifting table 15.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the palletizable trolley 2 includes a palletizable trolley main body 21, a palletizable square tube 22, a palletizable flat plate 23, a drag chain 24, a first speed reducer 25, a speed reducer output shaft 26, a first expansion sleeve 27, a first driving sprocket 28, a first driven sprocket 29, a third chain 210, a driven shaft 211, a bearing seat 212, a traveling wheel 213, a guide sprocket 214, a second expansion sleeve 215, a driven traveling wheel 216, a first bearing 217 and a driven traveling wheel shaft 218; the palletizable flat plate 23 is fixedly arranged on the palletizable trolley main body 21 through bolts, and the palletizable square tube 22 is fixedly arranged on the palletizable flat plate 23 through bolts; the first speed reducer 25 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the palletizable trolley main body 21 through bolts, the first speed reducer 25 is fixedly connected with the first driving sprocket 28 through a speed reducer output shaft 26 and a first expansion sleeve 27, the first driven sprocket 29 is fixedly connected with a driven shaft 211 through the expansion sleeve, the first driving sprocket 28 is in transmission connection with the first driven sprocket 29 through a third chain 210, the driven shaft 211 is arranged at the bottom of the palletizable trolley main body 21 through a bearing seat 212, both ends of the driven shaft 211 are fixedly connected with a travelling wheel 213 and a guide sprocket 214 through a second expansion sleeve 215, and the guide sprocket 214 is meshed with a bottom safe guide chain 162 on the bottom flat plate 16 and guided to slide; a pair of driven road wheels 216 are respectively mounted on the bottom of the palletizable trolley body 21 through bearings 217 via driven road wheel shafts 218 and roll in synchronization with the road wheels 213.
The bottom of the palletizable trolley main body 21 is provided with a limit switch 219, the bottom plate 16 is provided with a bottom plate limit block 161, and the position of the bottom plate limit block 161 can be sensed through the limit switch 219 when the palletizable trolley main body 21 moves, so that the palletizable trolley 2 can be limited to the limit movement position on the bottom plate 16.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the driving swing arm 3 includes a driving swing arm body 31, a second speed reducer 32, a speed reducer mounting flange 33, a driving chain 34, a second driven sprocket 35, a third driven sprocket 36, a driven chain 37, a first bearing mounting ring 38, a second bearing 39, a driving arm rotating copper bush 310, a driving arm mounting main member 311, a second driving sprocket 312, a first chain guide 313, a driving copper bush 314, and a first rear housing 315; the second speed reducer 32 is arranged on the driving swing support arm main body 31 through a speed reducer mounting flange 33, an output shaft of the second speed reducer 32 is fixedly connected with the second driving sprocket 312 through a flat key and a clamp spring, and the output shaft of the second speed reducer 32 is simultaneously in transmission connection with the second driven sprocket 35 through a driving chain 34; the pair of third driven sprockets 36 are in transmission connection through a driven chain 37, the driven chain 37 is arranged in the driving swing support arm main body 31 through a first chain guide rail 313, the second driven sprocket 35 and one of the third driven sprockets 36 are arranged on the driving swing support arm main body 31 through a second bearing 39 through a first bearing mounting ring 38 and are coaxially connected with and synchronously rotate with the driving swing support arm connecting shaft 57 of the rear insertion frame 5, so that the driving swing support arm connecting shaft 57 of the rear insertion frame 5 freely rotates around the second bearing 39, and the other third driven sprocket 36 is connected with one end of the swing vertical member 19 through a second bearing 39 through a driving copper bushing 314; the driving support arm rotating copper bush 310 is arranged on the driving swing support arm main body 31 through bolts, and the driving support arm rotating copper bush 310 can drive the driving swing support arm main body 31 to rotate around an extending shaft of a driving support arm mounting main part 311 arranged on the plate shearing machine main body 10 so as to realize swinging; the first rear housing 315 is mounted on the active swing arm body 31.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the driven swing arm 4 includes a driven swing arm body 41, a side cover 42, a rear cover 43, a driven swing arm driven sprocket 44, a second bearing mounting ring 45, a third bearing 46, a driving synchronizing wheel 47, a synchronous belt 48, a fourth chain 49, a second chain guide 410, an absolute encoder mounting sleeve 411, an absolute encoder 412, a driven arm rotating copper sleeve 413, a driven arm mounting main member 414 and a driven copper sleeve 415; a pair of driven swing arm driven sprockets 44 are connected by a fourth chain 49 in a driving manner and connected with a driving swing arm connecting shaft 57 of the rear plug-in frame 5 by a flat key, wherein one driven swing arm driven sprocket 44 penetrates a driving synchronizing wheel 47 through a third bearing 46 mounted on a second bearing mounting ring 45, the driving synchronizing wheel 47 is connected with the other driving synchronizing wheel 47 through a synchronizing belt, and the other driven swing arm driven sprocket 44 is connected with the other end of the swing upright 19 through a driven copper bush 415 by the third bearing 46; the absolute value encoder 412 is fixed on the driven swing arm main body 41 through an absolute value encoder mounting sleeve 411 by bolts, an output shaft of the absolute value encoder 412 is coaxially connected with the other driving synchronous wheel 47, and the absolute value encoder 412 is used for recording the specific position of the front inserting frame 6 when the last power failure does not work; the driven support arm rotary copper sleeve 413 is arranged on the driven swing support arm main body 41 through bolts, and the driven support arm rotary copper sleeve 413 can drive the driven swing support arm main body 41 to rotate around an extending shaft of a driven support arm installation main part 414 arranged on the plate shearing machine main body 10 so as to realize swinging; the second rear cover 43 and the side cover 42 are mounted on the driven swing arm body 41 by bolts.
Referring to fig. 17, the rear insertion frame 5 includes a rear insertion frame square tube 51, a rear insertion frame square tube 52, a guide wheel 53, a first rivet 54, a flat key 55, a first clamp spring 56 and an active swing arm connecting shaft 57; a plurality of first guide wheels 53 are respectively arranged on the rear insertion frame square tube 52 at intervals through first rivets 54, and a plurality of rear insertion frame square tubes 52 are respectively arranged on the rear insertion frame square tube 51 at intervals through bolts; the driving swing support arm connecting shaft 57 penetrates through the rear insertion frame square tube 51, the two ends of the driving swing support arm connecting shaft 57 are respectively provided with a flat key 55 and a first clamping spring 56, one end of the driving swing support arm connecting shaft 57 is connected with the second bearing mounting ring 45, the driven swing support arm driven sprocket 44 and the driving synchronizing wheel 47 of the driven swing support arm 4 through the flat key 55 and the first clamping spring 56, and the other end of the driving swing support arm connecting shaft 57 is connected with the second driven sprocket 35, the third driven sprocket 36 and the bearings on the first bearing mounting ring 38 of the driving swing support arm 3 through the flat key 55 and the first clamping spring 56.
Referring to fig. 18 and 19, the front insertion frame 6 includes a front insertion frame double square tube 61, a front insertion frame square tube 62, a second guide wheel 63, a second rivet 64, a bearing mounting main member 65, a fourth bearing 66, a second clamp spring 67, a nylon guide block 68 and a chain expanding device 69; a plurality of second guide wheels 63 are respectively arranged on the front inserting frame small square pipes 62 at intervals through second rivets 64, a plurality of front inserting frame small square pipes 62 are respectively arranged on the front inserting frame double-side pipes 61 at intervals through bolts, and fourth bearings 66 are respectively arranged at two ends of the front inserting frame double-side pipes 61 through second clamping springs 67, so that the function of limiting the rotation of the front inserting frame double-side pipes 61 is achieved; the nylon guide 68 and the chain expanding device 69 are both mounted on the bearing mounting main member 65 by bolts, a pair of bearing mounting main members 65 are mounted on both ends of the front insertion frame both side pipes 61 by bolts, the chain expanding device 69 is expanded and connected with the driven chain 37 and the fourth chain 49, and the fourth bearing 66 moves back and forth in the driving swing arm main body 31 of the driving swing arm 3 and the driven swing arm main body 41 of the driven swing arm 4 by the nylon guide block 68.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the waste is sheared, the whole palletizing gas supporting device wholly moves outwards under the action of the left and right traveling air cylinders 127, and forms a space with a certain distance with the lower cutting die of the plate shearing machine, so that the waste falls into a waste hopper in the gap; when the finished product is sheared, the traveling cylinder 127 is retracted, and the palletizing gas supporting device integrally travels inwards, so that the baffle 1102 is close to the lower side of the lower cutting die; in addition, the fork-shaped lifting cylinder 114 extends to enable the fork-shaped lifting platform 15 to be lowered to the lowest point, so that the palletizable trolley 2 can move onto the fork-shaped lifting platform upper fixing piece 150 of the fork-shaped lifting platform 15 and is close to the baffle 1102 under the action of the first speed reducer 25, the fork-shaped lifting cylinder 114 retracts, and the palletizable trolley 2 moves upwards under the drive of the fork-shaped lifting platform 15 and is separated from the bottom flat plate 16. At the same time, the two swinging cylinders 110 extend out to drive the front ends of the driving swinging support arm 3 and the driven swinging support arm 4 to rise, the front ends of the driving swinging support arm 3 and the driven swinging support arm 4 are parallel to the upper surface of the lower cutting die and lower than the upper surface, the cut plate is just placed on the front inserting frame 6, the front inserting frame 6 moves backwards along the driving swinging support arm main body 31 and the driven swinging support arm main body 41 under the action of the second speed reducer 32, at the same time, the swinging cylinders 110 retract to drive the front ends of the driving swinging support arm 3 and the driven swinging support arm 4 to fall, so that the plate on the front inserting frame square tube 62 automatically slides downwards to the palletizable trolley 2 at a certain angle along the front inserting frame 6; the rear insert frame 5 plays a role of supporting the plate when cutting the plate with a large width. This consistent action is repeated so that after a stack of sheared sheets is stacked on the palletizable trolley 2, the fork lift cylinder 114 extends, the fork lift table 15 bottoms out, and the palletizable trolley 2 brings the stack of sheared sheets to a safe position.
